Beautiful semi-detached house in Tarifa, Los Lances beach, 50 m from the beach, 3 double bedrooms, cosy and relaxing arab-style living-room with TV & DVD, solarium, garden, in front of a park, noiseless, fully equipped. Up to 6 guests.
The house is near the beach and in front of a park, on the new part of the town, with many shops and cafes nearby and it is only 8 minutes from the town center on foot.

During low season, 60 €/night when stay is shorter than 6 days (plus 45€ of cleaning expenses when it is shorter than 4 days)

Nice little house in quiet area, good views from roof terrace

Nice little house, if a bit dated. It was in a good quiet area for us and an easy walk to the beach (important if you are lugging kitesurf gear about). We said there were 4 of us, property said it was for 4, yet only the double and one single bed were made up when we arrived. The trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom meant that it was difficult to move about. I would suggest replacing it with a bunk bed which would leave more room, especially if the surplus odd furniture was removed. The kitchen could do with an update - the oven doesn't work properly as the door doesn't shut and there are no trays for it. All of the numbers have rubbed off the dials and someone has tried to glue some on, but some are missing. We assumed this was because it was thought that visitors would eat out, but with a toddler that wasn't always possible and so a functioning kitchen would have been better. On arrival there was no kettle, we phoned the agent who arranged for the cleaner to come and look for it, it was locked in her cupboard. We did enjoy our stay, and would recommend the property, but it would be much better with a little TLC.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. The cleaning woman says the trundle bed was made but not brought out because guests prefer to keep it in until bedtime. The oven has trays and there are extra trays under the sink. We will check if it closes well, I used it during the Easter holidays and it worked perfectly. I glued the numbers and was totally functional, and it should be even if one or two numbers have come off, but we will repair it. As for the kettle, in Spain it is no must, but we will always leave it outside from now on. Thank you for the feedback!

Der Strand war nicht weit weg, leider hatten wir im Januar und Februar 2026 durch Starkregen eine feuchte FEWO.Der unangenehmes Wohnen.

Die Immobilienagentur und ich als Eigentümer bedauern die widrigen Wetterbedingungen sehr. Wir wollten jegliche dadurch verursachten Unannehmlichkeiten durch Arbeiten im Haus beheben, jedoch wollten die Mieter ihre Pläne nicht ändern, um den Technikern Zugang zu gewähren, weshalb wir diese Maßnahmen verschoben haben. Schließlich wurde nach der Abreise der Mieter eine Renovierung in Angriff genommen, um zu verhindern, dass diese früher beispiellosen, nun aber häufiger auftretenden Phänomene den Aufenthalt der Mieter beeinträchtigen.

Dachgarten - Urlaub

Für das Wetter konnte niemand etwas, der daraus resultierende Aufenthalt und sitzen auf den Polstern war nicht schön. Der innere Bezug der Polster war Motten-zerfressen. Der äußere Bezug hatte viele kleine Löcher und wir mochten daher nicht darauf sitzen, weil wir nicht wußten, welche Tiere darin sind. Daher haben wir Urlaub auf dem Dachgarten gemacht. Wir haben Rotweingläser gekauft, eine Auflaufform und einen kleinen Topf. Damit ging es schon besser. (Andalusien ohne Rotwein ist kein Urlaub).Ein Handlauf an den kleinen Treppen und ein Griff an der Badewanne wäre schön gewesen. Trotz allem war unser Urlaub schön!

Auf den Wohnzimmersofas gibt es keine Motten oder sonstiges Ungeziefer, da das Haus ganzjährig bewohnt ist und laufend gereinigt wird. Die wenigen Löcher im Stoff sind auf heiße Zigarettenasche oder pure Abnutzung zurückzuführen, daher werde ich neue Stoffe aufziehen.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Ideales Haus für drei Personen in Strandnähe auch wenn man kein Wassersportler ist. Nur 5 Minuten zum Atlantikstrand. Das Auto kann man getrost stehen lassen, da es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung gibt. Für einen Besuch der reizvollen Altstadt von Tarifa braucht man auch kein Auto. Gleiches gilt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen am Atlantik und am Mittelmeer. Der Standort ist auch idealer Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckertouren in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Wir waren hier vier Wochen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Überwintern

Wir waren von Januar bis März in dem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch mit dem Parken gab keine Probleme. Die Nachbarn sind total nett und man liegt etwas weg vom Trubel und doch mittendrin. Einzig in der Küche könnte man mal wieder ein paar Untensilien neu anschaffen. Für uns alten Leute wäre ein Geländer an den Treppen sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely house in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We were unlucky with the weather for a lot of our three week stay but the house was comfortable and with the table under the covered porch you could often sit outside even when raining. The house is opposite a tree-lined park with no road to the front of the property so it’s very quiet. The bed is very comfortable as are the many couches! The house is a 5 min walk from the most amazing beach and plenty of bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the old town. We really recommend this property.

