This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is on the north end of Gull Lake in Booming-Out Bay and is conveniently located close to the great amenities the area has to offer.

The easterly sunrise views are spectacular in both the summer and winter seasons. The newly remodeled lakeside deck, patio and fire pit area provide ample space for relaxing and enjoying your time up north.

Fabulous Lakehouse, Location and Communication!

Our family of five and my son’s girlfriend had a wonderful time at this house. We rented a boat from Lake Fun rentals, I recommend that as well.

Lakefront Dream Retreat! Beautiful views and tons of charm!

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible home! The house is stunning, and the lakefront location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was an ideal base for attending the Antique Boat Show at Bar Harbor Supper Club. Highly recommend this place to everyone. There are so many cozy spots to unwind, both indoors and outdoors, all offering breathtaking views. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with unique items that give it a charming, soulful feel—definitely not a generic, quick makeover. Everything was spotless, kitchen well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the linens were top-notch. We had plenty of hot water with great water pressure, and the air conditioning kept us cool. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect spot!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room to spread out. The deck and various patios & seating areas were definitely our favorite spots to hang! Great location close to boat ramp & several restaurants. Owners were quick to respond and super helpful and accommodating on all of our requests. Would highly recommend this home!

Great cabin with an even greater view!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, lots of outdoor seating, great fire pit, one of the most amazing views we’ve seen at any VRBO we’ve rented, and communication with the owner was always really quick and she was always super helpful. Would highly recommend and we would rent again in a heartbeat!

Location, location, location!

We came from out of state to get away and relax, and we did just that. What a beautiful cabin and location. The view is incredible and the location is peaceful, but close to restaurants, grocery store, and other activities. We saw multiple deer, red fox, loons and ducks, and other animals. We caught numerous fish, right off the dock. The owners are very kind and respond right away. I would highly recommend this cabin. We didn't want to leave.

Plenty of inside and outside seating, easy arrival and departure instructions, and very quick responses to questions/inquiries. Perfect for our group, and it would be hard to beat this view of the water and the landscaping! We will certainly reserve this place again!

Panoramic View

It is located perfectly on the lake with prime access to water accessible restaurants and other local spots. Property has beautiful landscaping along with well thought opportunities such as fire pit, elevated deck and outdoor dining. The inside is well kept and very comfortable!

Fantastic Views and Landscaping! Amazing amenities A dream home that made a dream vacation! Very clean, well laid out. Multiple areas to sit and view the lake! Best home/view on the lake! Can't wait to return next year!

Wonderful, Peaceful, Senerity

Pro's: Quiet, beautiful view of the bay, enjoyed watching the water, watched the bald eagle each day, exceptionally clean. They had a everything ready for an outdoor fire. Enough room for everyone to have their own private space. Close to Nisswa for the Christmas festival, grocery store, etc. We spend the weekend playing the games that were provided. Great updated kitchen. Beds were comfortable, amazing decorations. Cons: We are sensitive to mold/mildew so could not use the lower level of the cabin. No fireplace. Owner stated we could not use wood fireplaces and gas fireplace did not work. Lots of fragile antiques. I came early and put all the fragile items in the closet so the grandchildren would not break anything. Great place for adults with older children.

Gull Lake Cabin

We had a great time at Tate's cabin. The views from the cabin and multiple decks were wonderful. The cabin is beautiful inside along with many sitting areas for everyone. In the mornings, I enjoyed sitting out on the upper deck reading and relaxing. We ate most of our evening meals on the lower deck overlooking the lake. Yes, there are many steps down to the lake, but there's an electric cart to take you up/down which we did quite often, or take the steps and get your exercise. They have a table and chairs down by the lake, so you may relax there also. This is really not a swimming area. We had use of the their two lifts for our boat and pontoon which were great. There's lots of open grass area for playing yard games and parking vehicles and trailers. Zorbaz and Bar Harbor are very close by boat. Cowboys Bar & Grill is within walking distance, a couple of blocks, which we did quite often. The cabin is in a quiet area without alot of traffic and easy to find. The negatives were the beds were not real comfortable but he said they were replacing them this fall. There are plenty of steps inside the cabin also, which was not an issue for us, but something to be aware of.
