Our master bedroom features an infrared sauna, providing the ultimate relaxation experience after a long day of exploring the city. With sleeping arrangements for up to 9 guests, this home is perfect for large groups, couples, or families.

Located in the trendy Belmont neighborhood. Our home is just a short walk away from12th south street and some of the best restaurants, shops, and parks in the area. Take a stroll and experience the vibrant culture of Nashville firsthand. If you're looking to explore further, downtown Nashville is just a few minutes away by car or ride-sharing service.

Our home has been renovated and is designed to provide you with the utmost comfort during your stay. You'll have access to all the amenities you need, as well as kid-friendly essentials to ensure a stress-free trip for the whole family.

Wonderful Host, Property Manager, House, and Neighborhood

Rachael was an amazing host and Mary Beth was very responsive. Easy check in and check out process. We wished our trip was longer to really enjoy the house and neighborhood. I loved the close proximity to downtown Nashville and the kids loved the swing set. Thank you!

Great Nash Stay

This trip to Nashville was to host family as our daughter plays soccer for Lipscomb University and this was senior weekend. The unit was roomy and perfect for hosting four rooms of adults. The kitchen was well stocked, the master bedroom and bathroom were exceptional, and the outdoor seating, firepit, and added bonus! We will consider this unit again in the future! The host was very responsive to our questions!

The owners were very accommodating and the house is very roomy and beautiful. Master suite is amazing. Very close to a variety of things to do. I would highly recommend this house. We didn't have kids but a great house if you were to bring kids.

Adorable, super clean, and nice location!

I’ve stayed at several rental homes and this was the best! It was very clean, cozy, 10 minutes to broadway. It was decorated perfectly. Good linens and plenty. They even had hand soap in each bathroom. This is such a nice touch. They were also amazing with communicating with us. Will definitely stay here again 😊

Wonderful, inviting home!

Our family of 2 adults, 2 tweens, 2 toddlers and grandparents had a wonderful stay at this home. The property itself is even better in person than in the pictures! It was like staying in your own home and the kids really enjoyed it! The property manager is incredibly communicative and accommodating which made it really easy for us! The neighborhood is beautiful and close enough to downtown and other Nashville sites! We would definitely stay here when we visit again!

Beautiful neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay. We sat around the fire pit and the children loved the trampoline and play equipment. The kitchen and master bath are really nice. There are a few pieces of furniture that need to be updated but overall the house was comfortable and conveniently located. The owners were very accommodating.

Just Perfect!

We had our family gathering in this home and it was such a delight! The home is lovely and full of all the amenities that make a house a home! It is spacious, yet cozy and our granddaughter loved the playground and toys! The location was perfect for close by dining and shopping and the neighborhood was a lovely setting. The Hartlines were wonderful hosts and so responsive throughout the rental process. We are so thankful this was our choice and we highly recommend this stay to Nashville visitors!!

Nice home in a good neighborhood

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Nashville. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing when we were at the house. The playroom was a lifesaver with my 2 year-old son, as some of the toys kept him occupied for hours. The kids also enjoyed the yard and trampoline.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

Rachael and Robert were awesome with communication...and trust me... I asked a ton of questions. Our entire family of 8 stayed here for a week. They supplied everything and the layout of the house made our stay perfect. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers.....the location, yard for kids and comfort made our family vacation memorable! We would definitely LOVE to come back to Nashville and stay in this wonderful house. We have already recommended it to our friends. Thank you Rachael and Robert for your hospitality.

We loved our stay at this amazing home! Pictures do not do it justice as it is so welcoming and warm. The master bedroom suite is stunning. The yard was perfect for us and loved all the outdoor spaces. If you are considering this home just say YES!!

Great House!

We used the Hartline home, along with our extended family, to celebrate our son's graduation from Belmont. The home was perfect for our family and helped make for a great weekend. Rachel was very attentive to our needs. Would recommend to any Belmont families!

Family marathon visit

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rachel and Robert's home in Nashville. Seven of us participated in the rock-n-roll marathon and found the house to be convenient to everything! The home is in a beautiful area of Nashville and worked extremely well for our family! Would love to think that we could return sometime-but maybe not when the NFL draft and marathon are happening! Live the home and Nashville!

The house is very comfortable! The front yard was perfect for Can Jam (we left it there, next renters will love it), Google it for how to play! Perfect spot to enjoy afternoons before going into town for the music at night! Kitchen... Amazing! Just the spot to gather for breakfast and late night snacks! Side note: master bath is worth the stay! Shower gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
