The floors are finished with Italian tile throughout. It is fully furnished with lots of amenities.These modern apartments are perfect for couples wanting to enjoy the sun , beaches, and relaxation.
The kitchen is well equipped with lots of work surfaces, a breakfast bar, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator, stove with an oven, microwave and kitchen utensils.
The bedroom has a comfortable King or, a queen size bed and the bathroom is private. The fittings are light, modern and simple.
There is a ceiling fan in each room and an economy air-conditioning unit. and there is a community laundry room on site.
The Unit Includes Flat screen TV/Cable / Internet/ WIFI.
5 minute drive to Junks Hole Beach; 5 minute drive to Island Harbor Beach; 10 minute drive to Shoal Bay Beach.

Anguilla is just a beautiful relax place to visit! My husband and I especially enjoy relaxing on the beach and watching the sunset. I was born in Anguilla. I like returning home and seeing all of my family and friends. James Place Apartments is located near historical East End. It makes it possible to share everything Anguilla has to offer with others. A place one can go and feel at home.

I enjoy breathing in the fresh air, listening to the sounds of nature, and the quiet and tranquility ...just being away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Having all the comforts of a home away from home. I also enjoy all the beautiful tropical plants and fruit trees that my husband planted on the property.
