Visit nearby Sarlat renowned for it's medieval architecture, café culture, street entertainment and lively markets. There are magical underground caves to explore, and the 17,000 year old prehistoric caves at Lascaux are well worth a visit. Golf, tennis, swimming,spa, close by.

Le Domaine de Beaugarry is a more than 200 years old stone farmhouse totally self-contained and situated in private 4 Ha park, 13 min. north of Sarlat. Free accès to the wonderful fruit garden.

Ground floor:

Sitting Room:

The spacious sitting area room is full of character, with exposed stone walls. The comfortable couch and armchairs are arranged to offer a beautiful view of the park. There is a TV, DVD player, music system and a selection of videos. Unlimited WIFI internet access.

Kitchen-Dining room:

The contemporary kitchen-dining room (new for 2016) is well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, the dining table seats 8 people.

Full bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms, a sitting place and a vaste bathroom with toilet on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 is a generous size with 160cm (5ft) bed, bedroom 2 is a twin room with two single 90cm (3ft) beds. Bedroom 3 is equipped with 160 cm (5ft) bed. The bedrooms are parqueted and very comfortably furnished. They have electric radiator heating. All beds are made up for your arrival with crisp bed linen. The bathroom has a shower unit, wash basin and WC. There is a heated towel rail. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are supplied.

Outdoors:

French doors open from the sitting room onto the terrace which is bathed in sunshine.It offers a beautiful view on the park. With a dining table and chairs for 6 people and the barbecue it is perfect setting for an aperitif or al-fresco meal. .

The 4 Ha park with specimen trees and fruit garden surrounds the house.
The pool, surrounded by a paved terrace with sun loungers, parasols is adjacent to a vaste poolhouse with a wonderfull view of the park.
Measuring 12m x 4m with corner steps at the shallow end and 1.7m at the deep end, the pool is provided with a modern roll-on cover which acts as a security barrier and a heat insulator.
