If you fancy a stroll, walk to the Thames (10 minutes) and watch rowing boats glide across river while you sup a pint in one of the waterside pubs, or have a wander around the Palladian splendour of nearby Chiswick House. If you want to head into town, the tube from Turnham Green to Green Park or Piccadilly Circus takes only twenty minutes. A taxi ride to trendy Notting Hill will take around 15 minutes.
