Clare is well served with a small supermarket, cashpoint, tearoom, deli, local shops, pubs and eateries, golf course and fishing lakes.

From this idyllic location you can reach many local historic villages, such as Long Melford and Lavenham. The Market town of Sudbury is only 10 miles away. The towns of Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge and Colchester are within an hours drive and the beautiful coastline of Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex are just over an hour away. Transport links are good; the nearest train station is Sudbury and closest Airport is London Stansted, which is just under 1 hour away.
