Bright apartment in a new B&B ( We have other 2 apartments and 3 doublerooms) with 1 large and bright double bedroom, a large living room with 1 sofa bed, large satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, corner with tourist information (brochures and maps), corner with books and games, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, soap and hairdryer, independent entrance and 3 beautiful balconies with a beautiful and relaxing view of the countryside and partial lake view. The area is very quiet, but only 500 meters from the center of San Felice del Benaco and 300 meters from the Gardiola beach and 800 meters from the port; a nice playground and a green area with dirt roads for walking and cycling right in front of the property.
Included in the price are: electricity, gas and water consumption, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking inside the garage.
Tourist assistance: I will be happy to advise and help guests in choosing the activities to undertake or the best places to visit.

Clean, quiet, spacious, and well equipped

We were two couples in our 60’s travelling from Ontario in mid May 2018. Patrizia’s apartment was very clean, quiet, spacious, and well equipped. The pictures and description well represent the property. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view over the olive groves to the church in Manerba. It is well located with short drives to various spots on the lake, restaurants, and shopping. It was also possible to walk to nearby restaurants etc. about 1 km or less. Lots of local information is available in the apartment and Patrizia was very responsive to assisting our plans and our questions. There is a key operated driveway and walkway entrance for security.

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Patrizia ist ein Goldschatz. Extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hatten das Appartement 6 und Frühstück dazu gebucht. Insgesamt nur 6 Räume. 3 Doppelzimmer (inkl. Frühstück) und 3 Appartements (o.F.). Kann nur empfehlen das für 10 Euro dazuzubuchen. Sowas von liebevoll gemacht. Ein Highlight des Tages. Tipp: im 1. Stock hat man nur heißes Wasser wenn Patrizia eine Extrapumpe aktiviert. Also gleich sagen wann man ungefähr duscht, erspart die erfrischenden Duschen der ersten beiden Tagen. Aber auch da galt. Patrizia ansprechen. Sie versucht alles damit man einen perfekten Urlaub hat.

Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort, die Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr stimmig für uns. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Gastgeberin sehr sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Unsere Kinder haben sich Wohlgefühlt mit den Haustieren vor Ort und im Pool. Im Ortskern gab es alles notwendige. Der Weg zum Strand war gut machbar

Angenehm nahe am See und tolle Wege zum Wandern in der Nähe. Ein Ort mit nicht so viel Tourismus. Die Anlage mit dem großen Garten ist stilvoll und bestens zum erholen geeignet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Hund wurde auch herzlich aufgenommen. Gepflegte Wohnung. In der Küche hätte ein Topf mehr gut getan. Aber die Gastgeberin kümmert sich um alles, was man fragt oder braucht. Perfekt für den kurzen oder längeren Urlaub!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 7 Tage dort und waren begeistert von der Atmosphäre und dem schönen Ambiente. Patrizia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Kümmert sich um jeden Wunsch. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und nicht so überlaufen.

Begeisterung pur!

Vom ersten Moment an bis zur letzten Minute am Abreisetag hatten wir eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit bei Patrizia verbracht! Unsere Ferienwohnung war ganz toll eingerichtet, hatte drei Balkone und war sehr sauber. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Überhaupt das ganze Unterkunftsgebäude mit der Tiefgarage und dem Aufzug vermittelte einen modernen und funktionellen Eindruck. Viel Zeit haben wir auch an dem sauberen Pool in dem großen Olivengarten verbracht. Den Gardasee konnten wir zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen. Patrizia, unsere Gastgeberin, ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, war immer ansprechbar und gab uns tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in San Felice. Sie spricht ganz gut Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert hat. Wir waren insgesamt total begeistert und kommen bestimmt irgendwann gerne wieder!

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung und Umgebung waren exakt, wie in der Beschreibung. Da wir wenig Tourismus wollten, genau die richtige Lage. Nach zehn Minuten zu Fuß waren wir am Strand und konnten den Gardasee genießen. Unsere liebe Gastgeberin, Patrizia, hat uns mit Tipps immer zur Seite gestanden, vielen Dank.

Always do it again. Incredibly hospitable hosts

We booked the apartment which was very nice and clean. Everything is new. Two air condition units to ensure you have a nice temperature. Two balcony's as well to enjoy sitting outside. Your car can be parked in the underground parking lot, so it wont be hot when you need it. Dont be afraid if the street next to the estate seems loud. It is always quiet inside. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, but also loads of nearby restaurants. I really recommend spending at least a couple of mornings at the main street drinking your cappuccino and getting something from the local bakery. Italy as i like it. A walk to the beach (spaggia gardiola) takes about 7-10 minutes. In case you rather want to relax, you have a huge terrace outside with an outdoor kitchen and lounge furniture. Also a pool is there to find refreshment. Busstop is just on the corner. You even have an elevator in case you need. For dog-owners as well it is a good place to stay. Main portion of the estate is fenced and dogparks are nearby. Good host you recognize when things go wrong. And Patrizia and her husband really have been there. They picked my family up from the autostrada when my car broke down. Took care for finding a garage to fix it. Translated and did everything else from A to Z. Without them the situation would surely have been worse. So if you want to enjoy a quiet (even in main season rather quiet), relaxing holiday and like to stay away from the crowd, i really, really recommend staying here. Thanks again for having and helping.

Wunderschönes und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Feriendomizil

Es wird hier die Unterkunft/Wohnung "Sonne" bewertet. Das Feriendomizil liegt in einer wunderschönen Park-/Gartenanlage, welche durch zwei elektrische Einfahrtstore gesichert ist. Parkmöglichkeit besteht direkt auf einem Schattenplatz vor dem Haus. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, man findet alles vor was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Terrassen mit genügend Sonnenschutz um auf den u. a. bereitgestellten Liegen zu verweilen bzw. outdoor zu essen und dabei die herrliche Aussicht zu genießen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöne, saubere und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienanlage. Wir würden jederzeit nochmals hier Urlaub machen.

Hübsche und saubere Wohnung - Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist süß, sauber und charmant. Hervorzuheben ist dabei die Sauberkeit, die Ruhe und der große Balkon. Die Gastgeberin hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge (Venedig und Mailand einfach mit dem Zug erreichbar, etc.) gegeben und war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Tolle, großzügige, saubere Wohnung

Die tage in der Ferienwohnung waren so entspannend. Vom Balkon aus ein toller Blick auf den see, großer wohnbereich bietet super wohncomfort! Der dazugehörigen Pool ist traumhaft im angelegten garten. Ruhige Atmosphäre! 900m zum Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zentrum 500m entfernt! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Kommen wieder!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Me and my family have built the small residence where is located the Poppy apartment, on the ground that it is owned by my family for generations. I decided to make available my apartment to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of our land and of our lake, I decorated with passion and heat so that those who enter to sojourn will feel immediately at home while being in holiday. I like to decorate and give to the environments that something of mine and staff that puts people immediately in tune with me and my land

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Poppy apartment is really nice and romantic; upon entering you feel at home. It is situated close the B&B of my family. In addition to the heat that you feel entering the Poppy apartment am always fascinated by the beautiful view of the surrounding greenery that can be enjoyed out on the large porch is a relaxing view, and that makes you lose gaze on the horizon.
