Earlson Farmhouse is a beautifully restored 300-year-old luxury home nestled in the stunning Irish countryside, just 7 minutes drive from the charming village of Adare. Owned and operated by Daniel and Anne, this historic farmhouse was Danielā€™s childhood home, offering guests a warm and authentic experience.

Perfectly situated for exploring the breath-taking Southwest of Ireland and the famous Wild Atlantic Way, Earlson Farmhouse is within an hourā€™s drive of must-see attractions such as the Cliffs of Moher, Killarney, The Burren, and Bunratty Castle. For golf enthusiasts, several world-class championship courses are also nearby.

The house features three spacious upstairs bedrooms, including a master king-size suite with an en-suite bathroom and power shower. A second bedroom with twin beds and a third with a large queen-size double offer ample comfort for guests. The living areas include a cozy sitting room with an open fire, a welcoming living room with a stove, and a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The main upstairs bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub and shower combination.

Surrounded by panoramic views as far as the eye can see of the Irish Countryside a BBQ area set within a tranquil orchard, perfect for evening gatherings. We offer plenty of parking and storage for your convenience.

A car is required to travel around the area and to Adare Village.

Perfect place for a family vacation....plenty of space to spread out and a warm, homey place to hang out together in the evening. Hosts are spectacular- easy communications, near to the property if needed, and checked in with us to be sure everything was going according to plan. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation home

We were a family of four, two adults, along with a 21 yr old and 17 yr old kids. This was a perfect spot for us. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The grounds were calm, relaxing and beautiful. The hosts couldnā€™t have been more kind and generous. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Adare and easy access to serve as our homebase throughout the trip! If we ever have the chance, weā€™d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Earlson Farmhouse. Anne and Dan went above and beyond with their hospitality. The beds were comfortable and the location was great for day trips exploring Ireland. The farm house was well equipped. We also enjoyed Sadie the dog greeting us after our adventures.

Peaceful farmhouse retreat with the sweetest dog Sadie. The home is comfortable and cozy, homey feel that immediately puts you at ease. The setting is peaceful and beautifully rural - you can feel the history here having once been a working dairy farm. One of the sweetest surprises was meeting Sadie, the friendly farm dog, who made our stay even more special. The hosts have thought of everything to make the space inviting and relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some down time. Less than 2 hour drive to almost any popular attraction. We left feeling rested and grateful, highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and recharge in a truly comfortable setting.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our stay and Anne and Dan were wonderful hosts. We were in the house a lot and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed to be able to cook meals. All of the rooms were very comfortable and homely with lots of books about Limerick and Ireland. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Perfect family retreat in the heart of Adare!

Anne and Dan were wonderful hosts. The 300 year old farm house is charming and the grounds were picture perfect. The property is great for families. The hosts were available to answer questions and provide advice on sites and day trips! We were celebrating my Dad's 85th birthday and it was the perfect spot - we'll be back.

Comfortable Charm

Wonderful Stay

This lovely farmhouse and the magnificent surrounding are amazing. To be around all this beauty is incredible including the views from inside. This was definitely our favorite stay during our 3 week trip. Ann & Dan are wonderful and made sure we were had everything we needed. Our only regret is that we couldnā€™t stay longer but weā€™re hoping to return someday.

Everything we were looking for

Beautiful farmhouse with all the amenities. The hosts made us feel at home on entry with some basic essentials and snacks. Nice and quiet with gorgeous views from a short walk up their property. A nice cozy living room with a fire ready to be lit. The property was centrally located to tourist attractions within an hour and half to two hours. You also have an excellent Host to give you insights to the best ways to get around. A pub/restaurant is a short drive and Adare is not far which is a lovely village.

Just Perfect

Ann & Dan plus their dog Sadie are the perfect hosts in a perfect setting. The quiet country side is the ideal homebase to unwind after a day of adventuring. A quick 15 min drive to town and centrally located to all western Ireland has to offer.

Cannot recommend highly enough

We were lucky enough to call this comfortable yet elegant property home for 4 nights. Dan and Ann were lovely hosts, with tips and a well-stocked kitchen. The place is so well-appointed that we even hosted a dinner party, with cocktails on the terrace.

We were met by our lovely host, Dan. He told us what to do in the area and delivered food for the following day. So grateful as we arrived late. The famr house is warm, comfotable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing holiday.

This farmhouse is the highlight of our stay in Ireland. Our dear hosts, Anne and Dan, are a delight, so welcoming, informative and attentive to our needs as travelers. We miss them, having returned home. Entering the kitchen on day 1 of our visit we were surprised with a fresh apple pie on the table, milk, cheese, eggs and bacon in the fridge, and bread and coffee on the counter. Wonderful dog Sadie greeted us every day to our delight, with a gentle sweetness that enhanced our experience at The Farmhouse. The house is well-appointed, comfortable and very Irish country stylish. Loved it. Cozy rooms (so many!), fireplaces, views, seclusion, amazing out buildings added to our appreciation. 5 Stars all the way . Thank you Dan, Anne and Sadie. Gery and Lisa
