Superb, peaceful villa

Lovely property with the best outside space. Three excellent sized bedrooms, comfortable lounge and small kitchen. Some of the places we've stayed in previously have had larger internal living area, but that really doesn't matter, as this place has an amazing outside kitchen and dining area, and it's definitely all about the outdoors! Lovely hosts, stunning surroundings, and easy to get everywhere by foot or in the car. Supermarket in walking distance, lots of places to eat/drink locally, and beach reachable by foot in 15-20 minutes. Don't hesitate to book Villa Cati, you don't be disappointed!

Schƶnes Haus

Schƶnes Ƥlteres Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt und wĆ¼rden wieder kommen. Gastgeber sehr nett. Wir hatten MĆ¼he das Haus zu finden, Navigation hat uns zu einem ganz anderen Haus gebracht, dass gar nicht in der NƤhe war. Zum GlĆ¼ck wurden wir dann vom Gastgeber beim Lidl (ist in der NƤhe) abgeholt. Sehr schƶne Palmen im Garten, sauberer Pool, Waschmaschine vorhanden was sehr praktisch ist (nicht zuviele Kleider einpacken). GenĆ¼gend Bade- und HandtĆ¼cher vorhanden. Ventilatoren und Klimaanlage vorhanden. GemĆ¼tliche Outdoor-KĆ¼che und deutsche TV- Sender.

Great villa, great location

A really lovely villa surrounded with views of the mountains. Within walking distance of a local supermarket and bars and not very far from the centre of Puerto Pollensa where's plenty of shops and restaurants - too many to choose from. The owners were really friendly and helpful especially cleaning up for us after the recent tornado before we'd got up the following morning. We didn't expect that.

Beautiful location

Thanks for a great stay! The villa looked great in the photos and more than lived up to it when we got there. The hosts were there to greet us and nothing was too much trouble. The property was spotless and the outdoor kitchen was a bonus when entertaining friends during the week. A 20 - 25 minute walk gets you into the town with plenty of restaurants etc. If you are the outdoors type like me there are lots of walks and trail runs up into the hills nearby, although a map is strongly advised! The property is in a quiet area of town so little or no noise, while at the same time being close to the main road. I cannot wait to go back and am happy to recommend this villa without hesitation.

Fabulous Villa - great location

Fabulous villa with everything you want for a family holiday including a welcome pack on arrival and beach towels! Quiet location, very clean, big bedrooms and great pool. It was an easy, flat walk into town/beach (about 20 minutes) and a Lidl & Eroski just 5 minutes drive away for all your supplies. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again although it is worth noting there is no air conditioning, just fans, so it can get quite hot in the villa when daily temperatures rise.

Traditional semi detatched villa in residential area , perfect for our small family of 4 adults and 1 child. Lovely swimming pool, barbecue and garden area which was perfect for us.

Lovely family holiday

Lovely villa in a beautiful part of Majorca. Spacious and clean. We had a 3 year old and an 11 month old and it was ideal. Lovely pool and great outside kitchen. Friendly owners next door. Loved it

Toller Urlaub šŸ˜

Es war eine sehr schƶne Woche in der Villa Cati. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Haus sind HandtĆ¼cher und auch ein Fƶhn vorhanden. Die Lage ist schƶn ruhig. FĆ¼r Kinder ist Spielzeug fĆ¼r den Strand und auch StrandtĆ¼cher fĆ¼r Alle vorhanden. Ebenfalls Sonnenschirme. Da eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist empfehle ich weniger GepƤck einzupacken. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das StƤdtchen Port de Pollenca ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir mƶchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Lovely pool and bbq

Excellent to stay if you want peace and quiet, your own pool, massive Spanish BBQ & a lovely villa. Very helpful and friendly owners . It's not too far for able bodied to walk to Porto Pollenca, 15 mins, taxi is 4 Euros, lots of lovely restaurants offering value for money. Safe & sandy beach with water sports on offer . Would definitely not hestitate in returning.

The property was fantastic in all aspects. It was accessible, clean and very private.

