The property is adjacent to 1924 residence located in a historic neighborhood in downtown West Palm Beach. It fronts a 3.5 acre park along the Florida Intracoastal (Lake Worth), across from the Town of Palm Beach. The unit (second story with a private entrance) has central heating and air conditioning, full kitchen, bathroom (shower and tub), and bedroom, with full use of a private swimming pool. It is convenient walking distance to the Clematis Street Entertainment District (with boutiques, nightclubs, live music, restaurants, antique shops and historical landmarks), named among the 2014 Great Places in America by the American Association of Planners. It is also very near CityPlace (free trolley from Clematis Street), which has a mix of over 80 national stores, specialty shops, restaurant and entertainment venues, and features dramatic Mediterranean architecture, a historic cultural arts theater, private residences, commercial office space, a show fountain and open-air plaza.

Perfect summer in Palm Beach. My 21 yo daughter had a summer internship in Palm Beach and I'm so thankful I found this property. The owners, Steve and Terry, provided a safe yet private space for my daughter, and checked on her well-being. They promptly responded to any concerns and gave great advice on local things to see and do. The apartment is cozy and has everything you could need. My daughter stayed for two months and it was an amazing experience.

Phenomenal

Steve and Terry are both the kindest and most accommodating hosts. I stayed here for a month and loved the place. Walking distance to downtown west palm, the gym, the water etc. pool and walk yard oasis. This is worth every pennie.

West Palm apartment

Great location, our host (Steve and Terry) were awesome. The apartment is cute and functional. Bed was comfortable, the furniture in the living room was not comfortable.

Great summer!

My son stayed at this property for the summer. The owners are very kind and helped ease my stress of my son staying alone in a new town for 10 weeks. They were always around if he had an issue and were very responsive.

Fantastic place

Beautiful house, very nice one bedroom apartment. Perfect location close to downtown. The owners were super helpful with anything I needed and were very hospitable. The price is amazing especially in this area and you can’t find better hosts! Would stay again!!

Providencia Park

Steve and Terry are the most gracious hosts and readily available in case anything is needed. They were very accommodating to our flexible schedule and going back and forth during our stay. The apartment is well stocked with everything for an extended stay. We appreciated the amenities of the unit as well as the homey charm. We look forward to our return.

Great hosts, even better location

Steve and Terry were great hosts. The property is exactly as described and perfect for my longer term stay. This is a great location which is walking distance to everything in WPB. 5/5 stars and would definitely recommend to anyone looking at staying in WPB

Three great months

Steve and Terry were the perfect hosts; not hovering but there when you needed them. This location is the best. A short walk to WPB and a quick drive to PB island. Hundreds of tv channels and a comfy bed. Loved it!

3 Month Stay for Internships

My boyfriend and I rented Steve and Terry’s lovely home for 3 months while we were in West Palm for Summer Internships. The home was great as a home away from home. The location is very convenient to the outlets, downtown, and right across the way from Palm Beach (about a 5min drive to Worth Ave). Kitchen was great for cooking meals everyday, and the bed is super comfy. Steve and Terry were excellent hosts and even invited us to their 4th of July BBQ making us feel like family. We almost didn’t want to leave West Palm Beach! If you’re visiting for work or a summer getaway this is a great location.

Wonderful 3 months!

This is a great property if you want to stay in the West Palm Beach area! You have Providencia Park steps away from your door and downtown is a short walk with plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you busy! This is the second winter we have spent there,(Snowbirds) and the owners Steven & his wife Terry are the nicest people we have ever met in the 19 years that we have been traveling, and if you ever need anything they are just a call or text and ready to help you! The apartment is great with a view of the in ground pool and dining area out near the pool from the living area window. Thank you Steven & Terry we miss you already!!

The Very Best VRBO

This is a fantastic, spacious apartment in one of the best locations in West Palm Beach. Want to walk to restaurants and have a view of the intracoastal? Hop over to Palm Beach or downtown West Palm in minutes? Have a nice pool and serene garden to relax and read by? Then stay here. Steve and Terry could not be more gracious hosts. I have been to a lot of VRBO's, this is the best one I have ever stayed in.

