Inside, the main level includes two private queen bedrooms, a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area, a quiet sunroom with a pull-out couch, and a large bathroom with washer/dryer and an indoor sauna. The upper-level open loft offers additional sleeping with two queen beds and two twin beds, making it great for families or groups.

The unique roundhouse/earth-home design showcases natural wood and stone throughout. The home stays naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, with a gas fireplace that easily heats the main living space and adds to the cozy atmosphere.

Outdoor lovers will feel right at home—trout fishing, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, biking, and hiking are all nearby. Bald eagle sightings are common! Decorah attractions include Vesterheim Museum, Luther College, the Fish Hatchery, Malanaphy Springs, and a 14-mile bike trail that loops the entire community.
