Fabulous wraparound Gulf views! 2 swimming pools (one heated) & hot tub

Located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach, this 10th floor three-bedroom, two-bath, 10th floor corner unit has amazing views.

Upon entering the unit, you will find the well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats eight. The living room has large windows with fabulous Gulf views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, including pull-out sofa bed. Relax and enjoy the view on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and beautiful Gulf views. The second bedroom has a king bed and is just off of the living area. The third bedroom is located near the entry of the unit and offers a queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bath, located off of the living area. For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer. This 1,600 square foot condo sleeps eight people.

On-site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was amazing again. The host was so accommodating as we were late arrivals, and they made that effortless. The property is very well stocked and the beds and furniture very comfortable. The location is excellent. We are hoping to return in March.

They came the next morning and thought they had it fixed...Several of the outlets continued to throw the gfi’s...Several were not gif but would not work at all...Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Oh and parents were allowing their brats to run and jump in the hot tub and splash around when we were just trying to relax...One set of parents sat there and watched their brats stepping on our toes and hitting us constantly and they never got on to them!!!

Great Condo with a Beautiful View

The only problem with the trip was that our code for the beach gate never would work for us! Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described - even better than the pictures. The property was clean and well maintained. The management company was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. We were arriving late, and they were very helpful about how to check in and pick up our information. We are already planning a return trip in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect from the location that was in walking distance to restaurants, beach, bars. The view was incredible! However, the unit could have been cleaned a little better. We found a stray goldfish (cracker) on the floor, a pile of leaves from a faux plant in the corner, lots of hair left on the floor in the master bath, and hair in the underside of the master bed comforter. I’m also disappointed in the fact we left 2 bathing suits in a dresser and the cleaners never found them. We vacated on a Monday and cleaners weren’t scheduled to clean until Wednesday. This is not the first time I’ve rented through Paradise, and it certainly won’t be my last, but I will expect better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great experience at Emerald Isle 1008. It was a very clean unit, and the views and location can't be beat! It was well stocked with linens, kitchenware, etc. Our only complaints were: (1) that the oven was temperamental - we needed to cook something at 400 F, and it never went above 380 (even with preheating), and another time we needed 450 F, and it actually went up to 410 F (with preheating); and (2) we brought our own ice, but not having a functioning icemaker in the refrigerator would have been problematic. Also, just a general comment, some more kitchen towels would be great!

Family stay

The condo is exactly as it is posted in the photos. The condo is stocked with eveything you need. The pool and hottub were awesome. The location was perfect. The reason I gave checkin 3 stars was because we only had an hour "window" to check in, then were directed to go to the sister property. The electrical outlets were a little "weak" as we tried to charge our phones. Overall, fantastic stay, we would stay again We didnt have any issues, so we didnt interact with the property manager

There were only 2 things that we were not happy with.One, the size of the TV in the LR is very outdated. Need at least a 30/40 inch. Two, housekeeping needs to checkbehind all doors. A dirty/filthy swimsuit intimate liner wasstuck on the wall behind a door. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Parking lot was never more than 1/2 full, and I had to park across the street at your office (general manager probably didn’t like me taking his spot), so being able to park at the condo, given the circumstances, would have been nice, even with the 2-pass per condo rule. But overall a great stay and no complaints.

Top notch views of Pensacola

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have stayed in these condos and they are close to so many things. The views from this end unit were amazing day and night. The management company was awesome, check in was seamless and located right across the street. We had more than the normal amount of starting pack of needs and towels. There were 5 of us staying 5 nights so we still had to wash and buy extra, but it was more than we normally get to start. The only thing I can say negative is that one of the front burners on the stove didn’t work. It was the big one up front that would be the one you would automatically want to use, but we managed just fine without it and I would for sure stay here again. Did I mention how amazing the wrap around views are?

Corner beach condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was good. The location was nice but the building had a lot of issues with the doors and gates not working. There were maintenance workers there attempting to correct the issue. Communication with the property management was poor. I had emailed regarding check in instructions that were not disclosed in any listing or rental agreement docs and did not receive a response at all- I had to call the day of our check in for information. I had also emailed about amenities in the condo and was given a generic answer that didn’t reflect what was actually in the condo. It seemed as though they had a go-to answer for all rentals they manage and it isn’t specific to the actual unit being rented. Considering it’s commonly used for vacation rental, you would think they would understand that planning is a big piece of travel. The other issue was that the condo had cockroaches. With that said, you can tell the owners have done a great job creating a comfortable space for renters. The appliances were nice and the beds were all very comfortable. The management is where the ball is getting dropped.

Fall break

We had issues with our fridge and lost about $200 i was told we might get some refund but would never call back. Checking the review before us i found out they knew fridge not cooling right but we were not told about it.

We loved the space, especially the balcony and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The kitchen was much better stocked with newer cookware and supplies than last year! Our only complaints: (1) the refrigerator and freezer do not seem to be cooling to full capacity (our items in the refrigerator remained only slightly cold) and (2) the shower/tub in the master bedroom drains VERY slowly. We will definitely return next year!

August Emerald Isle Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The accommodations were excellent. The only problems were the access door to the beach would not take our (or anyone's) code. Several times someone put a chair or other item to keep the door open, and the problem was eventually solved by maintenance deactivating the lock. We also had water dripping from the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, which we reported and there was nothing that could be done. We put a bowl on the bed to catch the water (which it did while away at dinner). I called the maintenance worker's phone number that he left (and said to call if it happened again) and it went to voicemail & I couldn't leave a message as the mailbox was full. Thankfully, It wasn't a problem after that.

Beautiful condo

Condo beautiful, crowded elevators, keypads didn’t work half the time, few carts, beautiful beach view obstructed by umbrella rentals. Location is great.
