The Space:

Welcome to Surfin' Sea!



Surfin' Sea is a gulf front home with incredible views and a private courtyard pool (20' x 8'). This home features 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and sleeps 22 guests. Surfin’ Sea is located in the prestigious gated community of Shipwatch. Entertaining in this house will be a joy! Just into the home, you will find the galley kitchen with updated stainless appliances! There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 and the formal dining area has seating for 8. The grilling station for surf and turf meals looks directly out on the Gulf of Mexico.



Enjoy the bright and tranquil living room with a gas fireplace, large screen TV and beach décor throughout setting the scene for relaxing and serene environment. With Large windows you get picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful natural lighting, this living room is the perfect place to relax after a fun filled day at the private beach. Completing this level of the home is a full hall bathroom.



The second floor of this home features a spacious King Suite with a private spa like bathroom complete with walk in shower and jetted tub. This suite has access to a private fully furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is perfect for kids. This bunk room has 2 double-over-double bunk beds and sleeps 8. The third bedroom on this floor has 2 queen beds and views of the gulf. This floor features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and double vanities.



The third floor of Surfin' Sea features a Master King Suite with a mounted flat-screen television and private bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub, and stand-up shower. Also with its own private furnished balcony, the views of the Gulf are a perfect retreat to watch the sunset!



Game Room Features a Flat-Screen TV, PlayStation, and a Foosball Table!



There is a lovely carriage house which features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full bath and kitchenette with a living/dining area.



The 4’ picket fence and yard overlook the sugar white sand dunes. There are beautiful lounge chairs with an umbrella in the yard. The grass area facing the gulf is maintained like a Las Vegas hotel with lush vegetation and privacy. Relax in your personal sanctuary overlooking the private 400’ of beach exclusively for Shipwatch houses. You are able to stroll through the gate and walk directly onto the snow white sand of the uncrowded Shipwatch beach. A full bathroom is also conveniently located on the bottom floor.



There is parking to accommodate up to 3 cars, dependent on size. There is additional parking for overflow at the beginning of the neighborhood for guests to utilize. The Shipwatch community is gated and the beach is private. It is located less than a quarter mile from a large grocery store, pharmacy, many different restaurants, and the outlet mall are all within walking distance. Once you vacation in Shipwatch, you will never want to leave!



* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

* Tents and canopies- Are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulation

* Weddings/Events – Are not permitted at this home per HOA rules and regulations.





WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion at Surfin' Sea.

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for from March 1st - October 31st. Service includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. * Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this starter supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Beach Reunion staff is local to the area. Our office is like family, with only 5 staff members. We have 3 overseeing our guests/reservations and our head of guest relations who assists us with our guests needs. We are open 7 days a week which provides you unlimited availability to a member of staff and when you call, it comes directly to our office, no 3rd party hubs or call centers.

We have an after hours emergency line as well for true emergent situations at your home that can dispatch maintenance or the proper caretakers for your situation.
