Finca Ca'n Calona, ā€‹ā€‹is a special place to relax and enjoy the landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana and the beautiful sunsets.
You can also enjoy swimming in the private saltwater pool, chlorine free, with its dimensions of 8mx4m.
On the solarium terrace you can rest on the outdoor bed and sunbathe on the sun loungers.
The house is located in a fully fenced 7000m2 farm where children can play freely.
The farm is away from urban noise, but very close to the towns of Caimari and Selva, 1 km away. There are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and good restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner.
It is a typical Mallorcan house, made of stone, renovated and decorated with charm and has everything you need to make your stay perfect:
WIFI and TV Smart TV.
Air conditioning in the rooms.
Sheets, bath, pool and beach towels.
Fully equipped kitchen: toaster, Italian coffee maker, nespresso, kettle, household items...

Finca with wonderful view

Lovely garden with view over the pool to the mountains. Wonderful countryside. Ideal for hiking and cycling trips. No traffic noise, only sound of animals. Well equipped, clean, good WLAN. Excellent support by our hosts.

A lovely quiet 2 weeks

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at the property. If youā€™re looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, this would be ideal. Yet itā€™s well located to get pretty much anywhere on the island with a car.

Great place!

We had 2 great weeks in this house, which has High standards. We enjoyed relaxing, While viewing the mountains, and swimming in the pool. Before and during our stay, the communication with Toni and his family was super positive, and easy.

Gorgeous villa with magnificent view

This is one of the most wonderful holiday homes we ever stayed in. Our boys loved everything about it. The pool, the bikes, the tree house. The view is magnificent and the surrounding area and villages are lovely. Toni and his family were very kind and even provided us with food en breakfast for the first night. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Dreamy location and beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay here. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the view of the surrounding mountains was absolutely idyllic. The house was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for a brilliant and relaxing stay. Communication with Cristina and Toni was very easy and straightforward, making the arrival process effortless. Our children loved the bunk beds and saying hello to the goats at the farm next door. We would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely finca in the countryside

Had a great week at Cā€™an Colona. The finca is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a good dining and seating area outside as well as plenty of space inside, plus a good sized pool. Toni and Christina kept in touch via WhatsApp to check we were happy and the whole process was very straightforward. We will certainly consider revisiting when we next holiday in Mallorca

Lovely Place

We spent a wonderful week at Tonis House. The pool is a great for swimming, the isolated area and lovely view on Selva very relaxing and quiet (if you don't count all the animal noices around!) and the house sufficiently supplied with all you need. The correspondence with Toni and his family was very friendly and they always replied within a short time if you had a question. Thank you very much!

Home from home.

The property was everything we had hoped for.The facilities were first class and the position of the house in the country side was so peace full .And after a week in Palma which was so very busy we found it to be just what we wanted .The pool was the ideal way to cool down.I hope we can return sometime in the future. Great house with a stunning view

We had a great week in this beautifully situated country house. Everything was taken care of, we got the directions from the airport to the house one week before arrival. House was easy to find by means of coordinates. Got good instructions how to enter the property and house. Nice pool although the wetter was not good enough in our week to use it a lot.

Charming property in stunning location

Lovely old farmhouse which has been thoughtfully renovated retaining lots of original features. Rare to find this kind of property in Majorca. Fantastic outdoor space with stunning mountain backdrop. Toni was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Not a criticism, but just be aware that the villa is quite remote so a car is a necessity. Also being an old farmhouse with small windows it can be quite dark in autumn when days a shorter. Overall a lovely villa in a stunning location

A perfect, relaxing holiday.

We had the most relaxing stay at Caā€™n Calona. It was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The surroundings were perfect for a peaceful stay and we loved listening to the goats next door whilst enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook our meals in - we were too reluctant to leave the most perfect view to venture out!! We did our ā€œbig shopā€ in Inca and then picked up our ā€œbitsā€ in Caimari or Selva - everything was easily accessible with the hire car. Cristina and Toni were fabulous hosts. The storm that hit on our first day caused a little problem with the electrics, but Toni arrived with the electrician within an hour. They ensured the problem was fixed and made sure they checked everything was ok in the days after. They couldnā€™t have been more helpful and we were so grateful. In summary, if youā€™re looking for total relaxation in the most beautiful surroundings - this is the place for you!

