This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is located on the 4th floor and offers incredible ocean views. The oceanfront master bedroom has a queen size bed. The two guest bedrooms are on the marsh side; one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. These two guest bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. This rental has breath taking ocean views; watch the crashing waves from your large balcony!

1 King, 2 Queens
Linens included with rentals less than 21 nights.

Beautiful ocean getaway

Beautiful ocean view, large balcony and right on the beach. Very clean and comfortably furnished. Very quiet. Would visit again.

Near perfect.

Unit has beautiful direct ocean views from two rooms and balcony. Bedding was very comfortable, a big plus for us. Unit was unusually well furnished with cookware and basic cooking supplies. Books. Games, puzzles, beach toys available. Overall, better than advertised.

Place was very nice. However refrigerator did not work and patio screen door was broken.

Screen door was fixed. Refrigerator did not. Wheeled in two compact refigs. Took up a lot of space.

Lovely Condo with Beach Access

Our family vacation to Wilmington was great and staying at this lovely condo was significant in us having a wonderful time. We did go at the mid-end of October, and unfortunately the summer season had ended, so the pool was closed, but the access to the beach was in the property and very easy to walk to, and the beach was lovely for walking and bathing. The condo was very nicely decorated, clean, and had all the necessary amenities and, most importantly, the location was excellent for access to restaurants and stores. Parking was very convenient as well. We did have a problem with internet access and TV did not work, but internet was finally fixed after a few days of calling and waiting. The beach front view from the condo was amazing, and the terrace in the condo allows for viewing of sunrise and sunset right from your place. I totally recommend this property, and I would not think twice in going there again.

Great condo but terrible wifi

This was the nicest condo we have stayed at on Wrightsville beach but the wifi was horrible, especially in the evening. It wasn't strong enough for our laptops to sign on ever. My phone could but in evenings there wasn't enough bandwidth to use apps like Duolingo. The place would be perfect if the owners would get wifi through cable instead of using the duneridge wifi. Great beach. Great condo. If you don't care about wifi, the place is nearly perfect.

Time to update technology

Our experience was the location was great! Beachfront view and patio is awesome! I think we must have been the first renters of the Easter holiday weekend because we experienced a unique odor entering. Luckily, I had extra car fresheners that I distributed throughout. We experienced difficulty turning the T.V.'s on due to antiquated technology. Most of the time we could not turn the T.V.'s on, however, we did experience getting them on twice. We experienced 771. 59 a day, after you add in all the fees and 90.00 for parking for three days. Again, our experience was great location, but time to update the wifi, T.V.s, cable boxes, aesthetics and clean the carpet and tile.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had stayed at Duneridge once before with friends and was delighted to bring my family back. We had a blast. Great location, fabulous beach, best porch around. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Rental property management left a little to be desired. We had better luck booking through the hot line than the property itself. Seems the place could benefit from a nicer, more responsive touch there. Everything else was wonderful!

Great location but condo needs some attention.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was beautiful! The condo was very dated as far as wall paper and furniture. The worst thing was the cleanliness of the unit. The carpet in the primary walkway and around the dining table was disgustingly stained. The showers were dirty and bathroom floors were yucky, too.

Reviewer Comments: We always stay at Duneridge Resorts when we come to Wrightsville Beach. Everything was perfect except one strange thing - when the shower water was on the water smelled awful. We have never stayed in this building so we called about it. The man said to run the water for 20 minutes with the bathroom door closed. That helped a little but no where near totally. Besides that we were very happy. The pool is the best part!

The view was fantastic...weather not so great....but peaceful.....felt very safe here....nice layout in the condo......I would recommend this place to my family and friends.......didn't get to enjoy the pool....but it was beautiful....

All that we needed for a weekend!

We loved staying at this property. My friends and I all agreed that it was just perfect. Access to the pool, to the beach was easy. The dunes made a great view of the place along with the amazing view of the ocean. It was a perfect weather and it didn’t rain, even though we kept hearing that it would. Beds And couch/chairs were comfy, all appliances and ice maker worked well. And going to bed listening to the sound of the waves was priceless. Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay.

The beach

Bath rooms could be updated and the sliding door to the balcony should be replaced, it took two hands and all you had to open and close it. The women couldn’t do it by themselves. Cleaning was OK. It was the off season so, but the view and the beach are still worth it.
