The apartment was completely renovated in 2014 and is located in a wonderful residential context, between Ponte Pietra and Ponte Garibaldi, and near monuments of important historical and artistic interest.
Nearby there are all the establishments the guest could wish for, from the supermarket to the pastry shop, from the delicatessens to the pizzeria to the cut, as well as of course the renowned restaurants in the historic center. A few steps away there is a "City Bike" rental point, for access to the historic center or cycling in the surroundings.
The apartment has been renovated with a view to creating a high degree of comfort for the guest, and has been furnished with simple and modern design furniture. Equipped with all kitchen utensils and towels and sheets (with the possibility of changing on request).
Living room and bedrooms are spacious and bright, the bathrooms with shower are both with windows, the American kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including the Nespresso coffee machine.
The garage included in the price is available for guests.
A few meters numerous bus stops also to reach the station which is 15 min. While the historic center can be easily reached on foot
The apartment is located on the third floor of four, and the building is equipped with an elevator
Guests are required to comply with all the rules of an apartment building such as. silence in the early afternoon and late evening hours.
The owners are always available to meet guests' needs and to provide them with any type of information and advice to better enjoy their stay in enchanting Verona.

Second stay

This was only my second experience as a Vrbo guest, and the host was wonderful, very responsive, and had excellent recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again, or refer friends and family.

Great apartment for a stay in Verona

This is a wonderful location for visiting Verona. A very clean and comfortable apartment and Renata has thought of everything to make a stay here so much more enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable, modern clean bathrooms and high quality linens and towels. A very well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Secure parking and private entrance with lift. All in all a magical experience and one we would be happy to repeat.

Wonderful apartment in Verona

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment in a great location in Verona. Renata was the perfect host, meeting us on our arrival and giving us great advice on restaurants in Verona, things to do and arranging transfers from the airport and to the train station. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Verona and was very clean and in a great location with a short walk to restaurants and attractions in Verona. In summary, a great apartment and a wonderful host and I would definitely recommend to family, friends and other travellers.

The ideal vacation apartment

We loved every minute we spent in this clean, modern, beautifully appointed apartment. It is across the river from Central Milan, close enough for an enjoyable walk to the city center and far enough away to provide peace and plenty of living space. Our host, Renata, gave us all the information and care we needed and responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions. The flat is in a quiet, secure building a short walk from a grocery store and other shops. It was a real pleasure to use the apartment as our home away from home while exploring Verona and some neighboring cities.

Wonderful Stay in Verona

This property was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was spacious with two large baths and bedrooms. Everything looked newly updated and all appliances (including the air conditioners) worked well. Everything was clean and the apartment was very well stocked. The host, Renata, was very nice and helpful. The communication was great. The apartment was a short walking distance from town center and attractions. We were able to park our car in the owner's garage in the basement so that was convenient as well. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect spot in Verona

My wife and I stayed in Renata’s apartment for 2 weeks. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything you could need ,including complementary wine and cookies on arrival. As others have mentioned, Renata is there to give suggestions and any help you need. The apartment is an easy stroll in the center and near the bus lines to access the train station. Very comfortable beds and English tv which is uncommon in Italy. You won’t be sorry if you stay here. Thanks Renata Tom N.

Outstanding

This is a fabulous apartment-bright, modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. It was much bigger than expected especially the 2 lovely bathrooms. It was well stocked but could I just suggest that some dishwasher tablets and maybe some olive oil be supplied? We didn't get to meet Renata but she was a super host nonetheless. In constant contact by WhatsApp with sightseeing recommendations, restaurant suggestions and was very helpful whenever we needed a taxi booking. Thank you Renata! Highly recommend!

A 5 STAR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

What a beautiful apartment!!!! We could not have asked for better. We were 3 professional woman sharing this apt. with 2 beautiful separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of room. We enjoyed having a tranquil breakfast on the balcony every morning. Renata and her daughter were most gracious. We were astonished at the assortment of goodies that were left for us when we arrived. The apartment was fabulously located. It was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood while having the luxury of being 7 minutes walking to the centre of town. I would highly recommend this apt., and I will definitely come back and stay here again. All the best, Barbara.

A lovely, light-filled apartment with a handy supermercato just down the street.

The apartment was large and felt larger because of the ample windows, with those amazing black-out shades in the bedrooms to help jet-lagged guests sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked. Renata is a gem — she was always available on WhatsApp and cheerful about advice. We were there during a real heat wave and careful about turning the AC off when we weren’t in the apartment, but delighted to have such efficient AC when we were there. The apartment is near the Ponte Garibaldi, but on the other side of the river from the Old City. It would be less convenient for guests with any difficulties walking, but it would be impossible to find this level of space and comfort in the old city itself.

Extremely enjoyable!

Even before our arrival Renata our host was available and helpful in every way, above and beyond expectations. As this was our first visit to Verona we were delighted to find the location of the apartment to be exactly as described; not in the heart of the Historic Centre however close enough to enjoy the experience and far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. A leisurely 5 minute walk took us to the Ponte Garibaldi or the Ponte Pietra where we found many bars, restaurants and historic sights. The apartment was warm and inviting, we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Everything was clean, fresh and well maintained, the kitchen and dining areas had everything we could need for our stay. After a busy day travelling and walking the large hot showers were ideal and as we were a group of 4 having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our comfort. We will definitely visit again and have already recommended this accommodation to friends and family. Thank you Renata and family for your hospitality, we look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Exquisite Apartment, Beautiful City, Perfect Hostess!

