Lovely well equipped property

We had an excellent stay. The house was just a short walk from the sea and had a lovely pool and outside areas. It was really well equipped in every way. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There was a slight miscommunication about where to put the various garbage bins for collection, but apart from that everything was perfect.

Fabulous Family Holiday

A fabulous villa, a short walk to the beach, and a bike ride away from the old port of Agde. Every thought has gone in to making this a lovely place to stay where you don't have to worry about anything and can just relax. The villa is beautifully appointed with everything you could need throughout the house, especially the kitchen. Beds were lovely and comfy with 'proper' duvets and sheets, with the blinds down we slept well past brunch after some very sociable evenings out on the patio! The owners were incredibly helpful and gently kept in touch at just the right times with very thoughtful messages - we were made to feel very welcome indeed. Beach was nice mix of quite patches with bars and activities further along if needed. The newer marina at Agde is a bustling place of bars and restaurants, but is definitely set up for the holiday tourists. The old port on the Canal du Midi retains the relaxed South of France vibe with a few good places to eat. Overall I would highly recommend this lovely villa to anyone looking for a place to stay for a week or two in the area.

Fantastiskt hus

Rent, snyggt och rymligt hus för en avkopplande semester. Väl planerat med två sovrum på övervåningen och två på nedre. Nyrenoverade badrum, sköna sängar. Stort fint och funktionellt kök. Stor uteplats under tak för kvällens middagar eller en bok i loungen, elektriska markiser för extra skugga på dagtid. Väl fungerade ac. Solsängar till alla. Trygg och lugnt område. Kort promenad till stranden med restauranger. Rekommenderar bil för att kunna handla mat och göra utflykter. Inne i byn Grau Agde finns fiskaffär, slaktare, bageri, marknad, livsmedelsbutik och trevliga restauranger på torget och kajen. Några kilometer från huset finns bageri och intill det daglig försäljning av nyskördade grönsaker och frukt. En bit längre bort finns gigantisk stormarknad (Hyper U). I området finns fina vin-byar med marknader. Rekommenderar särskilt ett besök i Marseillan.

Tout est parfait

Sans conteste, le meilleur séjour que nous ayons passé en famille ( 3 générations) au Cap d'Agde. Que ce soit le contact avec le propriétaire, l'accueil, la qualité des lieux, la proximité de la plage (5 mn à pied), aucune fausse note. Le cadre est magnifique et tranquille, la piscine adaptée aux enfants avec le petit bassin et la terrasse couverte se prête aux soirées calmes et prolongées. La climatisation est vraiment un plus et la literie est qualitative. Je recommande sans réserve.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung mit freundlichen Gastgebern

Das Haus ist liebevoll und dennoch praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Besondere Highlights sind der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand/Meer. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich; sie möchte, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Und so war es denn auch: Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht!

Angenehmes Haus

Unsere Aufenthalt war nur für eine Woche und etwas kurz, trotzdem war es sehr schön. Die Kinder genossen den nahe liegenden Strand und das Schwimmbad im Haus sehr, und hatten viel Spaß. Sehr angenehme Personal und im Haus fühlt man sich wohl.

Fantastiskt hus

Det rymliga huset infriade alla förväntningar och lite till. Vi var åtta personer, 6 vuxna och 2 barn, och det fanns gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Poolen mycket uppskattad av både vuxna och barn. Den vackra trädgården, det välutrustade köket och en skuggig plats med stort bord på uteplatsen gladde oss mycket. Stranden på gångavstånd var jättefin och vattnet klart och härligt. Byn låg lite längre bort än väntat, så i närheten fanns endast ett par restauranger. För att handla behövdes bil (eller cykel, som ju finns på boendet). Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta välskötta boende till familjer eller ett gäng goda vänner! Ann-Britt, juni 2022

