2020 SEASON:
RATES per week
Charges included: pool maintenance, water gas, electricity (except auxiliary heating outside the summer months).
Charges not included: tourist tax 0,60 € / night / adult, and options

Arrivals are from Saturday to Saturday from 17h and departures by 9:30 at the latest.

PAYMENT METHOD :
Deposit: 25% upon booking.
Balance: 4 weeks before the start of the stay or in cash on arrival.
For payment by bank transfer, sending RIB IBAN on request.
We also accept holiday checks for payment of all or part.

Proposed options:
- bedding (sheets, pillowcase): 15 € / pers

Baby equipment provided free of charge on request.

The basis of calculation for extended weekend (pro rata from 3 nights), short breaks, outside the summer months, is 540 €

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
-your quick confirmation by email will take place of pre-booking noting:
-the number of occupants: adults, children (age), baby (age),
-your complete contact details (name, address, landline and / or mobile phone)

We will send you by email your pre-filled rental contract including:
-lease,
-the description of the cottage with inventory
-and the general conditions of rental.

All you have to edit a copy of which will be returned to us after signing (and supplemented, if necessary), with the deposit of 25% of the rental amount by check to our order. Upon the return of these parts, we'll give you received by email.

THE PIGEONNIER
rated 2 stars is an old bread oven converted into a small atypical housing of 42 m2 which seduces by its originality.
Ideal for a family with 2 children.
LE PIGEONNIER 42 m2 can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the ground floor: living room with kitchen area, dining area, sitting area, bathroom (washbasin, shower over bath, wc).
On the floor (access by a staircase a little steep not staggered due to an architectural impossibility because of the restoration of ancient inheritance) 1 attic room (with 1 bed 2 persons), 1 very small in the loft 2 beds d ' 1 person).
The terrace, under awning, allows to take the meals outside enjoying a nice view on the surrounding countryside ... and sun until sunset.

LE PIGEONNIER can be rented with one or other of the neighboring gîtes (La Baronnie for 4/6 persons 120 m2 approximately, or La Petite Baronnie, 2/4 persons 55 m2 approximately).
Each accommodation will enjoy the private pool to share with holidaymakers and owners
The pool, 5m x 10m, is secured by an audible alarm (fall detector) meeting the standards in force fixed on the lip.
A shelter semi-sliding weather (except in July and August) preserves the temperature of the water and allows swimming from May to October.
