Due to the Reservation Department’s hours, I may not be able to secure a reservation from late afternoon on Friday until Monday, although I will try on Saturday mornings. Therefore, I may have to deny any $ offer made before Sunday evening. A payment offered on Sunday evening should allow me to get the reservation on Monday if Blue Tree has availability. While I have availability, I must check with the resort to see if they are already booked for your dates, and you may ask questions over the weekend, but please, no payments as described above.
These are NOT Westgate units ... they are units operated by the property owners association (POA).

Blue Tree Resort offers a location just a few blocks away from Disney’s entrance on route 535. There are a lot of eateries and shops close by, and a grocery store not far away. The resort sprawls over a generous 16 acres of property which has 18 separate condominium buildings of various shapes and sizes – none more than 3 stories. Maintenance on these buildings is continual. The grounds are well kept. On the mostly fenced-in property there are three heated outdoor pools available. Outdoor grills are also open. There are in some building's elevators serving many of the two-bedroom executive units. If you need an elevator, a handicapped unit or a first floor unit, please let me know upon initial contact. Units have granite counter tops in the kitchens, flat screen TVs and a DVD. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all units and for unlimited devices. Many units have a washer and dryer, but for those which do not, there is a generous laundry on-site/indoors. I will do my best to get you into a unit which has washer and dryer and have been highly successful in doing so. Blue Tree re-did Pool #2 with new pavers and interactive sprayers in the kiddie pool. A decorative fence has been added around the front perimeter of the property. Stainless steel appliances have been placed in units. Upon entering the property, take your first right turn at the unattended guard shack and go straight ahead to the check-in building. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. More check-in information will be provided on your confirmation.

Reservations possible year-round unless the resort is already fully booked: the earlier you act, the more likely you are to get what you want.

Reservations from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday are the ones most likely to have availability, especially during the most popular times of the year. However, please ask if you want differently than that and/or more than 7 nights. If multiple weeks are reserved, you will receive a separate confirmation for each 7-day period, and a cleaning with new linens and towels will be done after each 7-night period ... ask for this when you check-in. Linens and towels are provided in each unit as are utensils. Activities vary. Here are some examples of what you may choose to do: bingo, water aerobics, Open Crafts, Cornhole Competition, S'mores Time, Shuffle Board Showdown, Airbrush Tattoos, Drawstring Backpacks, Ceramic Painting, Wine and Cheese, Morning Walk, Poolside BBQ, Henna Tattoos, Evening Craft, DIY Canvases, Tie-Dye Shirts, Cuddle Buddies and Wine Glass Painting. Some had fees, and activities may vary from week to week.
Reservations can be made no more than 12 months in advance.
Once you pull in to 12007 Cypress you'll go about 25 yards and there will be an unattended guard shack on your right. Turn to the right just after the guard shack and you'll see the check-in/check-out building about 75 yards directly ahead of you. There is temporary parking there for checking in and out. Once you go inside the check-in desk will be to your left. The Activities office is to your right. And there also is a small computer room with a printer for your use just after the Activities office. I wish you safe travels and a happy vacation.
The air conditioning/heating system will only operate on ALL HEAT or All AIR CONDITIONING. When the heat mode is on you will be unable to have cold air. Likewise, when the resort is on all A/C cooling you will not be able to have central heating. Once the outside temperatures fall below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, the property will be on all heating mode. The A/C mode starts once the outside temperature reaches 65 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Between the temperature of 56 degrees and 65 degrees Fahrenheit the property will be on neutral. These units have a queen bed in one bedroom and for the pullout couch with two twin beds in the second bedroom.
THE WEEKS AOUND CHRISTMAS ARE DIFFICULT TO BOOK, SO IT'S BEST IF YOU ASK EARLY. BUT WE'LL GIVE IT A TRY!
