Recently renovated and extremely clean Vintage 1958 "Old Florida beach cottage." High Speed Wifi. Private fenced in yard. Vaulted ceilings and Terrazzo floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath in the hottest most convenient yet quiet neighborhood in Delray. Walk or bike about 1 mile to the beach or Atlantic Ave. You can also walk to Bedner's Whole foods, French Bakery, Publix Grocery Store, drug stores, restaurants & bars, Popstroke and more. Renovated kitchen with dishwasher and stainless appliances, hurricane windows & doors and mini-split A/C Units in each room. Fully furnished and stocked with the needed linens & towels, complete kitchen and bath. There is one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and a second bedroom with a twin bed and desk, two smart TVs for use with your streaming apps & high speed wireless Internet and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Lovely garden, fenced in patio area and a private place to sit or cook and eat outside, gas grill, 2 off street parking spots. Feels like a single home since only one half of duplex is rented and the other half is often vacant. Please check out our video tour!

Little piece of paradise!

My fiancé and I stayed at the Delray Beach cottage and loved it! From the warm welcome by Rachel, to the beautiful sunny yard we could not hope for a better experience. The property has all you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. It is centrally located near great restaurants, a bike ride to the beach and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great place for Delray Beach and Boynton Beach

This was perfect for me and Teddy my Poochon. We were in-between houses in Delrauy and I stayed there for a couple of months. 2 bedroom was great as my daughter visited for a few days. Fully equipped kitchen plus use of a washer and dryer which was huge if you're staying for more than a few days or a week. Real close to downtown Delray (tons of restaurants and bars) and the beach.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Peaceful, convenient and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and Rachel is the most responsive host. It was a very pleasant month and we couldn't ask for more. We want to come back next year.

Great time

The duplex was just right! Plenty of room for my cousin and I. Everything we needed was there. I would sit outside with my coffee each morning and enjoy the lovely garden. The rest of the time we were busy enjoying the sights! So much to do. I’ve stayed in south padre island Texas and Clearwater fl but there wasn’t as much to do and see as in this area! I recommend and would return!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in! My sister and I had a wonderful stay. Rachel, the host, was very engaging and thoughtful. She had so much knowledge about the area; gave us great restaurant ideas, nearby attractions, and beach information. The rental had everything we needed for long days at the beach. She has a beautiful yard area to sit out at in the morning with a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much Rachel for a great stay!

Just what we needed!

This was the perfect bungalow for our monthlong stay in Delray. Our dog enjoyed the backyard. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, and Rachel was always available via text for questions and supplies. We walked all over Delray--to restaurants, the beach, the farmers market, and downtown. We'll definitely be back for another visit.

great getaway retreat to Delray Beach

This is a cheerful, comfortably appointed, spotlessly clean unit in a residential area that is especially perfect for walkers like us. Half a mile to great food shopping, many fun places to eat within a mile, a mile to the beach. The owner, Rachel, is next door and is an awesome person who really wants to see her guests enjoying themselves so makes great suggestions and keeps everything running smoothly. We found it to be perfect in many ways including location - enough out of the fray to be quiet while also being close enough to easily enjoy all that Delray has to offer. Highly, highly recommended!

Delray Beach Spring

This place fit our needs perfectly. It was delivered in a spotless condition. Everything we could need was provided and well organized. Rachel did an excellent job of introducing the unit and the Delray Beach area. The unit is close to shopping, the beach, and the restaurants and boutiques on Atlantic Ave. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in Delray Beach.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I (and Pooch) enjoyed our stay at this cottage very much. It was very clean and well appointed. Rachel was very responsive and helpful in making sure we has everything we needed. Very well located for getting into downtown Delray as well as surrounding communities.

Just Right for Us

We were very pleased with our stay in Rachel's cottage. It clearly get much loving care for it was very clean and well maintained. Rachel has been very thoughtful in providing exactly what her guests might need in terms of linens, kitchen needs, even a well stocked and convenient laundry room. It's in a great location in a quiet residential area. We would be happy to stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Really enjoyed the location, amenities & access.

The property was clean, well amended. Laundry access was a real plus. Liked the location & privacy - easy access to groceries, dntn, beach, dining, etc. Rachel did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. My husband needed to rent a recliner and she helped us move things around to accommodate his chair. Plenty of info and recommendations if needed and she couldn't be more helpful with info, changes. I can't think of a nicer more welcoming owner who I hope to see again!!

Wonderful place to stay in Delray Beach FL!

The is a very clean, beautifully landscaped property that is close to the beach and downtown. This was our first time visiting Delray Beach and we really enjoyed the town. The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with and we will definitely be renting this property from her again!

Slice of Heaven

Rachael's cottage is a perfect place to relax and melt your cares away. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and Rachael's cottage passes the test with flying colors! Also Rachel is very pleasant to communicate with and also truly accommodating. The side yard is plush with colorfiul flowers, beautiful greens, lounge chairs, pedestal tables and chairs, a fire pit, and a gas grill. The neighborhood felt safe, and the neighbors were very pleasant too. My husband and I especially loved the proximity to the beach too!!! We also loved that we could walk to downtown Delray very easily. Rachael left bicycles for us to use as well. We had a wonderful two months here and will definitely return ❤

A pristine, bright, airy unit with a beautiful flowering sideyard

This two-bedroom side of a duplex is a delightful place to be. It is cheerful and stocked with everything you need. You could even fly in with just your clothes. There are two bicycles available to use to tour the town or go to the beach. Sitting in the lushly planted sideyard was one of my favorite things to do. Rachel, the owner, has a great outgoing personality and is a treasure-trove of information about things to do, where to go, and how to get there as well as inside tips like free beach parking lots. The duplex is in a residential neighborhood that is walkable to "happening" Atlantic Avenue or the beach though a substantial hike; a Publix is a just short walk. Rachel was staying next door when I was there and provided special extra items I needed. She even included me with her visiting sister and cousin when they went for a tour cruise down the intracoastal waterway, and we had a great time. The kitchen is narrow but has everything you need to function. There are washers and dryers with all detergent products to use. There is a parking spot right next to the unit. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, esp. if it becomes available for shorter stays.

Extended Stay

We are renting the cottage for six months while in a housing transition. We knew we wanted to rent it as soon as we saw it. The cottage is quaint with great landscaping and furnishings. It is located in a quiet residential area of Delray Beach within walking distance of the beach ( I walk there everyday) and a short bike ride or free golf cart ride to trendy Atlantic Avenue. Rachel is a very accommodating host who went out of her way to make us comfortable. We are definitely enjoying our time in the beach cottage.
