Minimum intended stay: 30 nights. (Average stay of 2+ my but shorter stays are considered only in exceptional cases after prior discussion). Discounted long-term rate of 15% off already included in rate!
This fully furnished, long-term/extended stay 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is located in a quiet residential high-rise across from the Texas Medical Center and Hermann Park. It offers peace of mind, comfort, and all the conveniences for long-term living, including secure entry, garage parking, and peaceful views.
Ideal for medical stays, relocations, home renovations, and other long-term needs. Past guests include patients receiving treatment or follow-up care. Available for extended stays of a month or more while we’re with family out of state. This is our personal home, so we look for guests who will treat it with care and responsibility.

Home Away from Home

We were 5 minutes from the medical center which proved super convenient when running back and forth to visit my father who spent 10 days at Houston Methodist Hospital. A shuttle runs directly from the condo complex throughout the day to anywhere in the medical center. The shuttle does not run on weekends so we used an Uber taxi service on weekends which cost USD 20 per trip. The condo is clean, organized and well maintained. There’s a beautiful view of the pool and medical center from the living room and there is lots of natural light. The apartment has a front desk lobby area with staff and as result you feel very secure. There are 2 restaurants in the buildings, and a gas station/ convenience store within walking distance. It was a home away from home for us as we navigated the challenging journey of seeking medical attention overseas.

Great apartment, easy access to MD Anderson, and there is an awesome park across the street.

During my stay in Houston for medical reasons, we stayed in this apartment. It was a perfect match for us with it only being 5 minutes from MD Anderson. The apartment was exactly what the pictures showed and very clean. The gym and pool area are very nice as well. We were able to contact our hosts and received fast responses each time. The park across the street provided lots of walking trails. We had a great experience staying here.

Great Place!

Location of apartment is next to Hermann Park, which makes for quick commutes around TMC. Also close to Museum District. This was a very clean apartment, adequately stocked kitchen for your culinary needs. The residents of the building are nice and friendly. ....An important note for light sleepers,.. you will Not have issues sleeping due to noise disturbance. The building gets quiet at night, makes for a peaceful sleep! Kat was an excellent host! If you have an issue, she will supply you with a solution!!

Comfortable & Convenient

The condo has everything you need and then some. The bedrooms/bathrooms are set up perfectly for privacy - with the living area in between the bed/bath locations. Additionally, a grocery store is very close and the exercise trails are immediately across the street. The owners are wonderful, professional and very accessible. I’d easily stay there again.

Herman Park Gem

Unfortunately I came to Houston for 6 weeks of radiation cancer treatments at MDA. I felt one of the best things to help stay strong during treatment was to walk through Herman Park every day to treatment. I was spot on because it really bolstered my spirits. Located at the top of Herman Park sits this luxury 2bdrm unit with a beautiful balcony view of the park. The unit has everything you need for a short term stay like mine: full kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates et al that you would need, two spacious bedrooms and two full baths with washer dryer. The extra bedroom really was important as I would have family come and stay with me. Most of the nice and affordable places I saw did not have that important second bedroom or my guest would have to take a couch. The owner was very easy to reach but I never had a single problem in my six weeks so when we did communicate is was him asking how were things. It’s a very nice high rise door man bldg with a front desk concierge and a free coffee bar. Awesome HEB a very short walk away. For me and how I wanted my six weeks of not the best of times to be this place was perfect!

Ideal location and beautiful view

My wife and I stayed for one month while I was being treated at MD Anderson. The experience was perfect for us. It is directly across the street from Herrman Park, which is lovely, and within easy walking distance to the museum district. The view from the balcony faces southwest so the sunsets were an unexpected treat. The owner was helpful and responsive, parking was convenient, and the unit was spacious. We highly recommend.

Great Summer stay

I stayed in this apartment for three months on a summer internship in Houston. I would definitely recommend the location for proximity to activities, museums, the zoo, and Hermann Park. It was only a 10 minute drive from the downtown/midtown area which was perfect for commuting to work. I appreciated having a place to stay where I didn't have to worry about bringing linens and pots and pans. The unit was very well kept and had everything my roommate and I needed. The only complaints that I have are about the wind on the balcony and pool area and that the door to the parking garage would sometimes be broken.

Family visit

This property is in a great location for visiting museums, zoo, golf and Hermann Park. The facilities such as the pool and gym are very nice, very clean and enjoyable. The condo is large, located on a high floor in a high rise building. The hallways and elevator and lobby areas are ery clean and there is very little noise from occupants. There is a great view of the medical district, the balcony is small and often quite windy. When the door is open you can hear constant city traffic which for us was okay. I would not recommend this location if you had small children. The condo furnishing is average. The owner needs to pay more attention to some of the details of renting such as cleanliness, and linen quality and quantity. You pay a cleaning fee,but it did not appear that this condo was professionally cleaned. That is something I would confirm before renting. Owners were readily available by email. I would give the overall facility a very good in terms of facility cleanliness and location. The condo rating is just average and somewhat disappointing overall.

I love this location in Houston. Being here was paramount when I choose to look for a place and after a lot of searching found a great mix between the location, friendliness of staff and amenities. For me I visit often visit the different Museum exhibits nearby as well as going to Hermann Park - I often use the jogging trails there and at Rice U. While for those rainy Houston days the full size gym is great.
