Beautifully furnished house, overlooking delightful waterways, on one of the most exclusive roads of Port Grimaud. 24 Hour security on a gated street. The house has sunshine till mid-afternoon, & offers shade for the evening. The garden, patio and sundeck offer plenty of space. A large modern living room includes an indoor dining area, a TV, Bluetooth speaker system and a selection of books and games. There is a separate modern kitchen with all the latest appliances. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with its own sun terrace. There is a high-spec guest bathroom with a shower and toilet separate toilet. The top floor is devoted to the private Master Suite Double Bedroom, with a dressing area and en suite luxury bathroom. Master Suite has two balconies, facing the front & rear.

There is a mooring for boats up to 38 ' overall.

The house is 5 minutes' walk from the village centre with restaurants and boutiques. Renters gain access to the private beach and can take the free residents' ferries around Port Grimaud. St Tropez is also accessible by a regular Ferry service. Private parking is included. Absolutely Non-Smoking, and No Pets.


Sailing and motor boating: The sheltered waters of the Bay of St Tropez offer excellent sailing for beginners. Lessons and sailing boats can be rented nearby.

A list of locations to charter sailing or Motor Boats is available, and courses in sailing and the handling of motor boats are available nearby, so proficiency certificates can be awarded.

Water skiing and windsurfing: The Port Grimaud beach is the perfect place to take water-skiing lessons, or to hire wind-surfers.

Coastal Walks and boat trips: Within 20 minutes drive there are beautifully laid out coastal walks around the bays and beneath the cliffs.
From Le Lavandou, there are high-speed ferries across to the lovely islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and the famous Isle de Levant.

Port Grimaud is just amazing so beautiful and peaceful . The home is fantastic we had a floor each so much room and the terraces are such a treat. The sun moves in afternoon but a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Everything you need is there.. we will miss it.

Beautiful house in great location for a family holiday

House was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed many meals in the garden, as well as eating in some of the many restaurants in Port Grimaud. John (the owner) was very helpful and responsive before and during the holiday, and Denise did a mid stay linen change and clean for us. We caught the ferry to St Tropez and St Maxime on several days, and love the electric boats to hire in PG. Highly recommended and super convenient location.

Ruim huis in Port Grimaud met steiger

We hebben genoten van de ruime slaapkamer(s), mooie badkamers en het tuintje en de terrassen met zicht op de kanalen.. Vriendelijke eigenaar en erg sympathieke 'housekeeping' bij deze woning, in het rustige privé -gedeelte van Port Grimaud. Parkeerplaats ook vlakbij en de Steiger ok voor (de gehuurde) 6.5m boot. Alleen jammer van het lawaai in de haven elke morgen, maar voor een verblijf in Port Grimaud nemen we dat er graag bij ;-)

Great holiday home

We had a wonderful stay , the house is very well located and beautifully decorated with renovated bathrooms. Denise the house keeper is really nice and the house was perfectly clean . I definitely would recommend it

Excellent property, beautifully appointed

We have stayed in Port Grimaud on numerous occassions, however without doubt this property is one of the best. No expense has been spared in maintaining fixture and fittings which are all of a high quality. The property is fully equipped, you will not want for anything. Location is excellent, very secure and well located for numerous day and evening entertainment. One think missing is a boat. It would have been a terrific experience to have used the jetty facilities, however in all fairness this is not something that the owner suggests is available. If we were returning I would certainly enquiry about using the jetty and renting a boat. The house is well oriented with morning sun until about 15.00hrs, evening sun on front door. We enjoyed a glass of wine sitting outside the front of the property during the evening. Strongly recommend this property

schönes, angenehmes Haus, bedarf jedoch einer intensiven Reinigung: Bäderabfluss, Terrasse terracotta Kacheln, Bestuhlungen, Abstellniche, Ecken, Vorhänge, Porzellan, sowie einer Entsorgung der alten abgenutzten Toepfen und Pfannen, einiger Teppiche und Stühle. Jeden Morgen kommt die Müllabfuhr der Marina, und alles wird auf dem kleinen Parkplatz der Marina direkt vor dem Haus ab-& aufgeladen für die Yachten. Viel Verkehr, lautes Geplapper haben mich persönlich sehr gestört.

