Com localização privilegiada, situada nas Areias de S. João, entre a Praia da Oura (Albufeira) e Albufeira antiga, na Avenida que liga também à Praia do Forte de S. João e do Inatel. A 600 metros, para cada lado, há duas belíssimas praias de areia branca (Oura e Forte de S. João). Centro da Oura a 450 metros. Centro de Albufeira a 2 Km. A moradia está construída em terreno de implantação de 3 moradias, fechado e murado. Vista do exterior ampla. Restaurantes a menos de 50 metros. Avenida Principal da Oura (Av. We loved our stay. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. The villa was clean and spacious, with a large pool set within a beautiful garden. The villa even stayed cool enough for us not to need the air conditioning. It is ideally located - very close to lots of restaurants and bars but far enough away that you don’t hear the noise from the strip at all. The Old Town is also walkable and worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Missing basic amenities like a wine opener, toilet paper, trash bags, proper recycle containers. The guest information book contains outdated information.Overall the house is worn out and is in need of some upkeep and TLC.Pool was very nice. It was chilly but with a little solar heating, yearly use could be extended.

Nous avons passé tout le mois de septembre 2025 dans cette magnifique villa empreinte de chaleur et d’ondes positives. On ressent tout l’amour que les propriétaires y ont mis depuis le premier jour de sa construction. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie très confortable, la cuisine très bien équipée, le salon très accueillant et bien décoré ; nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous avons absolument tout adoré. Le jardin et la piscine sont supers. D’ailleurs nous tenons à remercier Madame Graçia la femme de ménage, le pisciniste et le jardiner pour l’entretien de tous les espaces effectué avec une grande qualité et discrétion tout du long de notre séjour. L’emplacement de la villa est on ne peut mieux, au calme, proche de l’océan dix minutes à pied, idem pour les boutiques et rues très animées. Ce séjour dans cette maison si accueillante restera mémorable et nourrira pour longtemps nos rêves. Nous espérons y revenir dès que possible.

Perfect Return!

This was our second visit to this property, and once again it ticked all the boxes for us. Lovely and clean, fantastic pool, great location and just what we needed for a relaxing break in the sun.Both the owner and the housekeeper couldn't have been more helpful. The pool and gardens are also regularly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.We all had a fantastic holiday, and hope to return again in the future to our favourite property in Portugal!Thanks to you all for making our holiday so special.

Perfect Holiday

Lovely house, fantastic pool. Excellent location, multiple transport options literally on the doorstep. Near enough to the Strip but far away enough that the noise is not an issue at all. Plenty of shops and bars in the vicinity. House is an older house but that's a huge bonus to keep the place cool. Aircon and wifi worked efficiently and pretty much everything you could possibly require was available. 5 star holiday just for the pool alone, everything else was just perfect. Festa da praia bar/ restaurant right next door with great food, drinks and lovely staff

Heerlijk weer huisje

Ik ben hier met een groepje vriendinnen geweest en het was echt heerlijk. Heel fijn zwembad in een grote tuin (met een barbecue!!). Op loopafstand van het uitgaansgebied. Wij hebben genoten!

Beautiful villa in a great location

We loved staying at this villa & 100% book again! Bedrooms are a great size, bed were comfy, pool was great! The location is perfect 10-15 mins walk down to the beach, 30 minutes walk to the old town and 5 mins from the strip if you want to party. Really loved it and will be back!

Enjoyed our stay

The property had everything that we needed for our stay, its just five minutes away from the strip where there is buzzing night life and also a beach close by. The weather was not that great so we did not use the swimming pool. Great place

Great villa!!

Very beautiful space! Clean, cute, and safe neighborhood. We did have a little trouble with the key getting into the property but if you turn it hard to the left it opens. The waiters at the restaurant next door were very sweet and it’s a great place to grab cocktails in the evening. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect stay

Couldn’t have stayed at a better place, literally 5 min walk to the strip. But you wouldn’t know the strip was there, as it was peaceful.. Next door to a nice restaurant. Would definitely stay there again..

Great villa and pool

We had a fab time in this villa. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Maid visited half way through our stay to change the bed linen and towels and she also cleaned the bathrooms. The garden was tended to during our stay and the pool guy came every few days to top up/check pool chemicals (no one went home with green hair!) The pool was huge. The strip was a 5 min walk away. It’s not our thing but was great for popping out late even just for ice cream! Thank you for a lovely stay in your villa

Wonderful Holiday

We stayed here in August 24 and was our first visit to Portugal. The villa was lovely and clean and as described in listing and photos. Swimming pool was great and a huge hit with the children. Villa is in a good location with easy access to strip and local supermarket. We took the tourist train, which stops just along the road to the old town. Lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk, with our favourite being the restaurant next door. We had to contact the owner about a small issue whilst we were there and they were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Rats and noise

Unfortunately, there were rats running around the garden of the property, I took a picture of a dead one on the grass. There was a large construction of a building across the road from the property, the constant banging and hammering started at 7:30am every day and did not finish until 5pm. We were never informed of this, we certainly did not have the relaxing holiday we were so looking forward to. The beds were very hard, each mattress was placed on top of a large piece of chipboard, so there was no spring to any of the beds, painful for back and knee joints. On one occasion, the gas ran out, we had no hot water or cooking. We were forced to take the whole family out for dinner in a restaurant, and had to have cold showers. The pool was lovely, the air conditioning was good, but this was a very disappointing holiday. I did contact the owner, replies were painfully slow. Surely we should have been told about the large apartment block being constructed within a few yards of the property, we would have cancelled had we known, being woken at 7:30am is not what we wanted, nor was the dreadful all day noise.

We completely loved our stay here. There is nothing not to like about this property or the location. We come to Portugal every year and this property would be our first choice every year ☺️

My wife and I live on the outskirts of Lisbon, a city name Carnaxide. My wife is a preschool teacher and I'm Retired. In my working life I worked in a large national group having created it and Chairman of a Company from the area of Information Systems, which is also the area of my academic training. Like to live with love and peace and to make friends. We have three daughters and eight grandchildren. All together is a delight.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

My house and the other two that make up the gated community were built from scratch by me and my two brothers. Th location of the plot is great: close to everything, with fantastic beaches very close and in a quiet area without agitation.
Since its construction, and even today, they are on vacation that usually we enjoy during the month of August, a great meeting point for all the Family and Friends.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The villa is built in typical rustic style Algarve, in one plan to become more convenient and not a lot of work in cleaning. The interior is nice looking and very comfortable. Outside, beyond the large garden, small pine forest and large swimming pool, barbecue and have a good eating under the entrance porch table. We also have two good car parks, one of them covered.
To keep clean and well landscaped exterior have treated the contract with a team that cleans and works Garden and swimming once a week in autumn and winter and twice a week in spring and summer.