Fantastische Villa mit Salzwasser-Pool

Wir verbrachten als 6-köpfige Familie eine wünderschöne Woche in dieser grosszügigen Villa. Sie ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, sehr großzügig einem sehr schönen Garten (inkl Apprikosenbaum und Kräuterbeet das genutzt werden durfte) und großem Pool. Die Villa ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und lässt definitiv keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die Aufteilung der Räume, inklusive der Funtionsräume (Abstellraum und Garage) hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter bietet das große Wohn-Esszimmer viele Möglichkeiten. Auch die übrige Einrichtung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig: die Ausstattung der Küche mit, unter anderem, Nespressomaschine, fanden wir toll. Trockner und Waschmaschine im großen Abstellraum und viele Möglichkeiten zur Lagerung von Vorräten dort, waren sehr praktisch! Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand, 8 Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem Hyper U Einkaufszentrum und 800m zum nächsten Bäcker für die frischen Baguettes und Croissants am Morgen. Die Übergabe des Hauses bei unserer Ankunft und auch bei unserer Abreise war sehr unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und angenehm, genauso, wie der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vorher! Wir können dieses Haus und ebenso die Vermieterin nur empfehlen, bedanken uns für die Gelegenheit, diese Villa nutzen zu dürfen und kommen sicher wieder!!

A beautiful relaxing oasis

Modern with a classical twist, this very clean and well-presented property won't disappoint you. It is full of modern touches including; robot grass cutting and pool cleaning, electric entrance gates, electric window blinds, electric sun canopies and most importantly it is fully air conditioned. The seating is comfortable as are the beds, though the beds are on the firm side and the single beds are a bit narrow. The kitchen is well exceptionally well equipped however, we lacked a kettle. The laundry room has two washing machines, two tumble dryers, an ironing board with iron and plenty of product to clean your laundry with. The pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature via an air source heat pump and has a toddler’s pool as well. The pool is not deep going from approximately 80cm in the shallow end to approximately 160cm in the deep end. A nice touch is the outside toilet and shower room. There is ample seating outside along with sun loungers and dining table. The property is fully enclosed so your children can't escape and the gardens which are automatically irrigated, circumnavigate the villa. The beach and restaurants are a 500m walk and are wonderfully sandy with plenty of room even in high season. Astrid and Robert have made a real 'oasis of paradise' here and we can honestly say that our holiday has been the best family holiday we have ever had. TRULY FANTASTIC!!!!

Superbes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé 2 formidables semaines dans cette belle villa proche de toutes commodités et qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous nous sommes bien amusés avec notre fille de 3 ans dans la piscine et nous avons apprécié les soirées tranquilles et agréables sur la grande terrasse. La plage la plus proche se situe à environ 300m et est facilement accessible à pieds. Le niveau de la mer y est idéal pour les tous petits et il n'y a pas beaucoup de vagues. Concernant l'aménagement intérieur de la maison, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir parfaitement à l'aise et d'une propreté irréprochable. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le canapé ainsi que les lits sont super confortables. Un grand merci à M.-P. pour l'accueil et le départ très chaleureux ainsi qu'à Astrid qui était toujours à l'écoute et qui nous a permis de passer de magnifiques vacances. Großzügiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche mit der ganzen Familie inklusive Großeltern verbracht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Besitzerin und die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, so dass alles perfekt organisiert war. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. 2nd visit - we love this place

We have been to this place two times and we always loved to stay there. Located pretty close to the beach. You either walk there within 5 minutes or simply take one of the bycicles. The owners take care that you check in at a very clean house. The pool is nice and there is also much space inside the house. in comparance to Hotel stars we would give 5+!

