Luxury Log Home, open concept living which is perfect for family gatherings.
4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
Sleeps 12 including 4 queen beds, two queen sleeper sofa in the huge loft area, 2 twin beds are also available in the partially finished basement. Two queen air mattress will be available for your use along with needed bedding.
Master bedroom furnished with beautiful Amish made furniture includes master en suite bathroom with jet tub, walk in shower and walk in closet.
Quality bedding, linens and towels provided throughout.
Fully appointed Gourmet kitchen, features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
65’ television located in the loft area and a 75” television in the great room.
5 flat screens available throughout the house, cable and wireless internet provided.
Large 32' X 12' deck surrounded by woods which includes a stainless steel gas grill and firepit.
Private dock located .2 of a mile from the house on beautiful Otter Lake which is one of 22 lakes on the Chain O' Lakes. It's an easy walk or you can drive there in 50 seconds.
The dock can be used for pontoon rental, which is available upon request, at a super great price, or for swimming.
Washer and dryer also available.

This is a lovely home. All the necessary amenities with a beautiful view at the edge of town. We enjoyed our stay and even extended it by a day. Paul and his property manager are both very kind and helpful people. They were able to answer any questions we had and were more than willing to accommodate our needs. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We have four couples who all have anniversaries in the fall and we do annual trip. William the host called me three days before and day of arrival to answer any questions we had about the area and discuss pontoon rental. We did spend a day out on the lake with the pontoon which was a lot of fun. Home was very spacious and we all enjoyed the living room with a lot of seating so our group could all be together. It was a nice area.

I was extremely disappointed in this property. Although communication and the caretaker were "on-point" the overall experience was not as it was listed. Following are some of the issues:1. Serious stench in the garage. This is the first impression since you go through garage upon entry. 2. Dirty floors. We swept and cleaned the main area and the towels used to wipe the floor turned BLACK.3. The grill was complete junk and laying out with yuck on it. Although the caretaker came over after our arrival to fix it, it was still not useable.4. The main floor and upstairs toilets were cracked and not very clean or stained with rust stains. 5. The main floor was dusty-everything including the bookshelf and kitchen table were dusty!6. The handles on the upstairs bedroom were loose and the screws were falling out.7. It was extremely difficult to get in/out of the driveway with the trees blocking much of the view. 8. On the main floor, the master bedroom shower had the electrical outlet exposed. There was a light bulb in the shower light, but no cover to protect it.9. Behind the washer and dryer was filthy. I dropped something and had to retrieve it, when I noticed the filth and junk behind it.10. The fire pit on the wooden deck seems like a fire hazard. 11. Some of the deck boards were visibly loose and rotted. 12. The house smelled musty. 13. The backyard is not user friendly, and poison ivy was everywhere!

No major complaints. Main needs are well met (kitchen, towels, linens, etc.) Full disclosure, we did not use the upstairs which looked very nice. Owner/manager both very responsive. Room for improvement IMO: 1) mention that property is adjacent with somewhat noisy highway; 2) given garage-only access, freshen up garage; 3) listing doesn't note that basement upgrades still in progress; and 4) living room furniture is, again IMO, not great. Could also use more instructions about TV/movie operation (actually, just give access to Netflix!) and we couldn't find dishwasher manual.

My friends and I had a lovely stay here. Very clean, lots of room, amenities. The rental manager was extremely helpful and courteous. The owner the property owner, Paul made sure everything was working correctly. Beautiful location. I would recommend this property.

We enjoyed our week in Waupaca exploring the area. The home was very spacious and clean. We cruised the Chain of Lakes on the pontoon boat which ran well. We enjoyed kayaking and hiking in Hartman Creek State Park, just minutes away from the house.

The space was perfect for our extended family stay for a wedding nearby. The loft offered an excellent area for the kids to hang out and play. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking meals and we appreciated sitting out on the deck each morning for coffee. Great host communication.

Family Getaway in Waupaca

We had up to 12 people at this rental for a family getaway. It worked out perfect for us- the location is great and the house is large enough for everyone to spread out and settle in. Communication with the owner and staff was extremely prompt when needed. The front porch and back deck were used often! Thank you for everything!

Restful weekend

Nice relaxing weekend with family, but I didn't realize that lake access wasn't attached to the house - my mistake for not asking specifically. Appreciated that we were able to bring our dog for a small additional fee.

Family long weekend

My sister and her family live close to this house, ice fishing, sledding, playing in the snow along with hanging out playing games and sharing meals together. Great house for visiting family and friends.

Beautiful home in Waupaca!

I stayed in this home with family members for a weekend in December. The home is beautiful. There’s lots of living space. It’s close to everything Waupaca has to offer. Checking in and out was seamless. I recommend this home for any group needing a place to stay in Waupaca.

Girls Weekend

Had a good time in Waupaca and the house was exactly what we needed. It has a beautiful spacious kitchen and large table for playing games and crafting. The kitchen was very well stocked with dished, glassware, cookware and pantry items. It was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO property I have ever stayed at. Both the owner and the property manager were attentive and communicated with me during my stay. They gave good dining recommendations as well. Will definitely keep this place on the top of the list for futuren trips.

Wonderful Quiet Stay

Property was wonderful with plenty of space for everyone. Process of checking in and boat orientation was quick and efficient. Back area for fire pits had plenty of room and wood to burn. Even if the fish weren’t bitting for us, was a wonderful time to go on the pontoon and coast on the lakes and take in the views. Would definitely come again!!!

Overall great space. Some minor issues-dishwasher wouldnt work correctly and toilet in half bath broke. Recommend bathroom for bedroom in lower level(at least toilet & sink). Pontoon fun and the manager Willy was great to work with and attentive.

The host and property manager were excellent! The location of this beautiful home is perfect and it is so well stocked with everything you may need! Great communication and they made sure our stay was all that we had expected. We had a great time here and will recommend this home to all friends and family.