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is an easy 15 minute walk to the center of Verona. Renata thought of every small detail to make our stay feel like home. The furnishings are modern and the apartment is filled with natural light and was spotlessly clean. It easily accommodated four adults because of its large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and Renata had left us a number of items to get us started. We enjoyed the bottle of Prosecco our first night! We were able to park our car in the underground parking spot which eased our concerns of parking on the street. Renata recommended a number of good restaurants to us and made the reservations when we asked. We can’t say enough about how kind and thoughtful she is and how she made our visit better than we ever could have expected. We definitely would love to return some day and this apartment will be our number one choice.

Perfect Verona

Renata is a charming host and from the moment of booking until our arrival many months after booking Renata was professional to communicate with. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer. The apartment is in a great spot to see all this beautiful city has to offer. We didn’t need to use public transport as we were able to walk to all the attractions. There is a supermarket close by and at all times we felt secure and more than comfortable. There is everything in the apartment you require to make yourself feel at home. On arrival we were greeted as if we were family and Renata took time to ensure we were familiar with the area. I do believe the rating of 5 star isn’t enough. The accuracy of photos and information can not be faulted. If we ever return to Verona this will be the first place we try to secure for accommodation. Thank you so much Renata.

Magical Stay in Verona

We had a wonderful time in Verona in December 2016. Of course the city was decorated for the holidays. The apartment is beautiful and our host, Renata, was so welcoming and helpful. Renata included special welcome gifts for guests as well! The amenities are quite extensive and the rooms spacious and modern. We found the neighborhood very convenient with shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and a cafe/bakery nearby. It is an easy walk to City Center so you can enjoy a comfortable stroll to more sites. We would highly recommend this apartment which includes a parking area if needed. The two bedroom/two bath arrangement was ideal as we had guests staying with us for one night. This apartment would also work well for a family. Although we only stayed 5 nights, it would be comfortable to rent for an extended time, because of the very complete kitchen, laundry, storage space, etc. We can't wait to come back again to see even more of the area. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war persönlich und sehr gastfreundlich. Süssigkeiten und eine Flasche Prosecco standen bereit. Die Wohnung ist unter allen Belangen vorbildlich. Sauberkeit top! Mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr gepflegte Umgebung, extrem ruhig. Der Einstellhallenplatz ist für mit dem Auto reisende sehr angenehm. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt liegen in Gehdistanz. Wir haben das Auto nie gebraucht, auch keine öffentlichen Transportmittel. Meine Partnerin und ich bevorzugen auf unseren Reisen seit vielen Jahren Ferienwohnungen, wir haben demnach Erfahrung und können vergleichen. Diese Wohnung ist eins vom Besten, was wir je angetroffen haben. Vorbehaltlos empfehlenswert ! Danke !

Wonderful Verona Apartment

Renata’s immaculate apartment just outside the center of the city was so perfect for the four of us. Two comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for two couples. Renata was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent (I have to practice with WhatsApp!). Quiet location with easy access to the old city. Highly recommend.

Clean, Modern Apartment in Lovely Verona

My family of 5 enjoyed staying at this clean and modern apartment just blocks from the Adige River and a short 15-minute walk to the heart of historic Verona. Out of all the properties we stayed in during our 2.5 week trip, this property was by far the nicest in terms of amenities, cleanliness, and space. Renata, her daughter and husband who live in the building, were communicative and helped us immensely with recommendations and transportation. We used taxis and buses to travel around the area and Renata went out of her way to reserve transportation for our family when the taxi drivers were on strike. To fully explore the area, we would recommend renting a car and booking this lovely apartment as your home base.

Perfect apartment and wonderful host

Our family of five stayed in the apartment for four days and it was perfect. It is light, quiet, and well-equipped. Everything is comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center, and there are cafés, bakeries, and a supermarket close by. The owner and her family are lovely, generous, and helpful. Wonderful

This was the perfect holiday. Renata made the whole experience amazing. Her help prior to arrival was really appreciated as she organised transfers from the airport for us too. Welcomed to the apartment by her very friendly and helpful daughter. Lovely welcome gifts too..greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is wonderful, spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for. We were two couples and having two bathrooms made it much easier as we were both coming and going at separate times. The apartment is ideally situated for easy access to all the beautiful sights of Verona and it is located close to a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very secure as it has locked gate system to get in. There is so much to do and see in the city and Renata has provided lots of information for her guests.. We all had a lovely holiday and can’t believe we never saw it all in a week as some guidebooks tell you how to do Verona in a day!!..impossible if you want to do it justice..we hope to be back someday and if so fingers crossed Renata’s apartment is available as it made a wonderful base for our exploring.

Excellent experience

Renata was such a wonderful host. Always available and responded to all our queries. The apartment was superb. Very large, Spotlessly clean and had all the mods and cons. The apartment is in a great location, located a short walk over the ponte Pietra into the old town and is just down the road from the Roman theatre . We had a car with us , the use of the garage was so convenient for us . I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to stay in Verona. Do not hesitate !