We have stayed in the area on many occasions previously and this was without doubt the best accommodation we have used. As the description suggests it is a short 25 minute walk in to both the port in Pollensa and the town square. Equally there a couple of excellent bars next to a local supermarket a short 5 minute walk away both of which serve good food. The property itself was spotlessly clean hidden away in a very quiet area set amongst a number of other rental and private villas. The owners parents live directly next door but other than being there to give you a very warm welcome they left us alone all holiday unless we needed them. All three bedrooms were good sized but the best feature was the separate outdoor kitchen at the far end of the pool which was equipped with everything you needed for barbecue's etc. The pool area is very private and gets sun all day round. A fantastic property which we will be using again.

Casa Muy agradable, propretarios muy simpĆ”ticos. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, el barbacoa al exterior es simplemente grandioso. La piscina muy propia. Los niƱos eran contentos de los juguetes de la piscina. El restaurante aconsejado era muy bueno, barato, y la gente muy amable. Seguro volveremos a esta destinaciĆ³n de vacaciones. Muchas gracias. Fantastic villa

We really loved staying here. We were made to feel so welcome. The villa was completely private but the incredibly friendly owners were just next door if needed. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Highly recommend

Great house, suited for about 5 people (2 bathrooms), close (5 minutes by car) to Port de Pollenca and (3 min) to supermarket. House has a nice garden, with a big swimmingpool, but the far best thing is its outdoorkitchen with a big BBQ. You can cook, prepare or keep your food inside, but this outdoor kitchen is just fantastic.

Lovely house great pool area and a fantastic outdoor dining and kitchen area. A short walk from the port 20 minutes. Would recommend highly and the owners are very helpful and extremely quick if you need anything .

Fantastic!!

Absolutely fabulous villa, everything is perfect, the owners have thought of everything you need. The outside kitchen area and BBQ are great. Definitely would recommend this villa and I'm looking to book again for next year. Owner and family are very friendly and really helpful if you need anything. Wonderful holiday!

Lovely villa, quiet location, owners very helpful

We stayed at this villa after staying at the owner's other villa, next door, last year. We loved the second (outdoor) kitchen (with a cool breeze on a hot summer's day), the pool was excellent and you could walk to the wonderful beaches and restaurants of Port de Pollenca in less than 15 minutes. The villa itself is in one of the quietest parts of the town. Whilst the villa is semi-detached, it is attached to the owner's own home who are charming and very helpful but non-intrusive. Whilst the villa does not have air-con, the fans worked well enough to not be a problem at all, even when it was 32 degrees at night. We enjoyed the villa so much that we have already booked to stay again next year.

Wonderful villa with everything we needed for a perfect holiday

Right from booking the owner and his family were fantastic. The villa is well equipped and clean with an excellent pool and facilities. Within walking distance of the main areas of Puerto Pollensa but in a quiet area away from the main hustle and bustle. We had everything we needed from water in the fridge when we arrived to beach towels and washing liquid for the washing machine. We loved every second and can't wait to come back.

Sauber, gut ausgestattet und gerade richtig fĆ¼r Familie mit GroƟeltern. In Laufweite nach Porto Pollensa. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Just as promised

This was our first vacation on Mallorca. We had an absolutely wonderful week. The owners welcomed us as promised, and they were very sweet and discrete. The house is situated very private and in quite surroundings - just what we were looking for. The house and the pool was clean. The outdoor kitchen too. Very nice with the grill, and everything we needed. We are definitely considering coming back šŸ˜Šā˜€ļø Regards from Denmark

Lovely Villa in quiet location

We stayed here with our 2 Children, the property was immaculately clean both inside and out, good sized pool and sun lounging area. The BBQ area was fantastic, loads of preparation space and a large dining table. The owners stayed next door and were very friendly and helpful. The Villa is in a quiet location but only a short walk to the local supermarkets and restaurants, a lovely evening stroll! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely location for exploring or just chilling out

A lovely villa, very well equipped with a great pool and in particular a very nice barbecue area. David's mother and father live next door were very welcoming and on hand with any questions. The area is very peaceful and great for a family. A very relaxing 10 days. No problem recommending this villa.

Sehr schƶnes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Port de PollenƧa; das Ortszentrum am Hafen ist aber sehr gut zu FuƟ erreichbar (ca. 20 min.). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch der Garten mit Pool und AussenkĆ¼che tragen zum sehr positiven Eindruck bei. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Villa Cati sehr empfehlen und werde gerne wieder kommen.