Nice neighbourhood, close to the beach

The apartment is located in a quiet, nice neighbourhood. It has a spacious rooftop terrace with a stunning view. Beach, oldtown Tarifa an Supermarkets are in walking distance. The apartment has a little front yard with water supply so that you can clean your kitesurfing equipment. Carlos (the owner) and the agency that organizes everything on site are very friendly and supportive. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Casa muy bien situada y muy comoda. 100% equipada. El Jardin es muy practico y me imagino ideal cuando no hay levante. Nos ha venido de lujo ya que hemos podido dejar al chucho feliz ahi mientras ibamos de turismo. Zona muy tranquila, residencial, bien que el vecino parece ser un gran fan de radiolé por la mañana!! Hemos tenido poca suerte con el WIFI pero bien; asi hemos podido disfrutar mejor del tiempo junto.

La wifi se estropeó porque depende de una antena y esta se había visto afectada por una tormenta especialmente fuerte. Cuando eso pasa, el huésped debe avisar inmediatamente a la inmobiliaria de Tarifa y ellos llaman al técnico, que viene en menos de 24 horas.

Hallo, Catherine, es tut mir leid. Die Immobilienmaklerin hat mir bestätigt, dass der Früheintritt alles auseinanderbrachte, aber das ist keine Rechtfertigung. Sorry!

super Lage, hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für zwei Wochen im März gebucht, da es uns dort so gut gefallen hat haben wir noch mal um zwei Wochen verlängert. Die Lage ist super, in zwei Minuten ist man zu Fuß direkt am Strand, auch die Stadt und die Altstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir waren dort mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Baby, das passte von der Personenanzahl gut. Der Vermieter war schnell und gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anfragen ( die die Umgebung betrafen etc.) gut und schnell weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice house in a good location

Very cozy house with enough space for 4-5 people. The photos quite well match how it is. Simple standard but for us it was ok. Well equipped kitchen with everthing you need. The beach is just 3 minutes walking distance away. Great sunsets on the rooftop terrace and a panoramic view of the city. Will definitely stay again! Dennis, Germany

Sonnenverwöhnte Stadt & Haus in Bestlage

Das Haus liegt im sonnenverwöhnten Tarifa, der Levante (Wind) bringt Surfern und Kitern beste Konditionen. Auf der Dachterrasse des Hauses trocknen nicht nur die Segel in "windeseile" sondern auch Strandtücher und selbstverständlich die Wäsche. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der angrenzende kleine Park dient den Bewohnern des Viertels zur Erholung und Freizeitgestaltung. Kleine Läden ganz in der Nähe bieten alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Die Innenstadt mit ihren Läden, Bars und Restaurants (viele im marokkanischem Stil) ist fußläufig, schnell zu erreichen. Auch der Hafen liegt in der Nähe. Von ihm gehen täglich Fähren nach Afrika, der Hafen von Tanger, einer afrikanischen Stadt, liegt nur 14 Kilometer entfernt. Empfehlenswert ist das Whale Watching. Der Hafen von Taifa liegt genau zwischen dem Mittelmeer und dem Atlantik. Ist der Levante zu stark, kann man ausweichen. So ist das Schwimmen immer möglich. Entweder im Atlantik oder eben im Mittelmeer. Eine der schönsten Bars in Tarifa ist die Souk Bar gleich neben dem Haus, um die Ecke. Die Inhaberin kocht selbst und kam in den 90er Jahren aus München nach Tarifa. Das Essen und das Ambiente der Bar sind einzigartig sowie die Köchin und ihre Angestellten. Das Haus selbst bietet mit seinem kleinen Garten, dem Balkon und der Dachterrasse alles, um den Urlaub zu genießen. Wohnzimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet, sauber und so eingerichtet, dass man mit 6 Personen gut leben und feiern kann. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Und benötigt man Hilfe oder hat eine Frage, so ist die Nachbarin gern behilflich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur 47 Kilometer von Tarifa entfernt, sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, liegt Vejer de la Frontera, ein weißes Bergdorf. Es ist sehr authentisch und in den engen Gassen befinden sich sehr gute Geschäfte, man sagt die besten Adressen südlich von Cadiz. Bergauf, am Rande der Altstadt findet man mit großer Sicherheit einen Parkplatz, kostenfrei. Man kann hier sehr gut essen und die alten Windmühlen bestaunen. Die Gegend ist wild und authentisch - gut für alle die das Wilde lieben und fern ab von Mainstream und den Zwängen der Zeit in die Ursprünglichkeit Spaniens eintauchen wollen. Und für diejenigen die nicht surfen, kiten oder Fahrrad fahren: man fühlt sich sicher schon nur vom Zuschauen schon sehr sportlich.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist toll. Das Wohnzimmer ist echt geräumig und alles war sauber. Sehr schön sind auch der kleine Rasen vor dem Haus und die Dachterasse, wo wir super gut unsere Kites trocknen konnten.

Fin de semana en Tarifa

La casa está en buen estado y muy cerca de la playa. Dos habitaciones están bien, pero la habitación de la litera, situada en el patio, no es muy cómoda. La vecina que se encarga de la casa es muy amable. Ningún problema. En general, la casa está bien.
