HISTORICAL CENTER, TRASTEVERE, B. GESU, A/C, WiFi, 2 BEDROOMS, BATHROOM, KITCHEN

Thank you Don della tua recensione. Stupendous appartamento, centrale ma quiet, dove a piedi puoi raggiungere many pointi interessanti di Roma, no attendere inutilmente i Bus! For example: 5 minutes on foot to the Vatican and Piazza San Pietro. Appartamento con tutti i confort, macchine tutte rinnovate da un anno. We do check-in at sight, so that clients can directly receive information from those who have received information. Turn quickly. An expensive greeting from Rodolfo

Good morning and thanks Karen. The central apartment is quieter, so you can arrive on foot at very important points in the city without having to wait for a bus. If I have a lot of cleaning and the machine is completely new, it works perfectly. We will check-in your application with the client in sight. So the customer can see all the information he/she has learned. Abito moto vicino cosi qualsiasi problema potrà essere resolto quickly. My clients are my friends. Greetings from Rodolfo

Thank you, Pierre. My efforts have paid off! The apartment is clean and has all the comforts you're used to at home. The Daikin air conditioning is brand new and incredibly efficient. The apartment is located in the center of Rome, so many exceptional places are within walking distance! For example, the Vatican, St. Peter's Square, and Castel Sant'Angelo are all just a 5-minute walk away! Check-in is always in person, so our guests can ask for any information they need directly. Communication is always prompt, so our guests feel they're getting the best possible care. Come back soon, and this time for more days; Rome is so worth it. Best regards, Rodolfo

Good morning and thank you, Nadja. It's a centrally located yet quiet apartment, with updated Daikin air conditioning and a fan coil for each room, so each guest can set their own temperature. The apartment is bright and has a panoramic view, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. Check-ins are done in person so guests can get all the answers they need. Come back soon. Kind regards, Rodolfo.

Your place was perfect and we really enjoyed the area. Thank you! HICentrally located yet quiet apartment. With all the comforts you're used to having in your own home! Cleanliness first, security, air conditioning or independent heating in the winter. Comfortable beds, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Fully equipped kitchen: four-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher(!), everything else you need, comfortable dining table, sofa, ottoman, etc. Our check-ins are personalized! Ciao Rodolfo

Thanks Sally. Your review pays us back for so many efforts. Best wishes, Rodolfo

Thank you Stevien, your review always inspires me to do better for our guests. Our guests and not clients, in my home must feel at home. This is important. Come back soon and longer because there is so much to see in Rome. Greetings from Rodolfo

Good morning and thank you Ed. I do my best to make my guests feel at home in my house. And if possible even better than their home! Central apartment but quiet street with no traffic. What does central mean? That on foot without wasting time at stops waiting for the bus, you can already find the best tourist spots in Rome! Then the apartment has all the comforts: two comfortable bedrooms with double bed or single beds, as you choose. Full bathroom with shower. Bright apartment, panoramic, with independent heating or air conditioning. Fast internet and personalized check-in. Super equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer! You can also enter in the morning at 10:00, leave your luggage, take the keys and come back at the end of the cleaning. The food in Rome is excellent, but you also need to know where to go and we will tell you... where we Romans go too! Warm greetings from Rodolfo

Dear Dennis, thank you for your review, because you had a good time. But I don't understand why you made a GENERAL criticism about the bathroom facilities, which could be improved. I can assure you that GENERAL criticisms have no VALUE! In fact, if you feel you deserve a criticism, you should also specify exactly what you think is wrong. When we check out, we obsessively inspect everything, especially the bathroom! The toilet, which is also a bidet, is perfect, even with the Geberit cistern flush! The sink faucet delivers plenty of hot and cold water! The shower works perfectly with the "onion" that delivers hot and cold pressurized water in the quantities you request, and the shower tray siphon quickly eliminates spilled water. The towels are plentiful and adequate. So I don't understand. Have a nice day, Rodolfo.

