The architect-designed villa, set in an unspoilt natural area, offers free views of the sea and surrounding islands. It has large open spaces, numerous terrace and decks, a vast heated pool, and a fitness room with professional Technogym workout equipment. The bedrooms are roomy and tastefully furnished. Each bedroom has a TV with French and US channels, Internet access, and a hi-fi stereo system. The living room is airy. The covered terrace with magnificent sea views extends the living room.

The Villa is beautiful and filled with all the necessities. Upon our arrival we were treated to a nicely stocked fridge for a great bite including a bottle of wine. The Villa was clean and well maintained with incredible view. The location is perfect.

Wonderful Retreat

Very nice, solidly constructed, very well appointed, great view and pool. Spacious, perfect for four. Would come back again.

Great Villa, Perfect Location

I booked this villa with friends to celebrate my 40th birthday and it did not disappoint! From the views to the location, everything was perfect. The home is extremely private and situated in a neighborhood for the best of both worlds. It is the perfect distance from Saint Jean and Gustavia for easy getting around in your moke. Clement the house manager was fantastic and always available for questions and assistance. I would book this home again in a heartbeat.

The pool was amazing, view could not have been better. Property even better than pics look, tho pics are lovely. Our property manager host, Clément, was lovely, efficient, on time, etc. He even started us out with stocking some much appreciated refrigerator provisions. The only negative was that we thought we’d have full access to a washer and dryer, but instead housekeeper would do wash and dry for a price. And that was fine except that listing stated w/d with villa. Listing was deceiving but probably not intentionally so. All in all I would not hesitate to book this property again! And can’t wait to come back.

Massive view, great layout, easy location and great value

The villa was for the most part as advertised! Clement was super helpful in making reservations and answering questions. The views are absolutely amazing, with the constant sound of breaking waves! The layout is very efficient with private and separate bedrooms downstairs and the living and kitchen with a 1/2 bath upstairs. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is about 5 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes to Gustavia. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring break

The concierge met us at the airport and made arrival and departure a smooth experience. He was also very attentive throughout our 10 day stay making dinner reservations on the fly and anything else we needed. Villa was beautiful and very comfortable

More than we expected

The property is exactly as they represent , our cues was out of a book , the villa was comfortable , well appointed abs Clement was a dream to work with , got us everything we ask for , never a problem , thanks for Nanking our stay in St Barths over the top !

Great space

We've only stayed in Pt. Milou and Flamands before and we really liked this location. The villa was great. There are many outdoor areas to relax and the Second level living and kitchen area were expansive and comfortable looking quite new and well appointed. The dual primary suites below were equally lovely with two separate entrances and having the bathrooms on each end was a great design idea as you can enter it and shower away the sand. The pool was an infinity and just perfect. The only negative would be that one of the suits had a meaningful smell of cigarettes. Would love to come back next year if vacant.

Great location, property, and hospitality. Amazing views and we enjoyed the lap pool. This is a great place to stay in St. Barts with easy access to Gustavia, St. Jean, and the rest of the island.

Relaxation in Saint Barts

Great experience at this very comfortable home in Anse des Lezards. Two spacious master suites and fantastic 180° views from every spot. Ample deck space and an excellent pool. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Daily maid service(except Sundays) a plus. Would recommend having a car at this location to explore the island. Merci Romain, Regis, et Suzanne! C'est Magnifique!

The best place

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Eranos and plan on making it an annual trip. It was hard to leave. Suzanne and Régis are the nicest people and keep the house well maintained! The shutters make sleep at night pitch black which was a nice surprise, and opening them in the mornings to the most gorgeous view was amazing. Only 4 minutes to Gustavia, 3 minutes to the airport, and very easily accessible, we won’t be staying anywhere else!

Everything perfect!

This was the perfect place to get away to, with complete privacy and relaxation. The pool was huge -- long enough to do laps. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night. Suzanne was really nice and so attentive to every question we had ahead of time. There are adapters for the voltage, books to read, a huge TV, no view of any neighbors.... it was just fantastic all-around. Be cool to the Siamese cat that comes around -- she is super nice and friendly. The cat food at the market is only .25 E

Celebrating 10 Wedding anniversary in Paradise

Stayed the week of Thanksgiving 2016. The house was perfect. It is stunning architecture with great views and at the end of a peaceful road, but just 5 minutes from St Jean. Kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need. The bedrooms have a/c with black out shutter that keep out the rising sun. Very airy and open if you don't want to run the a/c. Best part is the pool with a wooden deck. Our kids lived in it. Gym and full music surround sound adds to the style and function of this modern achitecture. We loved everyday of our stay.

Lovely villa.

Fabulous well appointed villa. We had a fantastic week at this villa. The owner Susanne met us at the airport and made certain all our needs were met. The villa is fully equipped for an ideal vacation. The pool is terrific and the villa is top notch. We have stayed in St. Barts numerous times. This was our favorite villa of all those that we have stayed in. Thank you Susanne for renting us the Villa. We hope to return again next summer!

A Little Bit of Paradise

Villa Eranos is beautiful from its modern clean lines to the magnificent views, it is the perfect vacation rental. You will find everything you need - all the kitchen equipment you could want, plus a living area with a spacious open floor plan. This wonderful property is clean and well maintained, and, additionally, affords a great deal of privacy as well. The 2 large ensuite master bedrooms, opening onto the pool area, have wonderful open showers. In short, the pictures are accurate, if anything they don't do the villa justice - it is so much more than you can see in the online presentation. Susanne is a wonderful owner-manager; she is both kind and informative. She makes sure your stay is everything you could hope for. Thank you, Susanne. Conveniently located near Gustavia, and St. Jean, neither is more than a short ten minute drive away. We stayed 14 days; I wish it could have been forever. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation to anyone looking for St. Barth beauty and comfort.

I am Mr. Régis Abitbol. I moved to Saint Barths 19 years ago and manage a construction company. Susanne, my wife, manages the rental villas. We have two children, who are 17 and 21 years old. We are keen on architecture and interior decoration.

We used high-quality materials in when building the villa and it has a remarkable design. The furniture was carefully chosen. There are great views in a peaceful, relaxing neighbourhood. The villa is five minutes from the airport, Gustavia, the shops, and Saint-Jean Beach. It is the most popular beach on the island.
