To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The property itself is somewhat dated and has an interesting layout but is part of the charm. The location to the private beach in Seabrook canā€™t be beat. We had a great stay with family and had plenty of space.

Ample room for our family of 7. The first bedroom has glass inserts around the top that allows light through, which is distracting if trying to sleep while others are up. The sofa and chairs are cloth and I would prefer other material so a wipe down could be done after each visit. Outside sitting areas are wonderful. Able to enjoy the view and feel the breeze. A bit further from the pool than expected. Overall, good rating. We enjoyed our time there

Condo was as described. Communication with rental company was fine. I had ordered beach towels and they were not at the unit on arrival. Emailed them that night and they were delivered first thing the next day. Would rent again!

Loved the unit location! We always stay at Pelican Watch and will again A few things : the refrigerator ice machine and water dispenser did not work A few of the frying pans had not been washed Would have been nice to have more then one pitcher for cold drinks The bedroom fans were a bit noisy A few more plastic/glass storage containers would be nice

Super Stay Along Edisto Way

Property was very neat and clean when we arrived. The large kitchen and extra bathroom are a wonderful bonus. We were very comfortable. A/C worked great. On the down side the guests upstairs were "heavy footed" but we knew that was a consequence to a lower floor accommodation. Also, we were challenged a bit by the dual control T.V. If there were instructions we could not find them but that was a VERY MINOR issue. We will be back and we will rent this unit again . It was great.!! Thank you

Great trip

This was a lovely condo with easy access to the beach and golf courses. It was a perfect spring break getaway for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and the living area was quite spacious. The checkers table was quite a hit.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

This is the second year weā€™ve stayed at this property and it never disappoints. The house was extremely clean, perfect location being right on the beach, and easy access to the condo to the walkway. The rental process was easy and there was consistently clear communication about the stay. We will definitely be back next year.

Nice view, but not nice condo

The view and location of this condo were awesome! Direct water views. However, the condo is in need of serious updating. The kitchen appliances were old and some were dirty. Couches in the living room were very old and stained! Doorknobs and toilet paper holders kept falling off the walls during our stay. Floors were very sloped and scratched. Bathrooms were old- the only bathtub had significant mold in it. Condo was not ready on time- I contacted management who spoke with the cleaning team and told me I must be at the wrong condo. We were not - we were at the correct location. Would not recommend.

Love Seabrook Island

We absolutely love Seabrook Island. Itā€™s a private beach & we have been coming for over 20 years. This 3 bedroom 4 bath condo was perfect for our family of 7. We had 2 covered patios which is great when it rains. We enjoyed dinners & coffee on the patios watching the dolphins & sunsets. Access to beach is so close. Kitchen & living room are plenty big. Couches are very comfortable. Wood floors through condo. Mattresses are a bit firm. Never ran out of hot water. They provide very few staples such as dishwasher detergent or salt/pepper. Luckily grocery store is 4-5 miles away. Neighbors are very friendly. Thereā€™s no lifeguard at beach however beach patrol does drive by occasionally. My children caught sharks & blue crabs. At midnight we would chase ghost crabs. We also rented bikes in which they deliver them to your door. Many great restaurants nearby Gilliganā€™s, Salty Dog Cafe & Pelican Nest. Charleston is 30 minutes away. Freshfields Village is great place for lunch or shopping.

The layout of the property and location were fabulous - great views and very comfortable. I do think investing in some general upkeep of the property would be a good idea. The bathrooms in particular were not very nice and there were a lot of small items like broken light switches that really diminished the overall experience. The property was for sale when we visited and while the management company did a nice job giving us advance notice as promised, when we returned after the showing the agent was still there and in two instances, no one was wearing a mask, which I found totally unacceptable and inconsiderate. I know it is not entirely controllable by the property management company, but it was upsetting nonetheless. Despite the above, I would rent the property again - just for the location.

Although it rained everyday, I really enjoyed Seabrook. It was my first visit. I ate dinner at the club and loved the food! I own restaurants in NYC so I know my food. The beach and club are fabulous and will definitely return

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch. The condo was nice; the two porches were awesome! We were on the sunset porch every evening waiting for the sun to go down. Beautiful! There were a few things that need attention - some lights did not work and the porch screens were rusted in place. It would have been helpful if all the light switches had been labeled. The noise from upstairs was bothersome particularly when we were on the porches. A few times we just had to go inside . Due to Covid, we wiped down all surfaces with an anti bacterial spray as soon as we arrived. I think the cleaning crew may have been a little lax - surfaces and floors were not as clean as expected. Also, I did not realize departure instructions were emaled to me late in the week. I looked everywhere , even called your office but it was closed on our checkout day. I did not see the email until I had been home a few says. Why are they not with the other info on the fridge? Overall we had a nice vacation and would consider returning due to the location.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. It had perfect beach access, was on the first floor which made unloading/loading the car easy, and was quite spacious. The two porches had wonderful views of the beach. We were very happy with the location, quality of the property, ease of beach access, and friendliness of property management. It was well worth the money. We will definitely return to this same condo.

Door locks were difficult to lock/ unlock from inside and outside. No locks on sliding doors. Difficult to open left (East) sliding glass door from outside- door handle too close to track. Loose outlets near sink. Unpainted patching near thermostat on left side of condo. Some light switches don't work including right (west) side patio. Need to identify what light switches work which lights. Lights flicker in kids' bathroom, track lights over dining table and in the kitchen above the sink. Fan in master bedroom on right (west) is broken and floppy. Toilet runs continuously in kids' bathroom. The old washer hookup in kids' bathroom should be taken out (aesthetics) and there's a ledge on the floor there that people trip over as well as an outlet is covered up by hanging hooks (safety concerns). TV doesn't work (no signal?). Washer barely agitates even with a small load of swim suits. Condo very loud- can hear footsteps and conversations from upper condo and from steps both in the front and the back steps. A screw was used in master bath on left (East) to turn on shower. Bathrooms in kids room and extra bath need updated faucets, sinks, shower stalls, toilets (aesthetics). It would be helpful to have coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, etc stocked in kitchen as other air bnb's do these days.

Location, location, location!

The views at this property were gorgeous, not to mention seeing deer feeding in the dunes every day! The property could use some updates but is clean, large and spacious-a great place for my family to enjoy time together.

The unit did not look as advertised,

The unit was very spacious but also old and worn. Although some of the design and decor was updated, the rest was old and dingy. The sliding door handles were broken and many of the light fixtures actually worked backwards. Much of the flooring was mismatched and the living room furniture was old and dated. Enjoyed the kitchen space and the double decks. Overall, the unit resembled a DYI project gone bad. This unit would be good for a family with young children. We love seabrook and Pelican Watch, but would not rent this unti (as is) again.