Dear Sabrina, I am sorry that your taxi driver refused to drop you off right in front of the entrance, unlike the hundreds of other taxis that have done so for just as many guests. The street is perfectly accessible; in fact, you can see dozens of cars parked along both sides of this one-way street. So, I do not understand why you are attributing this issue to a problem that simply does not exist! 1) You can even see on Google Maps that this one-way street has dozens of cars parked along it; why was yours the only taxi that didn't drop you off right at the front door? I am certainly not to blame for that. 2) In 15 years of business, hundreds of guests have never complained about this. Next time, I will book the car for you myself so we can avoid this issue entirely! A centrally located apartment, featuring all the comforts we all love to have in our own homes. Best regards, Rodolfo

Good morning and thank you. Yes, I am sure that this apartment has all the comforts that tourists expect. We also work hard to please our customers. Greetings from Rodolfo

Dear Sylvain good morning. The review you sent me is one of the most beautiful and complete: "This place made us feel at home, away from home"! I can't add anything else, because this sentence says it all! Greetings from Rodolfo

Good morning. Do you want to live in a central area of Rome? To be able to walk to almost all the most beautiful places already? Do you want to look out the window of the cxasa and see the church of san giovanni? Do you want to see Caste Sant'Angelo from the window? do you want to walk to the Vatican? Do you want to live in the central area but in a quiet and not noisy street? Do you want to live in an apartment with all the comforts? And then you have to make a small sacrifice! Greetings Rodolfo

Thank you Michelle. We do a lot to make our guests feel at home, when they are actually far from home! Yes, the apartment is central, but quiet, and there are all the comforts and we also do personalized check-ins, so my guests immediately feel calm and well informed. Warm greetings from Rodolfo

The washing machine stopped because the customer had put too much soap and therefore the stop water float blocked - rightly so - the entry of more water! It is more important NOT to flood the apartment! I spent €. 90 of technical. It didn't depend on us! Greetings Rudolph

Dear David, this apartment is located in the historic center of Rome and Rome is as beautiful as it is and you can't even change it! The advantages of living in the historic center are: walk to the Vatican in 4 minutes, or in 10 minutes to Piazza Navona and I could still continue. If you prefer not to walk for 100 meters (yards) you had to book a house in the suburbs. But in the morning to get to see the interesting points of Rome you had to get on a bus and travel for an hour! Then the same evening, get on a bus and after an hour you're home. In this apartment you have arrived home in just a few minutes: you rest, you cook in the super-equipped kitchen, you refresh yourself with a state-of-the-art daikin air conditioning system and you are at peace with the world! By the way, what does the interior need to be refreshed? The house was completely renovated in 2011 and is completely in place. The proprietor Rodolfo

Dear Lisa and David, good morning. Home safety first and foremost. We talk a lot about safety but few understand what it is necessary to ensure to truly be sure of not having a fire or worse, a gas leak. Safety must be understood not only towards you guests, but also towards the apartments near the one you guests occupy. The importance of having fewer electrical appliances running - when people are away from the house - is fundamental. In fact, the Off/On key when leaving the house allows you to leave only the essentials running, the refrigerator and the heating (in winter). All the lights will be turned off automatically, even the modem will not be in operation. When the guest returns home, they can turn on the powerful Daikin air conditioning system which, with 5 fan coils, in 5/6 minutes maximum will bring the temperature inside the house so low that a wool blanket will be needed to cover themselves in bed. There are not even time or temperature limitations (which would instead be necessary). So we can certainly agree that home safety is the FUNDAMENTAL PRIORITY, both for our guests, but also for the safety of neighboring homes. With what sacrifice? Non-existent I would say and I am sure that - now - you will also agree with me! HOME SAFETY: MANY TALK BUT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO PUT INTO ACTION! FIRES ARE A BAD SITUATION TO DEAL WITH AND WHAT IF YOU CAUSED IT? Have a good day and think about what I am telling you. SAFETY FIRST OF ALL! But it is achieved by applyin

ENGLISH - FRENCH - Thanks Jacquelyn. Yes, this apartment is very comfortable for many reasons. 1) first of all it is located in the real historical center of Rome ... some small problem for a taxi driver who does not do his duty? But when you leave the house by foot you can already get to the points of interest of this wonderful city! Example: 4 minutes walk to the Vatican, Piazza San Pietro ... and this advantage is priceless! 2) two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower: perfect for 4 people! 3) super equipped kitchen! You can cook and wash dishes in the dishwasher ... 4) laundry with washing machine and dryer ... Who broke the handle I do not know, but we did not ask you the cost of the repair. Repair in two days ... because the day that broke the handle was Sunday ...! On Sunday the technicians do not work! On Monday morning the dryer handle had been repaired! 5) Heating and independent air conditioning. 6) Free WiFi 7) apartment completely renovated in 2011. This is your home away from home ...! The owner Rodolfo thanks. FRENCH - Merci Jacquelyn.
