Great time!

Had a nice stay. Enjoyed the decor, set up, things to do, and the short walk to Lambeau was great since it was so cold! We had a lot of fun!

location, location, location. Great game day weekend stay. Things we loved: great space for tailgating, people watching and easy access to Lambeau. Things to be aware of: bathroom logistics were challenging with 5 people & no dishwasher means a lot of washing by hand & the beds were not great for getting a good nights rest. Check in was easy. Check out requires quite a bit of cleaning.

Close to Lambeau/Resch Center

In town for a couple concerts at the Resch Center and a game at Lambeau. Property was definitely within walking distance to both venues. Enjoyed our stay!

Great game weekend!

My friends and I rented the Brookwood Tailgate house for the LSU - Wisconsin game at Lambeau field and we had the best weekend. The house is right down the street from the stadium and is actually closer than the pictures make it look. The house itself is perfect for a game weekend with a great front yard for tailgating. The house is also close to local bars and the downtown area. If we ever get the chance to go back up to Green Bay, we will definitely be staying at the Brookwood Tailgate house!

A week of wisconsin fun while at Jr. Gold bowling tournament

We had a wonderful week. Our two kids bowled everyday all week and this was the perfect spot to take naps and sleep. We wished we would have had time to enjoy the community pool down thevtoad but we fullybenjoyed an afternoon at bay beach, picking cherries in Door cpunty and of course loads of bowling andceven ended up staying an extra nightvso kids could run in packer 5K. I was able to turn almost 2 gallons of cherries into pie filling while everyone else rested. This little house was perfect. Loved being able to wash kids bowling clothes and have sandwiches and ice cream etc at the house. My husband loved being so close to lambough too. Perfect week! Thank you to such wonderful hosts.

House was very convenient to Lambeau. The beds were not comfortable/ Saggy and had plastic on all the mattresses. Living room furniture was also not very comfortable to sit in. When arriving there were 7 air fresheners plugged in. Overwhelming smell. Place was clean otherwise. Felt like a party house even tho the discription states no parties.

Awesome Packers Game experience

Perfect place to stay if you are in town to go to a packers game or any where in the stadium district. The house is clean, plenty of space, has a tailgating area full kitchen and is very close to the stadium (easy walk), Title Town and the Resch Center

Contract not upheld

Original nightly fee was 350.00. I accidentally booked one night to many. Was in my timeline of getting the one night fully refunded. Only got refunded 249.00. I put half down on my reservation at 350.00 per night. When my second half was due the price per night changed to 469.00. My contract was for 350.00 per night. Each time I contacted the owner there was an excuse as to why she did that. I couldn’t get my original contracted nightly fee or fully refunded canceled night. I contacted Vrbo and was told to contact owner. So I’m stuck with the upcharge. I want to know if Vrbo is going to help me out

Each night of the week is a different charge. You paid a different nightly charge for each of your nights that averaged $350 for all. You were refunded the appropriate charge for the night you canceled.

Great stay!

Even though we lost first round to the 49ers… this property made our trip enjoyable. Had all the amenities we needed and the garage is setup perfect for pregame activities. Very close walk to the stadium. Highly recommend!

Great game day stay

This was an excellent place to stay for a Packers game! SUPER close to Lambeau field, tailgating, bars, Titletown, all the good stuff. We walked everywhere and Ubered home when we got cold or had too much to drink.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Can't beat the location!

Just a couple of blocks from Lambeau Field. Listing was for one address but it was actually a different address. Communication with owner was okay. They would get back to us eventually and we were doing an extended stay (3 months), so I'm guessing our minor concerns weren't a priority, which is understandable. Check in process was easy. Found some soiled men's underwear underneath a pile of towels in the bathroom. I washed and sanitized all the shelves and towels/sheets after that. Not the owners fault, some people are just disgusting.

Great location. Some issues in cleanliness.

Overall - this was a nice place to stay. You cannot beat being walking distance to Lambeau. If you are a tailgater- the garage set up is ideal. The furniture is comfortable and the house has all of the amenities. The house was generally tidy and clean - but there were a few issues. We found a box of doughnuts behind the couch (unsure how long they've been there) and there was a spot of blood on one of the mattress protectors. When I removed the mattress protector to wash it I found a used band aid. The rules of the house are heavy on guests cleaning before they leave - but it makes me worry a bit that they don't have anyone else come though and do a thorough clean between guests. On game day they use the front yard for parking. That wasn't very clear to me - and wasn't really an issue (we were able to use all of the parking we needed) but I note it here for others to know.

I am glad you enjoyed the proximity of the house to Lambeau Field. It is great to not have to worry about parking! We do have a gentleman that parks cars for a local charity, but we always have room for our guests and glad there was plenty of room for your 3 cars. The house is cleaned professionally between every guest group. We were happy to accommodate your early checkin and hope you consider staying with us again.

Great stay near Lambeau!

We stayed at this property when in Green Bay for the Paul McCartney concert! It was great to be within walking distance! This house is perfect for game day! Great party “garage”! It is well equipped for a tailgate party, grill and tables ready for you! I highly recommend!

We had a great stay for my dad's 60th birthday. We made great use of the kitchen and grill and enjoyed the short walk to Lambeau Field and some of the local bars/restaurants.

Nicely appointed, especially for Packer fans!

Property is within sight of Lambeau, maybe 3 blocks, very convenient. The house is comfortable with many of the amenities it takes to have a great time, like a cornhole set, and cable tv among others. Being able to tailgate in the garage/driveway was especially sweet knowing you could stroll over to Lambeau in 10 minutes. We only had 4 adults but could have handled 3 more with ease. Especially liked some of the Packer reading material that was available. Nice touch!
