This villa is located in a peaceful residential area called Zafiro which is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 15 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.
Villa set in a small, quiet development just a few meters from Vicks Hotel , with a beautiful Chill out bar open to public as well all their services. This lovely property has been furnished tastefully.
The master bedroom with kingsize bed with its own ensuite marble bathroom with a door leading to the pool area.
Second bedroom with a double bed and 3Āŗ bedroom with 2 single beds.
A second full bathroom with walking shower.
The chic lounge has a large flat screen Satellite TV and patio doors lead to the electrically heated pool and terrace for sun bathing.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine can be found in the utility room.
Outside you will find the alfresco dining area with seating for 6 people canarian BBQ ideal for relaxing with a cool drink while the chef of the house is manning the BBQ.
Linen, bath/hand/ and beach/pool towels are all provided and also an hairdryer is supplied for your convenience.
Pool size: approximately 8m x 4m, ranging from 1.2m to 1.75m in depth with Roman steps to enter.
Pool heating will run from November to April. Outside this period will have an additional cost of 120ā‚¬/ week.
This villa comes with WiFi included at no extra cost.

This is our second time staying here and it is a great villa located close to the sea and local amenities. The vila is very clean and equiped to a high standard. The host, Rainiero, is always helpful and responsive whenever needed. Overall this is one of the best villas we have stayed at and would highly recommend it to Vrbo customers.

Had a wonderful holiday. Host was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. Villa in a lovely quiet area with some really nice bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Would definitely consider returning. Best Villa weā€™ve stayed at.

Our host Rainiero made sure that we had everything we required when staying at this excellent villa. Instructions how to gain entry to the villa was easy to understand the same when leaving. The Villa was super clean and the facilities offered were first class. The pool heating was well worth the money paid. I just can't rate this villa high enough. Stayed here with my wife and daughter. Quiet area.

Great Holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was well-equipped and located in a quiet, lovely area. We loved the heated Pool.The host Rainiero was incredibly friendly, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would definitely choose to vacate here again!

Perfect place for relaxation

What a gem of a place this is! Rainiero has thought of everything you could possibly need even down to toiletries, which I have never experienced in any other villa. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too. The villa is in a peaceful location, with a beautiful sea view

Lovely villa

Lovely spacious and comfortable villa.Lots of options for seating outside in the landscaped gardens around the pool. We loved the sheltered outside dining area and the roof top terrace. Rainiero was a fantastic host and provided a great welcome pack and all necessities such as soap, washing up liquid etc. we are returning next year!

Once again a great holiday at this fantastic villa. We were delighted with the house! A real oasis with a lovely private pool area. Some really nice restaurants nearby.. We will DEFINITELY return. Canā€™t recommend the property enough. And the host was so welcoming and helpful.

Great villa everything you need for a great stay. Loads of tv channels and wifi to keep the kids happy. Heated pool was great as well. 10 min walk to several places to eat and a supermarket. Car is a good idea to get about.

What an excellent find. From the moment we booked there was excellent communication with the owner, nothing was too much trouble , very quick to respond to messages. The villa was stunning , very homely, spotlessly clean , every thing you needed to have a fantastic relaxing break . If you want peace and quite then I would definitely recommend this villa

First of all thank you Rainiero, the villa and pool was perfect, amazing, relaxing and we had a fantastic holiday. Rainiero was great in all our dealings with him, even waited on us giving us perfect directions. Shops nearby, plus restaurants. I would definitely recommend this villa. Outstanding.

Lovely villa in a quiet location.

Four adults shared this lovely villa for 8 nights. Great heated swimming pool beautifully clean lovelt terrace with veiws over the sea, well appointed kitched and a great TV entertainment system. The hot water ran out on us after 2 quick showers and we were not sure of the cameras in the alarm system, but otherwise everything was excellent

Excellent and accurate description of property and area

The villa was very well equipped. It was clean and comfortable. The garden and pool area are very attractive and completely private. The location felt safe and well cared for and was quiet. Proximity to shops, restaurants and lovely walks along the cliffs or into Playa Blanca town made this an ideal location for us. It felt away from the crowds but close enough to the town for the more commercial facilities. Communication with our host was first class, with suggestions for things to do and places to eat!

Totally relaxing.

From start to finish - great. The owner was really helpful and responded to any questions/ requests very quickly. He kept us informed of anything we needed to know. He even organised our return airport transfer for us. Thanks. Very comfortable villa. Had all we needed. Great restaurants, supermarket and good coastal walks nearby. Excellent swimming pool!! Would very happily go back. Recommend wholeheartedly!!!

Fantastic Villa!!

Absolutely loved our stay in this stunning villa, the pictures really don't do it justice. Very clean, quite spacious and wonderfully decorated. And the outside is fantastic, with a pool and good mix of places to sunbath and get in the shade, with a roof terrace for watching the sunrises and sunsets. Set in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, with a 5-10 minute walk to some local shops and a 30-40 minute to the main area of Playa Blanca, but we hired a car which I would recommend. The host was lovely, really friendly with a nice welcome pack and some advice for the local restaurants, and good communication throughout. Thoroughly recommend this place, would book again

Beautifully presented, very quiet location just back from the sea. Great sunsets from roof terrace.

Very impressed with the property, location and quietness of the area. Owner was very helpful and very kindly turned the heating up on the pool for us oldies. Could not fault the quality and comfort of the villa. (1 very small comment. A few more items in the kitchen would make a difference.) Would happily recommend this villa for those wishing to be away from the town of Playa Blanca. Range of local shops, bars and good restaurants within a two min drive.

Lovely villa, great pool, fabulous views from the roof terrace of the sea and Fuerteventura, also good views of the sunset. Plenty of room inside the villa, comfy bed, plenty of storage.Nice patio area with table and chairs to sit and eat al fresco. Great location and felt very safe and secure. A lovely welcome pack on arrival which was greatly appreciated. Good variety of restaurants and 2 supermarkets, 2 ATMā€™s within a 10 minute walk, once we had found the shortcut across the wasteland (after the first walk on the pavement taking 35 minutes !) Nice walks along the sea and to the lighthouse, also uninterrupted views of the sunset. Playa Blanca is a short drive away, vast amount of shops, restaurants and the market on Saturdayā€™s and Wednesdayā€™s was great with huge variety of stalls, Marina area lovely to sit and have a drink or something to eat.Communications with Rainiero was 10 out of 10 all info you needed prior to arrival was provided promptly and also a couple of messages to ensure all was ok during our stay. We would definitely return.
