New apartment in Rome near the subway and just minutes from the Colosseum

The apartment of 60 square meters, has just been renovated (March 2016) and is located on the first floor of a very silent building of the '60s. Central but very quiet as the street on which overlooks the balcony is little traffic. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and consists of two bedrooms, a large double bed and a small one with a single bed and a second pull-out, a large bathroom and a more 'small, a double sofa bed in' large living room with kitchenette.
The house is appreciated for the opportunity to host couples and small groups of friends but it is also ideal for a large family. The central location, near the metro but far from the chaos of the tourist areas makes it perfect for sightseeing and to fully live its beauty.
THE location is strategic for visiting the city as well connected. a short walk from the metro station San Giovanni which is just 3 stops from the central station Termini, then connected to the two airports (Ciampino and Fiumicino) via shuttle bus or train (to and from Termini). As everywhere in the center of Rome to park is not easy but with a little 'luck a place under the house is located or we are very close to private car parks.
