Two Bedrooms. Private Queen bedroom w/ 50" TV/DVD (Satellite TV with 100 plus channels) with attached (separate) 5 bed bonus bedroom with reduced ceiling height that is ideal for children Includes full house privileges at the Tacit Shadow Resort property in Parowan at the base of the Brian Head resort mountain. . A total of two bedrooms that sleep 9 guests. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with guests staying in the "Paradise" bedroom.

*** This is actually a two bedroom suite*** The 2nd bedroom is a bonus room with reduced ceiling height with two double beds and 3 single beds. The entry door to the bonus room is also a reduced height. This 2nd bedroom is ONLY available when booking with three or more guests.

The property is located at the base of Brian Head, about a 20 minute drive up/down the mountain. It is located in Parowan on the road to the Gap. This bedroom features balcony access with spiral stairway to the rear deck and BBQ courtyard area.

Includes full use of Resort common amenities (shared by all guests) including kitchen, dining room, living room, commercial laundry room, theater room and extensive outdoor areas including BBQ's, children's play ground, basketball half court, regulation Bocce court and much more. A Queen size 6 inch Memory Foam Tri-Fold Futon Mattress w/ sheets/blanket and pillow will be provided for the 3rd and 4th guests. Located at the base of the Brian Head resort mountain. Central to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, & Grand Canyon.

Tacit shadow is often used for visitors to Brian Head due to its lower altitude (stay low / play high)

This resort has staff on site 24/7.

Tacit shadow has covered porte-cochĆØre drop off, and FREE onsite parking including large vehicle and trailer parking.

Tacit shadow also features an onsite theater room, regulation bocce court, children's play area, horse coral, BBQ courtyard, large deck, and expansive grounds with walkways throughout.

Guest have full use of the kitchen, dining room and living room which is shared with other guests. The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, oven, microwave and dual drawer dishwasher. A large assortment of small appliances, pots, pans and spices are also provided. Strong Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

This room is provided with broadband WiFi internet through a private in-room Verizon Hotspot with download speeds between 5 and 12 Mbps and upload speeds between 2 and 5 Mbps.

Guest will have shared access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, 110' projection screen theater room, and teppanyaki area. Use of teppanyaki/hibachi table requires use of professional chef.

There is also a half-court basketball area weather permitting.

Tacit shadow is a year round resort with easy access to Brian Head, nearby petroglyphs, Cedar City Shakespeare festival, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Monument, and Cedar Breaks. You are NOT booking an entire private house. You are booking one or more rooms in a resort that has other rooms and other guests.

The place was immaculate, but I didnā€™t appreciate having to take my shoes off and leaving them outside before entering the premises. The staff was great, but the promised breakfast of ā€œJimmy Deanā€ never showed up! Otherwise, nice place!

The property was beautiful and inviting. Hosts were great and easy to get a hold of. Answered our questions immediately. We stayed here in mid January to go to Brian Head to go snowboarding. Would recommend this place absolutely

Great property, we had a lot of fun with the family. Scott and his wife were very nice and great hosts. It was a little awkward at first because of how itā€™s setup and thereā€™s not a lot of instructions to go off of but once we got settled in we had a blast. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean. I didn't realize the kitchen and bathroom were shared with other renters. The bed was a bit too creaky; every time I moved it creaked. The bonus room was big but with very low ceilings and you had to crawl through a small door in the closet to get there. It would probably be fun for little kids though. Overall a good stay and the price was good. I wish the sharing of the bathroom was a little more clear in the listing.

Brian Head ski trip

My brother and I were looking for an affordable place to overnight before skiing at Brian Head with our sons the next day. This place was great, easy check in, very clean, and only about 15-20 minutes up the mountain to the ski resort. Scott was easy to communicate with and all went well. Weā€™ll probably be back next month to do it again.

Perfect for a family

Sadly we only got to spend one night, but the rooms were perfect for our family. Would be an awesome home base for an extended stay to explore the area. I expect we'll be back. My kids were pumped to have their own beds after making heavy use of bed sharing and/or sleeping on the sofa/sofabed at hotels. Communication from Scott was great and very clear.

I like the price and location of the house. I do not like sharing the entire space with the other guests. You even share the bathroom. The only private space is your room.

Welcomed stay

It was my first time using VRBO. Actually, it was my first time using any type of air b&b stay. We did not meet the hosts of the place. However, he communication with Scott was great. All the information was provided for me in advanced. Overall a great experience and the rate was definitely better than staying at the resort about half hour drive away.

we shared a bathroom with another guest staying in another room. The left was only accessible by crawling through a waist-high door in the closet. Clean but definitely not what we expected. No one to blame but ourselves for not reading the reviews before arriving.

Fun for kids.

This is a unique setup with the secret room but my kids loved it. It is close to the freeway and a perfect place to get some sleep for the night during a long drive home with little ones, rather than having to reserve multiple hotel rooms for a large party. The beds were not made on our arrival but everything was clean and organized for us to do it ourselves. It wouldā€™ve been a challenge to do if we had arrived even later and had kids already sleeping. The bathroom is shared, but I donā€™t think there were any other guests in the other rooms while we were there. It was also nice for my kids to play at the playground while we packed the car up again. Thanks for letting us stay.

This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 9. Itā€™s NOT. Itā€™s two separate rooms that can be adjoined through a door. Property looks like a trap house. You walk In and feel like youā€™re crashing someoneā€™s house. Itā€™s weird and scheevy. Never even stayed. Turned around and left. Waste of time and money.

Very inaccurate description of the property.

I was surprised when we arrive, myself and my family, that our stay would be at a "resort". I would disagree with that terminology, however. The description of the stay made it sound like we would be in an apartment or similar lodging. However, to my surprise and dismay it was in fact a "bed and breakfast, without the breakfast". I was confused when we got there. A woman gave us a tour of the facility and our room. The whole "resort" smelled like boiled cabbage, not a good smell. Our room was labeled escape. The room itself was quite nice, but by far the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. I am writing this several days later and I'm still sore from our stay. The other beds were through a crawl space in the closet? of all places. There was a space heater, and exposed wires from the ceiling. My children slept in our room on the floor. The next morning it smelled like boiled eggs. We bought some air spray to change the smell. I was not happy with this stay. We have stayed in VRBO many times and this is the worst one so far. I will not go back
