As soon as you enter the condo you will be drawn down the hallway to a captivating view of the ocean and immediately feel relaxed and on your vacation. It is on the 14th floor, with an ocean view you will not want to leave. Our condo has been totally remodeled and all furnishings are new. It's a great place for couples, The bedroom has a new king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Perfectly located close to everything you would need or want but away from the crowds. Ocean forest is on the Golden Mile, which is a great place to ride a bike, jog, or just take a leisurely walk and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Ocean. I love my walks on the the beach searching for shells.
The bathroom has been remodeled which includes a brand new spa like shower with a choice of 5 shower settings, it is truly awesome. The walls are tiled, creating a spotless environment.
The bedroom has a new king bed and is also updated with a silver, blue and white color scheme giving it a refined soothing atmosphere.
On the balcony are 2 gorgeous teak and wicker chairs for you to sink down in and hear those waves crashing on the beach.
The living room has a 65" flat panel TV, which sits on the new credenza. wainscoting, in the hallway and living room. We have just added a coffee bar and a new island with stylish white bar stools. All done in soothing coastal colors.
An indoor pool and outside pool are situated for you to enjoy the ocean view.
All towels and linens are included.
A fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal.
Free Wi-Fi and cable.
Ocean Forest Plaza is close to restaurants, shopping, miniature golf.
There are 3 grocery stores located 1 to 3 miles from the condo.
Golf courses and a driving range are just a couple of miles down the road.
All this is so close, yet the building is situated in a quiet, residential area, one of the most desirable in Myrtle Beach.

If you are a couple ,not eliminating more but , this is the unit for you.Clean, comfotable,kitchen design works,bedroom is great with comfy bedNow that shower is the bomb (great) could stay in there too long The building entrance and ramps are tight but okay if you can driveBut the unit is well worth the stay

We loved staying there! It was even better than we expected. Great view, great location, perfect size for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were comfortable. Very nice place!

I had a wonderful week stay at this lovely condo on the beach. There was not one thing that wasn’t perfect. I was given perfect instructions on parking and entering. The decor was done so tastefully. There were little touches throughout that showed how much the owners care about guests comforts. One thing that took it over the top for me was the comfortable outdoor furniture on the balcony. I spent a lot of my time lounging out there, enjoying the ocean views and reading. The location is on the northern side of Myrtle Beach, away from all the crowds. Short drive to grocery stores and many great restaurants. I hope I can stay here again when I travel to Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend it!

The view of the ocean was wonderful. Beautiful sunrises everyday. Easy stroll to the pool or beach. The unit is spotless and looks just like its posted pictures. This is our 5th stay and will be back for sure.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice and the location was fantastic. The only caveat that ruined our stay was our rental car was towed on our second night out of the parking lot of our condo. Apparently our car was too small to park in their outdoor parking lot. And even with our guest parking pass hanging on the rear view mirror it was towed without any notification whatsoever. Once we figured out what happened and 185 in cash did we retrieve our rental. Really put a damper on our trip.

This property was the ideal getaway in mid - Myrtle Beach. This area is much quieter than most of the surrounding areas and significantly less crowded. The views of the beach are incredible as well as the easy access. This area has a sidewalk along the beach if you do not wish to walk in the sand. The property manager was very responsive and assisted with requests to make our anniversary get away more enjoyable. Elaine thank you so much for the hospitality!

This is the first places I stayed that I don’t have any complaints about it. The price was great and what you see in the pictures are nothing compared to the actual view of everything.

Ocean Forest Plaza is situated in a clean, quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the 14th floor with easy access to the beach area(elevator was very quick) The room was beautifully furnished and spotless. The entire premises was very well maintained. We would stay here again

Myrtle Beach - beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Myrtle Beach. There was good communication with the property manager on the check-in & departure process. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and had a full kitchen &everything necessary to prepare a few meals, so it was very nice to be able to have those conveniences. The parking garage was the only inconvenience / drawback to the property. I had read in other reviews that a small car would be necessary for the small turns & narrow parking garage clearance. Our mid-size SUV rental was a challenge when navigating in & out of the parking garage.

MB vacation

My husband and I loved our stay at the condo while vacationing in MB. The only issue we had was there were only 4 bath towels for the both of us for a 5 day stay. Otherwise the communication with the owner and the cleanliness of the condo was superb. Also the view was awesome!

We just got home from our stay in Elaine’s condo. The room was clean, updated, very well furnished with everything we needed for our week stay! The condo is close to everything and the view of the beach was amazing! The area was not busy at all, very quiet area. Elaine was also very responsive with any and all questions. Very much so will be booking again!

Loved this place!

Amazing view! High on the property for a great view of the ocean. The view was great patio furniture was comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much but looked to have more than enough. The bed was so comfortable. The place was very clean and I am very picky on cleanliness. Elaine was responsive and easy to work with. No restaurants or stores close in walking distance so suggest car rental.

Small weekend stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to amazing restaurants and fun places to explore. The community was welcoming, and Elaine was excellent with communication and kept everything spotless. Their place was absolutely stunning, and we truly felt blessed to have chosen it. Every year we took a family vacation to Myrtle beach so we knew this is where we wanted our second home. I grew up in England and moved to Kentucky where I met my husband of 40 years. Growing up with the ocean just minutes away made the purchase of our condo perfect. I don't have to miss the ocean again. We love to work on and update our condo, to make your experience at the beach a wonderful memory to get you through until you come back again.

We just happened to book a few extra days of our vacation at Ocean Forest Plaza, and fell in love with the condo and the location, and decided on the spare of the moment that we would purchase a condo there. It has been one of the best decisions we have made. In fact we purchased our second unit this passed year. VRBO 1096881 . The building and grounds are maintained immaculately. That was a huge bonus. Now we have lots of friends that also own in the building making our beach trips great fun.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Ocean Forest Plaza is situated on the Golden Mile nestled in a residential area making it a more quieter location. It is perfect for shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, ( I love Mount Atlanticus on the corner of 501 and North Kings Hwy ). Tangers outlets are about 4 miles north, and the mall is about 4 miles south. The parking garage is great as it keeps your car shaded and cool in the summer months. Talking a walk on the beach or a bicycle ride down ocean blvd, are great benefits to Ocean Forest Plaza's location. All the unit's are privately owned, about one third of the residents live there year round which helps in the upkeep of the building as they see things I would not.
