Located in a prime Mission Beach location, adjacent to Pacific Beach and near Catamaran resort, you're steps away from the bay-side beach, 120 yards from the ocean side, and within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and bars.

Check out this spacious Beach House – it's got 3 similiar bedroom suites, a big GREAT ROOM, 3.5 baths, 3 patios (one on every level, including a fire pit table on the main patio) . If comfy vibes, space, convenience, and privacy is your thing, then this is perfect for you and your guests.

What's unique is that each of the 3 bedroom suites have queen size beds and their own private full bathroom. They're spread out so everyone has space and privacy. On the ground floor is Suite #1, and on the third floor, #2 and #3 are at opposite ends – no shared walls! Two suites have floor space for a twin size premium floor mattress, and the last one has space for 2 premium floor mattresses, good for kids and teens aged 3-16.

Now, the GREAT ROOM on the second floor is where the action takes place– it's got a living room for family games and fireplace, dining area to accommodate large groups for sit down dining, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and a separated media room to watch TV or movies. And if you need extra sleeping space, there are queen size sofa beds, one on each end of the large room.

For infants guests, we provide 2 pack and play portable cribs, a high chair, a stroller, and 4 safety gates for each end of the stair cases.

Lots of parking for 3 vehicles which is a rare find for a beach area – a medium SUV fits in the garage, a big SUV, truck, or van in the carport, and a regular size car in tandem.
