Beautiful duplex at the foot of the slopes

Beautiful duplex located at the foot of the slopes in the small village resort of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. Discover our snow-covered slopes by going, from your accommodation, to the biggest ski area of the world, “Les Trois Vallées”. In the evening, the tranquillity and calmness of this authentic village will be back.Patrick and Marie-Laure welcome you to this upscale apartment whose rooms have been completely renovated in 2018 to bring you a service even closer to your desires.
Every morning, you can reach in 2 minutes the largest ski area in the world and enjoy 600 km of ski slopes throughout your stay. For your meals, you can enjoy the expertise of our local artisans and producers or simply be served in our restaurant "Etoile des Neiges" located in the same chalet as your apartment. Other restaurants are at your disposal in the resort. There is something for every taste.
Fittings: bathroom and toilet in the 3 bedrooms, sofa-bed in the living area and bathroom, fireplace, private parking and ski room.
Services: Sheets: 10 € per person on request. 1 towel and 1 bath towel included. Final cleaning: 120 €.

Great place in a great location!

Had a great week skiing at Easter. The apartment is lovely and well located in the centre of the village and across the road from the drag lift that takes you to the main bubble. Thank you - hope to come back soon!

Great property

The apartment is great. Very clean, a perfect location just across the road from a ski hire shop, a boulangerie, a button lift which takes you to the main bubble lift; and the communication and welcome from Marie-Laure was excellent. Saint Martin is a small beautiful village. I can definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous place!

Great place to stay! This was our first trip to 3 valleys and after searching hours, glad to find perfect fit for 2 families and location. Marie Laurie’place was perfect find. Great host, ski in-out place, the most charming village with great restaurants ( her restaurant being the absolutely best) and bakery and small shop to buy your necessities. We would definitely recommend and go back to this charming chalet! This chalet is definitely the centre of this village! Best location ever! Her restaurant is Michelin star quality food and service! Divine!!! Thank you Marie-Laurie!

Super Skiurlaub in toller Umgebung

Die Wohnung mit direkter Lage am Lift können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert und in dem gemütlichen Wohnbereich und den modernen Schlafzimmern haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ideal ist die Wohnung für 6 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer plus 1 Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich). Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und die vier Bäder und die separaten WCs sind sehr sauber und auch ideal bei mehreren Familien. Etwas schlafstörend war die Lüftung des Restaurants und die Kirchenglocke ab 7 Uhr, was aber den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck nicht schmälert.

Excellent séjour dans une ravissante station

Le gîte est idéalement situé dans la station de Saint Martin de Belleville. Il est pratique de laisser sa voiture dans un parking abrité toute la semaine et de profiter à pieds de la station, de ses commerces et accès au domaine skiable. Le gîte est spacieux, les chambres très confortables et avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes.

Excellent séjour malgré le Covid !

Excellente communication avec la propriétaire. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très grand et peut vraiment héberger toute la famille sans aucun compromis. La localisation des commerces et du front de neige en fait un spot idéal pour toutes les activités. Les équipements sont très complets, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et les 3 chambres avec salles de bains sont refaites à neuf et bien optimisées (lits confortables, salles de bains avec baignoires, rangements et bureaux dans toutes les chambres, et une vue splendide sur le flanc de montagne !). Nous avons passés un très bon séjour même si le ski n'était pas possible en raison du Coronavirus, nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour !

Les Belleville

Ideally situated about 50m away from the drag lift which takes you up a short incline to the main bubble. From here it is possible to reach Courchevel or Val Thorens in under an hour but there is plenty of skiing closer if you don't want to travel too far. The apartment is situated in the centre of the village close to all amenities, including a lovely bakery opposite. It is spacious, clean and well-decorated and provided plenty of room for the 6 of us (including a ski locker with more than enough space for everyone's skis). The bedrooms were all en suite and modern, and the open plan lounge was more traditional in decor. The kitchen had new appliances with an excellent oven. Marie Laure was a delightful host and made us feel very welcome. We would recommend that you take the opportunity to eat in the family restaurant situated below the apartment for an excellent fine dining experience. Conveniently we were also able to park 2 cars under the restaurant terrace. We will almost certainly return for another visit.

Super apartment!

We stayed in the apartment with a group of 7 and it was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect (10 meters from the ski lift and in the middle of the center) and the apartment is spacious. All the bedrooms were recently renovated and have their own bathroom. The rooms are very clean and big enough. Only the beds are quit small for tall people like us. The living room is big enough for 7 people and has a great view over the mountains and a sunny balcony. We would definitely like to stay again in this apartment!!

Great location, very comfortable

It was the second time we have stayed here. The location is excellent, just across the road from the button lift up to the egg. Ski hire shops, a bakery and small supermarket are all within 2 minutes of the apartment. The apartment is next to the church and the bell rings at 7.00 each morning, but if you want to get on the slopes at 9.00 after a leisurely breakfast that all works well. We will book again!

Super location dans un charmant village savoyard.

chalet confortable et convivial

Pour la 2ème année consécutive, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Le chalet est très agréable, très spacieux, très bien équipé avec cheminée. En plein centre du village, tout est à quelques mètres, supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie, boutiques.... Au pied des pièces, idéal avec des enfants pour de superbes vacances familiales et entre amis. Un grand merci à Marie-Laure pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous revenons l'année prochaine !

Le domaine des trois vallées est formidable et cette location est au même niveau. Très spacieuse, complètement propre, charmante et confortable. On manque de rien. La proprietaire, Marie-Laure, est très aimable et aide en quoi que ce soit. Le village est charmante et authentique, tous les commerces nécessaires et des très bons restaurants (surtout celui en dessous l'appartement). C'était notre 5e fois dans cette appartement à Saint-Martin et nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine. Elisabeth Petersen

A warm & welcoming place to stay-ideal location

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming place to stay in the heart of St Martin de Belleville, you can't do much better than this. The owner (Marie-Laure) was always helpful, particularly on our first night when our scheduled 2 hour transfer from Lyon turned into a 6.5 hour journey due to a wayward boulder on the main route in! The location is ideal - a 2 minute walk from the foot of the drag lift, which is a relief for weary limbs after a hard day on the slopes. Having done 2 years in St M de B now, we're going to try somewhere different next year but if we do return we'd have no hesitation in booking this lovely apartment again.
