This 3 bedroom beachfront home is not your typical rental, it is very well equipped so you can feel right at home... but at the beach…. under the palm trees and the stars, surrounded by colorful bougainvillea in a lushly landscaped grassy park-like setting, where you can hear the waves constantly. Watch the dolphins swim by right off from the front porch. You can even join the dolphins if you want to hop in a kayak and paddle alongside, or just jump in the water and swim with them. The pristine white-sand beach invites long quiet walks where you can collect a great variety of sea shells, freshly washed up on the shore every day. You can also observe an abundance of maritime wild life including sea gulls, pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins, whales, and many different fish. Adjacent mangrove lined estuary is teaming with marine life & can be explored by kayak. There is a restaurant/bar on site so you don't have to drive into town for a night out. Most grocery needs are available at any of several stores in San Carlos, a quiet beach town 5 minutes away by car.

Sleeps 6 adults + 2 kids, with king size bed in upstairs master suite facing the water, 1 single & 1 full bed in 2nd bedroom facing courtyard and 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom, which faces beachside. Additional mattress available if necessary for younger person on floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area with a beach view. You can also cook outdoors with propane cook stove under the shade of beachfront porch. Enjoy your meals beachside around a large round mahogany table. High end 4 zone multi split A/C & Heating system provides precise temperature control in each room. Running whisper quiet, it allows you to enjoy the soothing sound of waves throughout the residence. There are dimmers on nearly every light switch, so you can enjoy the lighting at whatever level is comfortable for you. Internet phone provides free calls to US & Canada.

$269/night. Discounted weekly rates and last minute discounts are an option if arriving less than 1 week from reservation date, subject to availability. Smoke free. Pets considered with advanced authorization. There is a $25 one time pet charge per dog, with a 2 dog limit, per property management requirement. This fee will be billed separately if applicable.