Beautiful Villa

My partner and I stayed here for a week in June/July 2018 and cannot recommend highly enough. The villa had recently been decorated through and the bathrooms refurbished. All rooms were beautifully presented. The owner of the villa was extremely helpful with his knowledge of the local area and recommendations. We will definitely be returning again!

Stunning property in a stunning location

I cannot put into words how beautiful the property and location is. My wife and I along with 2 other couples stayed for a week, we wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect location for touring the surrounding area and very near amenities, fantastic...

We holiday every year in Port Grimaud and all the descriptions of the area do not capture how great and lovely the area is. Although we feel Port Grimaud is our second home this home was one of the first that we have arrived at, walked in and felt truly at home with very good facilities and a very pleasant lady who changes the linen The position for easy access to the hub of Grimaud is ideal, a short walk finds you at the restaurants, shops and cafes. Relax on the terrace and watch the world go by or go out and about, this is a good location As a family we would return and would recommend this home to any and all age groups

Wonderful Family Holiday

We found this house to be very well situated close to all amenities. The house its self was VERY clean and spacious. The neighbourhood was very friendly. The area its self felt very safe and secure. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. And we look forward to visiting again real soon.

Great Getaway

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week in Port Grimaud and had an extremely relaxing time in this great house which has everything you could possibly need. The garden is lovely as it opens directly onto the waterfront and you can watch the world go by in the morning and then take a short walk to the beach in the afternoon. Very convenient for the weekly market and all the shops bars and cafes and there is a huge supermarket only a 5 min drive away should you need it. The house itself is full of french charm with lots of light and great feeling of home. Altogether thoroughly recommend the house and the area for anyone wishing a chilled out break.

a perfect family holiday

my husband an i booked this canal-side house for our summer holiday, and wanting to get away from the crowded and overpriced riviera hotels but not wanting to be cut off in a villa (the children would have got bored), it turned out to be the perfect solution. we all absolutely adored the house, it was so well furnished and decorated, unlike many of the other sparsely furnished villas we have stayed in over the years. we rented a boat during our stay, and beeing able to have it at the end of the garden was such a bonus! port grimaud really is a sweet little town, and we had great fun exploring the canals, the kids loved the beach, and richard and i loved the little waterside restaurants- perfect for romantic meals in the evening. at the recommendation of the owner, we got waterskiing lessons for our 10 year old daughter at the watersports center, which she loved, and my husband took our son go-karting nearby, there was so much for them to do that they never once wanted to watch tv! the local and st tropez markets were perfect, truly french in character, and are run for locals, not tourists, and i have to admit to having got carried away browsing the hundreds of fashion boutiques in st tropez. we were all sorry to leave at the end of the week, but we are definatly going to come back to port grimaud and the same house next summer. i would whole-heartedly recommend this house to anyone, old or young, and definately to anyone with kids!

We have enjoyed family holidays here for 35 years, using the safe environment for the children and their friends to develop from bucket and spade holidays, via sailing, water skiing, and now power boating to wherever we want to be. Nowhere else in France can offer anything like this, if indeed anywhere in the world.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We bought the house because it is a good size, on the most exclusive of roads in the area. It has sun in the mornings and shade for when one gets back in the late afternoon. Also, with good security and effectively no traffic, it's a great place for kids to play and adults to relax. The house has its own private mooring for boats of up to 38' and is close to the marina if a larger space is needed. We use the mooring for a good-sized speed boat, so we can nip over the bay to St Tropez, and to the famous beaches of Tahiti and Pampelonne.
It's our summer place, and it is furnished for us, as a family home, not just a rental. The house is filled with a selection of artwork and original paintings, which we hope our guests will like as much as we do.

There is nowhere else like Port Grimaud. Its the only marina where all the houses are architect planned to look natural, and as if they had been there as long as the charming old parts of St Tropez itself.
