Perfect vacation location!

The property location was perfect for trips to both Savannah and Tybee Island. The condo was exactly as stated, and we enjoyed the quiet location and all the amenities the condo offered.

Wonderful vacation condo

The condo was very nice, bright and clean. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the patio. It was in a very peaceful location. Great location,easy to get downtown or out to Tybee Island. There were terrific restaurants and supermarkets near by.

St Patrick’s in Savannah!

Overall clean and the space was adequate for what we needed. Close to good restaurants if you didn’t want to drive downtown. We had a blast at the st pats celebration weekend. Loved downtown.

Clean, Cozy, Perfect!

We LOVED our stay here!! This is a perfect spot between Tybee and downtown Savannah. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze and we had no problems at all. Also, they have board games. So we used them one night when it was rainy. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Great place to stay & enjoy both Savannah & Tybee!

Condo is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with children! It is all on one level which makes it even better. The condo is located only 15 minutes from Savannah & 15 minutes from Tybee Island. Very Pleasant

The property was homey with a great open lawn area right outside. It is an apartment complex; everyone was quiet and polite and the grounds are lovely and well cared for. The owner was flexible and helpful which was important in my situation. The area is convenient to both the historic district and the beach with grocery stores, restaurants and a Walmart easily accessible. I would stay there again.

Perfect setting!

We are locals who rented this condo for out of town family for the holidays. If you're thinking of renting it, you'd better book quickly because we will rebook and are telling all our friends about it. Wilmington Island is 10 min from the Tybee Island (beach), and 15 min from Historic Savannah. This condo is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, sunny, well-equipped. Did I say clean? Very clean. They have nice, fresh linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and it's easy to get to. You will want a car with you, and should consider booking a boat ride with the owners. The rivers, creeks and marshes in Coastal Georgia are beautiful; you haven't fully experienced this area unless you see the water.

Great place to stay!

This was our second stay and it was great once again! Very comfortable, great location. Close to downtown in one direction and close to Tybee Island in the other direction. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by.

The property was clean and inviting, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Quiet, relaxing area that was very convenient to all that we wanted to do. Would definitely book this again.

Not quite what we expected

I was highly disappointed with the house upon entering. The rental was not at all as described in the property details. The rental seemed like it was in an apartment complex. The apartment seemed like it had not been cleaned in months. The dishes were dirty with old dried food, the coffee maker was disgusting, the furniture was dusty, there was hair and dust on the walls in the bathrooms, there were no bath mats, the ceiling fans had dust, etc. There were only 5 washcloths and we had to buy more.Ā  The sofas had stains and were dirty. My guests nor I felt like we were in retreat at all. The only great part about our stay was the convenience to the downtown area, the games, and the internet access.

Very nice condo. Comfortable beds. Sufficiently equipped kitchen. The patio chairs were dirty and Mike sent someone right over to clean them. She said the yard guys had used the blower and apparently directed it toward the patio. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Little ā€œhomeyā€ touches were nice. Would stay there again,

Not to clean, great location. Landlord was great.

We enjoyed our 3 month visit. Not clean and ready. Called owner Mike Neal and he took care of most of the problems. Would stay again and recommend new used living room furniture.Mr Neal was very accommodating.

Great location, easily accessible to Tybee Island and Savannah.

It was very quiet, clean, and the perfect stay for a long weekend. It only took 15 minutes to get to Tybee Island and 15 minutes to get to Savannah. It was easy to get to and had a lot of amenities close by. The woods behind the porch were especially nice, it made you feel like you weren’t in a complex but were on your own. It was a very nice stay!

Comfortable & Great Location

Found this place and thought it was the perfect location between Savannah & Tybee Island. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. One area of improvement is the cleanliness of the freezer. The ice maker was inoperable and just hanging and in the bottom there was some frozen yuck! The unit could use more towels than the 4 provided if staying for more than a few days. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer & dryer was convenient. The grocery store was only 1 mile down the road and restaurants were close in any direction. It has a nice patio that looks out onto a grassy, wooded common area. Overall, it was a pretty nice place and very convenient to where we wanted to be.

Very clean well kept. Great location to everything

Impressed with this condo . Great location. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Flying fish has a great steampot. Lots of grocery stores in the area. Mike has done a great job of providing all the amenities needed for vacation. Will keep in mind if ever come back to Savannah area.

Perfect location

Enjoyed our 5 night stay in this clean, quiet, Wilmington Island 2 bedroom condo. The condo was well maintained and equipped with all the basic necessities. We appreciated the owner's choice of using local art work to decorate, giving the condo a great coastal feel. The condo is in a perfect location just minutes away from both Tybee Island and historic Savannah. There is also a nice choice of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

SPOTLESS

This two bedroom and two bath condo in Wilmington Island is situated between Savannah and Tybee island. It was perfectly suited to our needs. We spent two weeks there and hosted friends for several days. Everyone was comfortable and the place was spotless, which I appreciated. We were all interested in sight seeing which we did every day. Too many great restaurants to try, and too many tours to take advantage of to spend much time at home. Met our needs perfectly! Danny and Irene

Clean and Quiet

The property was very clean and neat as well as very quiet. There was a very nice shared area in back of the condo to walk the dogs. It was a very short dirve to River Street and to Tybee Island from the property. I would highly recommend this very nice place.
