This 2br/2bath condo is perfect for your getaway to the hidden gem of Brian head, Utah.

The location is within short walking distance (~50 yards) to the ski bridge, offering you easy access to either Brian head mountain or Navajo for world-class skiing in the winter or mountain biking in the summer.

The condo is minutes from breath-taking hiking trails and the beautiful Cedar Breaks national monument. Not to mention, it's only about an hour drive from Bryce Canyon and Zion.

In the summer, you can go fishing right in your backyard in the brand new Brian head pond! Or take the kids to the brand new playground and read them a story by Brian the Bear. Book now for the 4th of July and enjoy fireworks right from your balcony!

The condo itself features two bedrooms. Each room has a queen bed and an HD flat screen television. The living room has a couch with a pull-out queen bed and an hd flat screen television with a blu-ray player. The condo has 1-gig internet speeds, so you'll be able to easily stream whatever you want or work remotely if needed.

Other features of the condo include: underground parking, a wood-burning fireplace, private washer/dryer, a wide selection of games and DVDs, a balcony, pool table, and table tennis.

Enjoyed our stay!!

Condo was clean, comfortable, and close to the lifts. Had good communication with the owner when we had one small issue with the dishwasher that helped fix the issue within hours. Good instructions on what to do when arriving and leaving. The covered parking was a nice extra that I didn’t see in the description, but I could have just missed it. Overall would come back again!!

Ski getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfectly situated for skiing…close and convenient to ski lifts and resorts. The condo was cosy and comfortable. Communication was easy and host was responsive. Truly enjoyed the experience.

Loved it!

Our family have stayed here in the past and recent remodel of the unit is just so nice and beautifully done. We enjoyed our stay as usual and no issues. Owner Troy is superb and always welcoming. Looking forward to returning again!

Incredible Location - Ski In/Ski Out

Our family had an awesome ski vacation over Spring Break. The condo is located at the base of Navajo and Brian Head Mountain where you could pick which lift to take - #8 Alpen Glow or #1 Wildflower. There’s a free shuttle bus that my teen boys used to get around Brian Head - grocery store, coffee shop, pizza place and the two different Brian Head resort lodges. The fireplace was nice (firewood easy to get for $6/bundle on site) and the Roku TV worked well - good size TV and they’re in each bedroom. Great fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances. The sofa sleeper was super comfy as well as the brand new mattresses on the beds. It was too bad the towels and pillows couldn’t have been as plush. The second front door accessing the second bedroom was convenient for our teen boys to use and there was plenty of warm snuggy blankets and hot water for everyone to take showers. Please know that this is a second floor condo that is not ADA. Parking is in an underground garage so plenty of stairs to carry luggage. Neighbors can be heard from the third floor and next door on the weekends but this will not hold us back from renting again! Great price at a great place and very nicely decorated!

Comfy and clean. Close to slopes.

We have stayed in Brian Head several times. This unit was clean, comfy, and had garage parking which was nice. Walking distance to chair 8 (Giant Steps) and chair 1 (Navajo). Beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything you need including a washer dryer! On site manager is very nice and will bring firewood to the unit. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay!

I went up here with my sister and brother-in-law and my niece and her boyfriend. The condo was super cute. A little snug, but we made it work. Super close to the lift, and we loved that there was garage parking. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location! Cozy & Clean!

I stayed here with my teenage boys. The location is outstanding. True ski in/ski out. Super easy to walk to the lifts that can take you to Navajo or Giant Steps. The condo was very clean and updated. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in couldn’t have been easier. The garage with high ceilings was perfect for our suv and storage top. Kitchen has all necessary utensils and plenty of dishes, bowls, cups and cooking utensils. Fantastic view, quiet and serene. The pull out couch was even comfortable! I would absolutely stay here again and Troy was super responsive in answering all of my questions. Excellent option in Brian Head!!!

Fun ski vacation

A fun little place in a perfect location. The condo had everything we needed and it's perfectly located to break up a ski day with an easy come home and warm up rest before heading out again. Our family had a great time.

Annual BH Getaway

We love Brian Head for our annual winter getaway. This year due to COVID we moved it to spring time. The snow was still awesome. Great ski in/out location.

I just recently discovered Brian Head and absolutely fell in love with it! As an avid skier/snowboarder who has traveled to some of the best known resorts in America, I can safely say that Brian Head is one of the best. The variety of runs and the smaller crowds make it a skiing dream come true. Not only that, but it is almost better in the summer/fall months when you have access to an endless supply of gorgeous hikes and the rainbow of natural colors that only Utah can provide. I think it is a magical place and I hope to share that with you!

This condo is perfectly located within walking distance to everything you could want. Easy access to either Brian Head mountain or Navajo. You can also enjoy Bristlecone pond for a leisurely stroll, some fishing, or to play with the kids at the playground. Not only that, but it is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Sit by the roaring fire and enjoy the beautiful view from the window. There's nothing better.

We recently renovated the condo to reflect the natural splendor of Utah, because we wanted to share what we love so much about this place. The beautiful reddish, copper tones of the mountains as well as the beautiful blue skies and shimmering white snow. We genuinely hope you experience the magic of Utah while you're on your stay. Nothing beats relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful serenity of Brian Head. Being close to the pond is incredible, and I truly love being able to choose which mountain I want to ski/snowboard on without needing a car or shuttle.
