* Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the project has been completed. At this time, we do not have a completion date. We will update this listing when we have more information.

Located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach, this 10th floor three-bedroom, two-bath, 10th floor corner unit has amazing views.

Upon entering the unit, you will find the well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats eight. The living room has large windows with fabulous Gulf views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, including pull-out sofa bed. Relax and enjoy the view on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and beautiful Gulf views. The second bedroom has a king bed and is just off of the living area. The third bedroom is located near the entry of the unit and offers a queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bath, located off of the living area. For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer. This 1,600 square foot condo sleeps eight people.

On-site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was amazing again. The host was so accommodating as we were late arrivals, and they made that effortless. The property is very well stocked and the beds and furniture very comfortable. The location is excellent. We are hoping to return in March.

1st time condo renter

The condo was clean, colorful and inviting. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach and loved the easy beach access. The views from the balcony were incredible.. coffee at sunrise, dolphins playing and gorgeous sunsets, we couldn't get enough of the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

Great beach vacation

Excellent condo. Very clean, with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Not your typical rental with frat house furniture and uncomfortable beds. The corner unit had amazing views of the gulf, the bay and the beach restaurants and shopping. The two walls of windows provided the excellent views. Stock with everything youā€™ll need for a week or a month. We will be back for this specific unit.

Family stay

The condo is exactly as it is posted in the photos. The condo is stocked with eveything you need. The pool and hottub were awesome. The location was perfect. The reason I gave checkin 3 stars was because we only had an hour "window" to check in, then were directed to go to the sister property. The electrical outlets were a little "weak" as we tried to charge our phones. Overall, fantastic stay, we would stay again We didnt have any issues, so we didnt interact with the property manager

Parking lot was never more than 1/2 full, and I had to park across the street at your office (general manager probably didnā€™t like me taking his spot), so being able to park at the condo, given the circumstances, would have been nice, even with the 2-pass per condo rule. But overall a great stay and no complaints.