Wunderschönes sauberes Haus mit allem Komfort

Unsere 5-Köpfige Familie hat die Woche in diesem wunderschönen grossen Haus sehr genossen. Alles sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und die grosszügigen Räume und Aufteilung würde sich auch für zwei Familien gut eignen. Auch die Strandnähe zu Fuss oder mit den Fahrrädern einfach toll. Marie-Pierre die zum Haus schaut war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles in Allem kann man diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfect place with kids

We were travelling with 2 kids at the age of 3 and 4. The house ist perfect for us. 1. Close to the beach 2. Close to the shopping centre 3. Very clean 4. Nice pool 5. Full service: no towels etc. to be brought 6. Quiet place We will come back! And that means a lot as we are used to stay at 5 star hotels!

Perfect

A premium price, but truly a premium villa. Located in a quiet road only 7 mins stroll to the beach, it really is superb. Very tasteful furnishings, although we didn't spend that much time inside, and also added features like the robots to cut the grass and clean the pool, the trailer that you can load up and take to the beach, the electric canopies that can extend the shade over the patio area. In addition, much praise to the attentive service of Astrid (owner) and Marie Pierre (who meets you at the start). As I said before, this is a premium price but in our opinion was worth every penny as a guarantee that everything would be of the highest quality. We will definitely stay here again at some point in the future.

Formidable lieu de villégiature super adapté pour les familles! Nous étions deux couples avec deux enfants chacun et nous avions chacun notre Coin privatif( 1 er étage une famille avec deux chambres 1 sdb et 1 toilette séparé - rdc une famille avec deux chambres 1 sdb et 1 toilette), vraiment parfait ! La propriétaire est très avenante et à pensé au moindre détail pour que notre séjour soit inoubliable( lieux à visiter, vélo disponible pour chercher le pain frais du matin, liste de restaurant : notre préféré le grand bleu à bouzigue- maison benezech)! L'emplacement est idéal et très calme malgré la proximité inévitable des campings Vraiment à refaire Encore merci pour ces souvenirs inoubliables !

superbe villa avec piscine accueil chaleureux nous avons passé d'excellente vacances logement très bien équipé que du bonheur - correspondait totalement à l'annonce - proche de la mer - logement très propre - extérieur de la villa superbe jardin, piscine, piste de pétanque etc... superbe - restaurants sur la plage très agréable nous avons très bien mangé - nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaire sur la villa et les environs ( restaurants, lieu des marchés, activités etc...) nous ne pouvons que recommander cette propriété pour des vacances car nous avons passé de superbe vacances (trop courte)

Eine super Urlaubswoche mit allem Komfort

Mit 7 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche (25.06.-02.07.2016) in Grau d’Agde verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig (4 Schlafzimmer, jeweils 2 mit einem Bad, umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, großes Wohn- und Eßzimmer, Wirtschaftsraum, Doppelgarage) und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Der gepflegte Garten zieht sich rund ums Haus und bietet somit zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. Frau Leleu lud uns ein, die reif werdenden Früchte zu ernten und die angepflanzten Kräuter zu nutzen. Nicht vergessen werden darf der direkt vor der Haustür angelegte Pool, an dem vor allem die Kinder ihren Spaß beim stundenlangen Baden hatten. Der Strand liegt in 300 m Entfernung und wenn man an ihm entlang wandert, erreicht man sowohl Cap d’Agde (mit seinen Freizeitattraktionen) als auch Grau d’Agde (mit kleinen Geschäften und Hafenrestaurants) bequem zu Fuß. Wir haben u.a. uns vom Mont St. Loop hat einen Überblick über die nähere Umgebung verschafft, die Rundschleuse, die den Canal-du-Midi mit dem Herault verbindet, besichtigt und natürlich einen Tag im Aqualand verbracht. Frau Leleu ist vor, während und nach dem Urlaub immer wieder mit uns in Kontakt getreten, um sich zu vergewissern, daß wir uns wohl fühlen, daß alle Fragen beantwortet werden usw. Für die Übergabe des Hauses sollte jemand in der Gruppe französisch sprechen, in der Umgebung kommt man auch ganz gut mit englisch zurecht. Wir waren überaus zufrieden, werden den Urlaub in guter Erinnerung behalten und können das Haus von Frau Leleu uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
