Our house is designed to excite, to touch the heart of each guest and remain a happy memory. The rooms are small very intimate nests, immersed in a green garden where peace reigns supreme, among olive trees, olive trees and myrtles in bloom.

Completely refurbished in 2015, the apartment is composed of 4 completely independent rooms, kitchenette, 3 adjacent double rooms, but not communicating, bathrooms and private entrances with mosquito nets.
The apartment lends itself to accommodate 4 to 6 people,
being independent environments, it adapts to various solutions for families or groups of friends more or less numerous. The use of the rooms is offered according to the number of members of the group who will rent it.
If the request is for a number of 4 guests will be given the apartment with the two rooms, but if the number of people is higher, the third room will naturally be made available, which in different condition is rented separately.

There is also a relaxation area consisting of a large patio where you can spend moonlit evenings in the company of cicadas singing.

The whole house has free wifi coverage.

We are located in a residential area, composed only of independent villas set in extensive gardens. Just 1400 meters from the most beautiful beach of San Teodoro, La Cinta, and just 5 minutes drive from the lively center of San Teodoro.
For a typical Sardinian evening of land or if you prefer sea, a few meters from us, without having to take the car, but simply by walking, you will find the famous Agriturismo Li Mori where you can enjoy the traditional dishes of our cuisine.
San Teodoro is part of the natural marine protected area of ​​Tavolara Area, and Park Zone, subject to protection of the marine environment for the natural value and level of conservation of ocean Poseidonia grasslands, polychrome and ichthyofauna sponges. This is crucial for the beauty and exclusivity of the coasts, fishing grounds and protected species that for some years now, thanks to this project, repopulate our shores.
