Comfortable and relaxing. Sleeps 6 people. Total area: 120 m². A large, fenced-in flower garden of 1,000 m² with pine trees.

- bedroom with a 140/190 bed, closet, wardrobe, down pillows, additional pillows, new beds, and comfort features.
- Room with 2 90x190 beds, closets, wardrobe, down comforter, pillows, new bedding, and comfort.
-1 bathroom with separate shower, shower stall (pebbles on the floor), two antique sinks, wall-mounted towel racks, 1 bathroom.

Baby essentials are available upon request: potty, high chair, folding bed, and baby shower tray.
- Rental rates are all-inclusive: WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY, electric heating, and Wi-Fi access.
Cleaning is optional: 60 euros
We offer sheet rentals.
Linen rental (sheets and towels): 10 euros per bed; towels 3.50 euros per person.
Security deposit required upon arrival: 200 euros
A 30% deposit will be required upon signing the contract. (bank transfer, checks, cash, credit card via the website)
Keys are handed over by the owner.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the owner.
