This is a updated historic home. It is just blocks from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths.
It has been totally updated with granite and marble counters and stainless appliances. It has updated baths with a walk-in glass shower. It has a fully equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds. There is free wifi and premium stations on Directv. As well as a full size washing machine and Dryer.There is a screened in front porch and a New Orleans style courtyard for relaxing or grilling in the afternoon.

We are centrally located 2 miles from downtown, restaurants, golf courses, fishing, watersports, casinos.

We offer free high speed internet.

The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you may need such as coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, utensils, ironing board and iron are provided also. You don't have to bring anything!
The dining room seats 6 with 2 at the eat in bar.

The master has a comfortable king size bed with flatscreen tv. The master bath has a shower and a bath.

Guest room 1 has a comfortable queen bed with flat screen T.V. and DVD.

Guest room 2 has a comfortable queen bed with flat screen T.V. and DVD.

There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We have a beautifully landscaped courtyard for relaxing with a picnic table for grilling and eating outdoors.

Cottage by the Beach

Very clean, pet friendly Cottage in Biloxi, MS. Excellent renovations, everything is brand new! Sundi went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful quick get-a-way. It was great.

Perfect Location

I walked to the beach almost daily, less than 5 minute walk! Wonderful! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors,best of all close to the beach! It’s a clean and beautiful home. Sundi was quick to reply and respond to any questions. Would be happy to go back!

Perfect for us!!

My husband had a stroke 3 years ago and this house was perfect for us. I could park close to the house and very few steps to get into. Large shower and all the rooms were large. Beautifully decorated. Close to many restaurants. Loved the location. Every morning when I walked my dog I could see the ocean!! Thanks, Sandie, Rick, and Grandma Bunny

We had to leave the same night we checked in. The house reeked of what we believed to be dog feces, there was what we believed to be dog feces on the couch, the floors were very dirty, the house was unsafe for my child (broken floor boards, etc), there were dead bugs all over a wall in the kitchen, lights that were constantly flickering in the master bathroom, multiple cockroaches, a wall that had major water damage. Additionally the second bathroom was unusable due to work being done on the sink (which to be fair, the host did warn us about the day of checkin). The positive is the host was very responsive when I reached out and understood the house was not suitable for us to stay in for 2 months with our child. She refunded us fully. House is in a great location, and may be ok for young single people taking advantage of the beach. With a deep thorough cleaning and a little bit of maintenance this could be an awesome place to stay.

This home has a very nice floor plan and nice kitchen appliances. The bedrooms are large, thoughtfully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It also had a very nice washer and dryer. The walk in shower in the hall bath was also appreciated. It is very near both the railroad tracks and Airforce base which some people may find disruptive. However, we enjoy the sounds of the trains and actually consider it a plus. We had no issues at all with the owner, but did not consider them to be very communicative. Our questions were answered but always in a very brief manner. The only issue was with cleanliness. The inside was dusty everywhere and the windows badly in need of cleaning. However the outdoor space was not usable. It looked like no one had stepped foot out there for months (or years), it was so overgrown and dirty. It did not remotely resemble the serene, inviting spot pictured in the ads. I feel badly having to leave such negative comments, but I would like to have been made aware before I rented this so I am doing it for future prospects.

Absolutely Fantastic!

This property was better than described. Super clean, very close to the beach and places to eat and hang out. Neighbors super nice. Very large kitchen that is fully stocked with everything. Beds are super comfortable. It has a nice back patio to sit and relax and a screened in front porch for when it is raining. We stayed a month and will definitely be back. Sundi is an excellent hostess - she responds right away to any questions or concerns and with helpful info. Could not be happier!

Adorable

Very Adorable house but a few suggestions: backyard needs a light outside for night time, water pressure for bathroom sinks needs to be increased, and not enough Netflix accounts for all TV's to be watching at the same time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and owner was very accommodating for us.

Vacation Home

Cute house with great location. This dog friendly property had everything we needed for our vacation. It’s close to the beach, marina, casinos and more. The beds were very comfortable and we also enjoyed the screened in porch. Sundi was a great host and easy to contact.

Biloxi Vacation 2019

Property was really nice, but the VRBO site had no information about blue-green algae infestation in beach water. I would not have booked this property had it been noted. Also, I was given a Wi-Fi username and password that did not work. I tried to send message via telephone to tell Sundi but I never received a response. We love Gulfport/Biloxi area but will not be staying in this property again. Finally, Sundi did try and work with me to reschedule but would not refund my money and the insurance I took out on the trip was not going to pay as they said the blue-green algae problem was not a natural disaster...Shameful!

Beauty at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming house near the beach. The owner Sundi was as accommodating as could be and very kind and thoughtful. The rental was clean upon arrival, the beds were very comfortable and the house is in a neighborhood that was very quiet so we could sleep in. Easy check in and check it out and we basically had everything we needed for our two week vacation I would definitely recommend this rental. The air conditioning worked great which is important in the summer heat. We appreciated televisions in every room and overall really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We would definitely rent again !!! Thanks Sundi!

Great Place

Really great place to stay! The house was nice an clean. Every thing you need is there, if you chose bring your on groceries and stay home and cook. Nice quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Will definitely be staying here when we come back to Biloxi.

Simply charming!

My husband and I, along with our pups, had a wonderful long weekend visiting with friends and family. The house was beautifully decorated, a beautiful, well stocked kitchen. All three bedrooms were really nice. The living room had plenty of room to watch football on the large screen tv. The screened in front porch was so nice in the afternoons and the backyard/courtyard was like being in New Orleans! Walked the dogs to the beach and they enjoyed chasing the birds. We look forward to coming for a longer period of time. Thank you for our stay in your home.

Amazing home!

This house is sooo wonderful and full of so many great things to give you all the comforts of home! It is in a perfect location and close to everything. It is packed full of all the things you might need to make your stay even more enjoyable! I would recommend this to anyone traveling to this area!

Clean well maintained home

The home was immaculate and smelled great upon arrival. Great little back yard. This house looks like it has been recently updated. Nice screened in front porch. About a 3 block walk to the beach. Only con - house was located on a very narrow but busy street. Parking for only 2 vehicles.

My name is Sundi Fortenberry. I grew up in Biloxi and then moved to an area outside of New Orleans. I have been there for 14 years. I still like coming home as much as I can to see my family and friends. My husband and I found this cute little house right off the beach and couldn't pass it up. We took a few months to totally renovate it so it would have all of the comforts we have at home. Please come enjoy our home away from home and enjoy my home town of Biloxi.

We really love this house because of its charm. It was built in the 40's and is a Biloxi original. It was important to us to find a house that survived Hurricane Katrina. We wanted to have a little peice of old Biloxi. The house is in great location just off the beach and it has all the luxury of home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the screened in front porch and the backyard flagstone patio. We love the large rooms and high ceilings. We love that you can open the door and enjoy the breeze and the sounds of the birds.