Great location with the Best Hosts

I stayed with Steve and Terry for 3 months when I moved from Connecticut to Florida. They were amazing! They responded immediately to any issues or questions that I had. They were so warm and welcoming and treated you like family. Steve and Terry are so laid back. They were so accommodating to my situation. The apartment was a perfect size for me. It has everything that you need even a washer/dryer! As a walker/runner there were so great places along the water to run! The water was right across the street and the location was so close to downtown West Palm and also was very walkable to a lot of great restaurants! Steve has great recommendations on where to go. The pool is really nice and I even had an iguana join me while I was tanning! I would of stayed forever if I could! I was a little nervous moving to South Florida and staying with people I didn't know, but as soon as I arrived and met Steve I knew I was in good hands! You will not be disappointed staying with them!

Layover

Steve and Terry provided us with a lovely 5 week "layover" between homes. We just located to Florida from NJ and doubt we could have found aa delightful a welcoming as this one was. I highly recommend it!

Spring Break 2021

The property was lovely and the pool was excellent.. The living area is is just large enough for two people. The amenities are good and the washer/dryer is a big help. Steve and Terry are very friendly and instantly make you feel at home. If there were any questions they responded to solve them in a timely fashion. Steve and Terry provided information on activities and restaurants in the area, which was a big help. The Wayans left you alone which provided a feel of comfort. Steve guided me to the great beaches in the area which was a short 15 minute drive. Overall my wife and I enjoyed the experience.

An Excellent Choice Close to the CBD

The location was perfect. As runners, we were a short distance from the intracoastal waterway where we ran along three times per week. When we did not want to cook dinner, al fresco dining was nearby or we walked to restaurants on Clematis Street. The apartment and house are located on a huge lot in tropical-like setting. As such, we were surrounded by a certain degree of serenity in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment gets lots of light and is brilliantly designed with an open floor plan that manages to make the kitchen and living/dining areas feel like two separate rooms.There were plenty of supplies for our one-month stay. And the best part or shall we call it a bonus are the owners. We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world and the owners were pleasant enough; however, Steve and Terry are very kind and caring to the point where we did not feel like renters but valued guests. As such, we highly recommend this property.

Great location in West Palm Beach

We stayed at Providencia Park for 6 weeks and really enjoyed the garage apartment and its location. It's within walking distance to Clematis st and City Place. Steven and Terry were amazing hosts - they were quick in responding to our messages and I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Stunning, Peaceful Property

Such a beautiful property on the intercoastal and lovely hosts. 10 minute walk to downtown, lots of activities around. Cozy apartment with everything you need and the pool area is stunning. Very quiet. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay!

Absolutely Beautiful!

This place was a Perfect Location and has full Accommodations, for my Months stay. Super Host Steven, answered any questions and was very helpful to recommend and send me weekly emails regarding activities in WPB Florida. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe place with full accommodations! Plus a very Pleasant Host Steven and Wife Terry! Most places do not offer a Full Kitchen. I like having a full Kitchen, made me feel like home. Wi-Fi worked really well in this location too! This is a True Hidden Gem!

Very lovely place to stay

There is no words to describe how professional, polite, respectful, lovely and nice were Mr. Steve and his wife Terry. I stayed for 6 weeks. The garage apartment have everything I need ( washer and a dryer, tv, kitchen accessories) etc. The place have a lot nice walking distance activites like Clematis Street. In addition to driving short distance the garage apartment is very close to the Palm Outlets mall, Gardens mall. My husband like water activites there is a short driving distance to dive to Riviera Beach at the Phil Foster Park. Great place for dive! FPLN manatee lagoon is also very close to visit if you would like to see manantees. The Flaguer Museum it was very close and very short drive distance to visit. The publix supermarket is very close. I love to ride in a bike, it was very enjoyable around the area. In conclusion, I felt my it was my second home during my staying. I will definately come back to the apartment. For everybody else who is reading this review DO NOT DOUBT to rent and stay in the garage apartment. It's a very lovely apartment with lovely and respectful owners.

Fantastic location, great owners!

Steve and Terry couldn't possibly be any nicer! They were incredibly accomodating, friendly and overall, just a pleasure to deal with! This location is sensational, with so much within walking distance. The area is beautiful and very quiet, with lots of shopping and nightlife nearby. We enjoyed walking to Clematis Street for shopping, with a stop at Bradley's along the way! If you enjoy peace and quiet, with fabulous shopping and nightlife within walking distance, and beautiful beaches very nearby, you will not be dissapointed!
