We have a number of 35SE Cruisers model housebarges and we are really excited to host you in one of them!

Fully insulated and heated for winter! A/C for summer.

We are 13 miles from JFK Airport!

Wireless internet/TV with large screen TV in bedroom.

Safe environment. There are lots of friendly neighbors. We also stay on the dock in another houseboat!

There is one double bed in main cabin for guests who are comfortable bunking together and then a twin width couch or fold down booth in front cabin. We also have single guest 'foldaway' beds for extra guests

This is a great neighborhood to relax in after the hubbub of the city!

Its relatively quiet (compared to other neighborhoods) with great ethnic food and shops nearby.

Get a great nights sleep then you're ready for the city again!

There is no engine on the (email hidden)'s just for living.

Approximately 35 mins from downtown Manhattan Chinatown, 40 minutes from Central Park :-).

We offer a free car service to and from the Sheepshead Bay subway station between 8-11 pm

If you have a car there is ample free parking.

Local:
There is a movie complex including Imax theatre, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Pizzaria, Cold Stone, Jordan's Lobster, TGI Friday's and 24 hour deli on the corner with prepared foods.

Security:
Access to the marina property is only via a locked security gate and a security guard stays in the marina.
