Best Location and Neighborhood in Town!!!
2 BEDROOMS & 3 BATHROOOMS! Sleeps 4. Located on the Second Floor. Only approx 10-12 steps to climb up with a resting area after each set of stairs (5-6 steps). Great room layout with large movie theater styled living room and dining area with sliders to a private lanai - perfect for entertaining guests. Fully equipped kitchen. (Pots, Pans, Utensils, Cups, Plates, etc.) Also has Washer and Dryer. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed with a private lanai as well as a master bath with huge walk-in shower AND a shower/tub combo in the other bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Beautiful water views through the sliders from the deck, or sit on private lanai and watch the boats drift by.
Linens & Towels are included. Please bring your own Beach Towels.
A wonderful game room with a large walk out desk. Included in the game room: Pool table, Chess/Checkers table, Poker Table, Air Hockey, etc...

Punta Gorda is great

Overall, a poor value for for the price. Lots of room, interestingly decorated, but not a comfortable piece of furniture in the place...Great sundeck and surroundings with a view of a canal. Convenient to Punta Gorda restaurants and tiki bars.

cute and spacious

The location was wonderful for 4 lady friends from ND. Walking distance to my friends place and the fisherman's wharf. We were on the middle floor of the complex. The place was clean and lots of space to hang out. Great deck to sit on in the mornings and night. It is a older complex with lots of character. We were only able to stay a week and were out and about most of the time, but we all loved it. Owner was very good to work with.

LARGE living area. Brightly decorated rooms!

Wonderful location. Very comfortable and a park nearby for walking or a picnic if you desire. At the last minute, we were upgraded to the ground floor level. Did not need to carry luggage/groceries, etc up a flight of stairs. The house was brightly decorated and very well appointed, although we spent as much time outside as we could. Very happy and would most certainly rent it again

Vacation from HELL

If there was a rating for -5 stars, this one would qualify. Walked into the most filthy, nasty condo ever!! Mouse droppings & dried stained rag on the kitchen counter. Toilets had brown/black crap in them.. plus the water had been turned off. The largest bug I've ever seen dead in Master tub, surrounded by what looked to be dried "bug juice". This unit was to make up for the unit we stayed in in April 2017 that was downstairs. That unit also had problems, which is why we were granted a free weeks stay. Good luck contacting the owners, they are non-existant or at least don't want to resolve the issues. We ended up having to get several different hotels for our stay, (several different ones because of late booking and already booked rooms to others) This was a pain because we had to pack, unpack, pack, unpack.... you get the idea. Had I known our vacation would have turned out this way, we wouldn't have come - PERIOD!!! Obviously these properties are not inspected or have to pass any reasonable standards to rent. BEWARE!!!! HomeAway is a huge fraud!!

Unit very unique.

Art work unique, furnishings adequate. Location is terrific. View from the deck very nice. Some items need to be addressed, and these have been sent to the apartment manager!

Great accommodations!!!

Our stay was very relaxing. We felt very comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood.The apartment was furnished adequately. We had use of the game room for part of our stay. What a treat that would be for a rainy day. Fortunately we had great weather and only utilized the deck. we spotted a dolphin on several occasions while enjoying our breakast early in the mornibg from the lanai off of the living room. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. The location is excellent and close to several restaurant's.I would recommend this place for a relaxing and safe feeling stay. We hope to be back.

Its a beautiful area, the place was gorgeous well furnished, very comfortable. It was located in a nice area and the property manager was so wonderful. I took my buddy for a birthday get away and we both had so much fun.

wonderful Experience

My family is rather large, so we rented out 2 units at this beautiful location. The owner is a very respectful man. He greeted us at the time of our arrival and answered all of our questions. Both units were perfect... in perfect condition with modern furnishings and very nicely decorated. The water is a few steps out the back lanai with a boat dock in the back yard. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the water as the boats went by. We also enjoyed lunch at the yacht club a couple of times. I will leave another wonderful review on the other unit we rented as well!!!

This property has the most desired address in town! Located right on the canal (on Jamaica Way) and only a couple of minutes to Charlotte Harbor either via boat or car. There is a 42' boat dock and lift available in the back yard for the renters to use. Literally only a couple of minutes from the nearest beach. 2 doors down from the Isles Yacht Club (a reciprocal location).
