This 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home sits on an acre fronting Cataract Lake with spectacular views of the San Francisco Peaks, Bill Williams Mountain and National Forest. Interior amenities include, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wood- planked porcelain tile throughout, tongue and groove ceilings and much more. As you walk outside and enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee or spend time with your family and friends on the expansive back porch; you can watch and admire the many varieties of wildlife that call Cataract Lake their home. You will also love the stunning Northern Arizona sunsets that can be seen from the front porch or upstairs bedroom. Outdoor amenities include fishing, golfing, family park and National Forest all within walking distance. Only minutes away is the challenging, well maintained Elephant Rocks 18 hole municipal golf course, one of Arizona's best kept secrets for golfers. The nearby county park has a playground, picnic tables and boat ramp perfect for a family outing. Take pleasure in the variety of restaurants, wine and craft beer tasting, art gallery’s and gift shops in Downtown Williams located on Historic Route 66. For all day adventures, explore Bearizona, Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express) and the Deer Farm only a short drive away.

Great property that is immaculately clean, and just as advertised. Stocked with just about everything you might need to make your stay feel like you’re at home. The location is great with amazing views of the forest and lake. At one point there was a herd of 14 deer in basically what is your secondary backyard. When we come back to Williams to golf, will book this place again.

Gorgeous Williams Property

If you think the listing looks amazing, it's even better in person. We can't recommend this property enough. The home and views are gorgeous and it's thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed....and more. It's located an hour south of the Grand Canyon, which was very convenient. Lake front property

We loved everything about this house! It was perfect for our family of 6 and well equipped with everything we needed. Close to the grocery store and beautiful views and wildlife watching. This home was also a great home base for all the activities we wanted to do in northern Arizona!

Grand Canyon

Five south Louisiana ladies and I travel to a destination together once a year .We chose to go to the Grand Canyon this year. This house was excellent. It was immaculate. There was plenty of room for all of us. It's one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The outside patio is well kept. Late in the afternoon we would see deer on this beautiful property. It was about an hour drive to the Grand Canyon, which was an easy drive. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect. I would give this house and property a 5 star.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike and Stephanie’s beautiful lake home. Their recommendations were very much appreciated and they were always available for questions. The house was the perfect base between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to visit northern Arizona.

What a fun house and property!

This was our second stay at this house, and we will definitely come back. The house is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is easy to cook in and supplies are nicely arranged. Because the house is on the edge of Cataract Lake, there is abundant wildlife to watch: bald eagles, osprey, herons, cormorants, a pair of Canadian snow geese, baby swallows in their nest. And, many deer, including a doe with a few days old fawn. The hosts, Mike and Stephanie, are very responsive and attentive. It was a great stay!

Visit the Grand Canyon

This was an ideal location for us to base our sight seeing from. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed and more. The sunrises were beautiful. We definitely recommend this home.

Wonderful Place

Lake View Luxury

Beautiful location and a beautifully built home with high class comfort. The lake view is spectacular with abundant wild life, including eagles. The entire stay was fabulous and the hosts were terrific.

Perfect home

Enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The home has breathtaking views. The inside is very clean and comfortable. This is a home and location you wished you owned. Wonderful Week!

We enjoyed our stay in Williams! The house was beautiful, immaculate, and the view was even better. We loved watching the sun rise by the San Francisco peaks, the bald eagles on the lake, and the deer in the evening. It was such a special week for our family to experience the Grand Canyon and other beautiful areas in Northern Arizona! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Michael has lived and owned several business in Williams for over 30 years and Stephanie is a native to Arizona and has lived in Northern Arizona for over 25 years. We both have extensive knowledge of the area and all that it has to offer. We hope you enjoy your stay in Williams.
