Waterfront Rental with 2 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS AND 2 ENTRANCES! Sleeps 4 First Floor, Comfortable, beautifully furnished, nicely decorated gem of a house. Great room layout with large living room and dining area with sliders to a private lanai - perfect for entertaining guests. Gorgeous fequipped kitchen with granite counters, fully furnished kitchen and an island with hanging pot/pan rack. The generous sized master bedroom suite boasts a king bed, a private lanai and a confotable master bath with huge walk-in shower AND a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is equipped with a full bed the 3er room is a TV room have private lanai overlooking the water. 4 lanais with walk outs to the canal Walk through double French doors into the den for movie watching and relaxing. Washer and Dryer. Beautiful water views through the sliders from the desk, or sit on the private lanai and watch the boats drift by.
2 minutes from the harbor on foot or by car.

Florida vacation

Beautiful condo, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living space. Third bedroom listed is actually a den with a leather couch/hide a bed which is not very comfortable. Would suggest getting better pillows! Very nice view of canal with chairs. Punta Gorda has very nice restaurants and parks.

This rental needs care

This rental is an easy walk to Fisherman’s Village and the beautiful walk along Charlotte Harbor. Tucked into a cul de sac near the Isles Yacht Club, the area was very quiet. However, the condo needs a great deal of work before it is rental worthy. Especially at these rates. The sofa bed in the family room is worn out. There is no support at all. We tried putting pillows under the seat cushions to add support, but it didn’t help. We sat in wooden chairs at night to watch the only TV with Netflix and streaming capabilities. In the main room and the bedrooms, all but one of the windows blinds (6) were broken and missing the hand wand that opened and closed them. We had to hand-open in the morning and do the same at night. In the master, the vertical blinds were missing 17 of 24 plastic slats, making them worthless. When we tried to close the curtains one night, the curtain rod pulled out of the wall. The home needs a major deep clean as well. The floor boards had years of build in grime. This is a wonderful property in a great area and with some work will be a great rental.

Relaxing visit

The most comfortable place to spend a month away from the cold cold weather of central New York. We enjoyed the Military Museum, the abbreviated wall for Vietnam and visited several landmarks. There are many great places to dine and enjoy the beautiful suroundings. Very relaxing and peaseful vacation ever.

Beautiful and an excellent location. Large. Great dual A/C necessary for SW Florida.

Nicest owners I've ever done business with. Like any rental it takes a couple of days to get it together. I felt completely at home and relaxed. Very peaceful. Great neighbors. The house is large enough that several people will not be over each other. I hope to stay again and I recommend this property due to....great owners....size.....location....comfort.

A beautiful home to rent for a week, or a month or longer!

Janet, We enjoyed our week stay in your lovely home on the Peace River in Punta Gorda, Fl. The home was quite comfortable, and the layout was very nice, with 4 patios on the waters edge. Sunsets were glorious, and we enjoyed walking the area, a lovely neighborhood. Thank you again. Linda and Dan and family

Peaceful stay in Punta Gorda

Loved our stay in Punta Gorda, this condo is a wonderful location, especially if your attending a workshop at the Event Center it was under 5 minutes away. The condo is lovely and comfortable. Located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood, close to everything. So glad we found this for our trip. Thanks Janet

Wonderful place to stay!!

Beautiful place to stay with the family.

Thank you very much for renting us your property for our vacation. It was a pleasure to meet you and your husband. We loved our stay! Your home was beautiful, very spacious and very clean. It was perfect for our family with teenagers. It was so nice to have three spacious bathrooms for us to get ready. The sunsets were beautiful by the water. Our kids loved to fish in the morning and at night. They also enjoyed running in the morning by the water. Punta Gorda is a very nice and upscale town. We felt very comfortable and at ease knowing we were in a very safe and beautiful location. We drove to several beaches close by during our stay. We also drove to Siesta Key and Sanibel Island. They were both easy drives and well worth the trip. We really enjoyed the Fisherman's Village minutes from the home for waterfront shopping and dinner. I definitely recommend your place to stay and look forward to staying in your home again. We will be returning.

The property is magnificent The water views/sunsets are perfect The house is very modern and much bigger than expected The property manager is excellent Punta Gorda is a great little town to visit Overall A+++ I will be returning

This property has the most desired address in town! Located right on the canal (on Jamaica Way) and only a couple of minutes to Charlotte Harbor either via boat or car. There is a 42' boat dock and lift available in the back yard for the renters to use. Literally only a couple of minutes from the nearest beach. 2 doors down from the Isles Yacht Club (a reciprocal location).