Amazing peaceful place to stay

We have just spent a week at Toniā€™s Finca and we are in LOVE! We have been to villas in Majorca 4 times and this is the best ever for us. Such a well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable place to stay. Itā€™s hard to find somewhere for 2 people but clearly this Finca can take more it also is amazing for a couple. Then pool is well maintained and just perfect in such a private garden. No neighbours but goats, chickens and a donkey - the MOST peaceful place we have stayed in. We walked to Caimri in 20 minutes it is tiny with 3 restaurants - all offering something completely different. But do be honest we went to the supermarket in near but Selva to get everything we needed e and spent all our time in the beauty of the Finca. We did drive the 4km to Inca to go to Aldi one day but we decided the small Selva option is fine. This place is an oasis of calm and peacefulness. It has everything you need in the kitchen and provides everything from books, games and even sun hats and umbrellas! The welcome plate of fruit and cold meats as well as cold drinks, water and ice creams was most unexpected but wonderful. We met Toni and his Papa on our second day and they came with olive oil and vinegar - just to check all was ok. We had ongoing contact with Toni throughout or stay just checking all was ok. The added extras of the bikes, hammock, outdoor bbq and place house for children were lovely. There is nothing that we can write that will represent the smell of the massive rosemary bushes in an evening outside when there is nothing to hear. Watching The birds (with the binoculars) provided during the day and stars at night sitting on the outside chairs will remain as a memory until we return. We will go back. This is a truly amazing Finca owned by a lovely family. We canā€™t recommend it enough - a family of 4 or 5 would be perfect for this too but if you are a couple like us itā€™s a slice of heaven that you will not want to leave.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in einer wunderschƶnen Finca, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Der Blick auf Caimari und auf das Gebirge sind ganz wunderbar. Wer gerne Rennrad fƤhrt, hat hier zudem einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Aber auch wenn man fĆ¼r sich sein mƶchte und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Da die Finca eher lƤndlich gelegen ist, waren auch tƤglich verschiedene bellende Hunde zu hƶren. Toni war immer super hilfsbereit, sofort erreichbar oder auch vor Ort. FĆ¼r uns war alles perfekt. Wir haben einen wunderschƶnen Urlaub verbracht. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet und besonders hat uns das groƟe GrundstĆ¼ck gefallen. Man kann super drauƟen im Schatten sitzen und den umwerfenden Ausblick genieƟen oder man springt in den herrlichen Pool zur AbkĆ¼hlung oder schwingt sich mit einem Buch in die HƤngematte. Wir haben wirklich alles genossen. Danke liebe Christina und Toni,wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad! Het huis was prachtig, van alle gemakken voorzien en het privĆ©zwembad maakte het helemaal af. Vooral het uitzicht was adembenemend, elke ochtend wakker worden met zoā€™n panorama is echt bijzonder.Het verblijf ligt bij Selva, een charmant en rustig dorpje met gezellige restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten. De locatie is perfect als je op zoek bent naar rust, maar toch de rest van het eiland wilt verkennen. Houd er wel rekening mee dat een auto noodzakelijk is om je goed te kunnen verplaatsen.Al met al een fantastische plek voor een ontspannen vakantie. Wij komen zeker graag nog een keer terug!

Sehr schƶne Finca

Wir, meine Frau und ich, haben 2 Wochen auf dieser wunderschƶnen Finca verbracht. Es hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage hat fĆ¼r die nƶtige AbkĆ¼hlung gesorgt. Ein Traum war der Pool bei der groƟen Hitze. Die Aussicht auf das Dorf Caimari und die Berge sind toll. Ein schƶner Urlaub fĆ¼r Leute die Ruhe suchen. Danke Toni fĆ¼r deine Gastfreundschaft! Toni war stets erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit.

Wir haben als Familie einen super entspannten und tollen Urlaub in Ca'n Calona verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt super zentral und sehr ruhig auf Mallorca und bietet so den idealen Ausgangspunkt, um alle SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten der Insel gut erreichen zu kƶnnen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wunderschƶne kinderfreundliche Unterkunft

Alles war super. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und easy und sehr freundlich. Das Spielhaus war perfekt fĆ¼r unsere 3jƤhrige. Der Pool ist sauber und angenehm fĆ¼r warme Tage. An kalten Tagen und in der Nacht kann es drinnen kĆ¼hl werden aber mit dem Kamin war es dann doch gemĆ¼tlich. Alles in allem wirklich super und weiterzuempfehlen.
