Our thoughts and prayers go out to all affected by the fires.

Ocean Front Suite #3 (750 +/- Sq Ft) is located on the upper level, right above the beach. It features a spacious, private bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, hotel grade linens, HD 4K Smart TV and a well-appointed bathroom. The living area includes a fireplace, queen-size pullout sofa-bed (sleeps 2), HD 4K Smart TV with a Sonos Sound Bar, and a dining table that seats 4. The spacious kitchen provides everything needed for gourmet meal preparation. This Suite is beautifully decorated to complement and highlight the stunning ocean views. Experience magical sunsets, the rhythm of crashing waves, and unobstructed ocean views all from the privacy of your own, furnished deck. All Suites enjoy free wireless internet, private beach access and one Free on-site parking space.

Child Safety Notice: While we welcome families, please be aware that certain elements of our property, such as 1st and 2nd story windows, balconies, decks, and wave action may pose serious risks for children. We strongly advise that children be supervised at all times to ensure their safety, if this is not possible, please do not book with us. Wonderful Stay!

Perfect stay for myself and daughter! What an adorable, well stocked and clean property! The outdoor balcony, ocean view and the sound of the waves crashing underneath the home just can’t be beat! We will most definitely be back!

Great location, right on Carbon beach. Great base to explore Santa Monica and Malibu. Wonderful views from private balcony. Unit was very clean but shows some wear and tear especially tub/shower.

The suite was perfect for our stay. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but there were basic supplies available. Bed was comfortable- extra pillows were good and luggage racks in the bedroom were very useful. There is a lot of wear & tear and some things could be replaced for added esthetics. Bathtub could easily have a surface painting job, toilet seat could be replaced and a towel rack could be added to the bathroom wall. The suite is perfectly located on the beach, the sound of the waves was very soothing and a true delight/all day & night. A lovely walk on the beach to the pier is a must! Parking is tight but manageable. Would recommend this suite to others.

It really was very nice but I came down with Covid so I was unable to truly enjoy it as I would have liked. The best part while being sick was hearing the waves. Loved it! Will have to come another time when I feel better.Thank you!

Great Time

Place was too cute to come for spring break! Great location with all the views. We loved walking to Malibu Pier and enjoying our own beach access. We will be back!

Location, Location, Location

I am a Malibu regular and this was such a wonderful place to stay. It was warm welcoming, peaceful and just what I was looking for. There is so much to do within just a few short miles of here. Will stay here again in the near future.

On the beach

Excellent location, highly recommend. Unit is directly on the beach. Access to Los Angeles is convenient, plan time of trips accordingly due to traffic. Enjoyed the sunsets and sound of the waves. Unit is clean and well kept. Excellent value. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect beach front retreat

We never left the condo for the first three days! We simple sat on the deck and enjoyed the surf and sun. In the morning we walked the beach, and had breakfast at the pier. For dinner we could walk to several 5 star restaurants, were we would go for wine and light shareables. We will be back soon!!

Attention to detail required

This was expensive accommodation and hence one would expect a high level of service especially for a short two night stay. There are a few reasons I would give this a 3 and not a 4. 1) The kitchen light didn’t work as we arrived when it was dark, and had a hecetic schedule there was no time to complain but as a minimum I expect all bulbs to checked prior to a stay. 2) No oustide light, candles should be provided on the balcony 3) Parking number wasn’t highlighted prior to check in, this information was only found in the information pack 4) The picture on the website clearly shows steps to access to beach from the balcony, this is not the case. We had to ask locals for access and they were hesitant to allowus access at which point I had to message the agent.

Beautiful View, Central Location

If you want to be in Malibu on the ocean, and don’t have zillionaire money, this is a great option. We loved the property, were close to great beaches, hiking and restaurants, and found the owners to be terrific to communicate with. Great place to stay.

Fantastic

My kids and I had a wonderful time here. The room was great, the view was great, I only wish we could have stayed longer. One note, it's probably time for a new set of linens for the sofa bed.

Pure Magic

Full Malibu experience, very peaceful and fun. Only complaint is that I never received the WiFi code, but we stayed too busy to be on our computers anyways. Definitely recommend!

Can't Get Closer to the Beach

Location, location, location! This apartment is located right on the beach. Amazing views. Easy walk to the Malibu pier. It's located by the beach so the rooms have some wear and tear. We missed the turnoff into the property to begin with so we had to circle back around to find it. Once we saw which driveway it was, no problem.

Perfect Location - Fantastic condo

The condo was very comfy, having everything we needed. A short walk to the pier for some of the best food in Malibu at Malibu Farms. MUST GO! Honestly, everything was perfect. My only request for improvement would be the water pressure in the shower which was non-existent. Very responsive host. I will stay here again!

Right over the waves

Convenient parking, and just a walk down some stairs to the beach. The apartment was well-kept and homey. A wonderful stay for our family.

Great stay!

Overall it was an awesome stay. The location is absolutely perfect and property management was accessible and helpful. Check-in instructions were a bit vague. Ie, the restaurant cited as a landmark is no longer a restaurant. But those are relatively minor details.

a nice get-away

The property is right on the beach (2nd floor), with a nice view from the balcony, and easy access to get down to the beach. The property is not fancy, but clean and comfortable. There are lots of good restaurants in the area that deliver.
