And if that wasn't enough, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, SMART-TV and WIFI. From the cosy living room you can enjoy spectacular views over the bay of Palma. Furthermore, the flat is divided into two floors and has two barbecues and several terraces, ideal to enjoy the good weather! It is located in a quiet area, only 15 minutes by car from Palma and 25 minutes from the best beaches. It is perfect for families or couples.

There is a three-sided pool table that converts into a ping-pong table, a professional table football, electronic darts, dartboards for children, various games (chess, Parcheesi, cards, poker, and more!), and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You won't be short of anything! Furthermore, this cosy lounge leads out to the private swimming pool and gardens, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy a good book, music or a rest in the cotton hammocks.
