This beautiful studio / F2 of 45 m2 is located on the 1st floor of our fully renovated vineyard house in the center of the village.
A comfortable bed (160) and a sofa bed can accommodate 4 people.
The house is 10 minutes from Montpellier and 10 minutes from the sea.
The apartment is spacious and bright. The materials (oak parquet and Montpellier stone) and the kitchen and bathroom equipment have been thought out in detail for everyone's comfort. A balcony allows you to have a view of the garden and the swimming pool. There is the possibility of parking in the garage space of the house but there is also free parking in front of the house. We share an entrance and a beautiful stone staircase.
Access to the garden and the swimming pool is quite possible at certain times.
We can also prepare breakfast and meals if you do not wish to cook.
The house is in the center of the village. An organic producer sells his products across the street from us and a baker / pastry chef will treat you about 800 m away. Supermarkets are 1 km away for your food shopping.
Buses are available to go to the center of Montpellier but also to the nearby village to catch a tram if necessary.
