Historic charm radiates from this lovingly restored 1856 Creole Cottage. Located on a gorgeous block in the Treme neighborhood, our home is steps to the French Quarter. Walk 15 minutes to either Bourbon or Frenchmen and soak in the live music and bustling nightlife. Before you hit the town, rest up in our cozy living room or sip a cocktail on the back patio surrounded by bamboo.

Sleeps 6, backyard available for shared use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!

Welcome to NOLA! This is a single family home in a residential neighborhood - please respect our neighbors as you would your own! Located in the heart of the TremƩ - the birthplace of Jazz. The neighborhood is very diverse and full of culture, please be an awesome ambassador of the city you are from. We expect our guests to be courteous and friendly in their interactions with the neighbors and we highly recommend that you patronize our local businesses. Please ask us for recommendations.!

Lovely

We just stayed one night as a stop on a road trip, but it was amazing - great location, amazing historic scenery and vibe. The Louis Armstrong park around the corner was great to walk through. Hope to stay there every time we make this roadtrip now!

A group of friends and I stayed here during Mardi Gras weekend. We had an amazing stay and hope to be back!! Amazing house in a great location.

Great location awesome house.

Within a few blocks from the French quarter, this house was located near enough for a walk or quick uber ride. The property was well equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. We had a party of 6 and each had our own beds. There were also 3 full bathrooms all very clean. The property didn't have a gas grill, but we ate all of the time. There's a great little coffee shop on the corner- great for beverages and a snacks. The owners were super responsive and accommodating. Thank you.

Great for large groups

We absolutely loved this property. We walked to bourbon street every day and it was a great area. Right next to a coffee shop which was really convenient in the mornings. The check in process was seamless! Iā€™d highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious

Loved this cottage! Gorgeous with more than enough space and bathrooms for our girl's trip to NOLA. Loved the artwork and huge mirrors throughout the home. Beds are comfortable. Will was very hospitable, met us on arrival and attentive throughout our stay. Neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to Frenchman's and Bourbon. Would definitely stay here again.

Inviting home, quiet area, not too far from the action

This was a charming house with tons of character and very clean in Treme. It was spacious and lacked for nothing. We were very happy with our stay all around. The managers of the property were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend the place to people who want to be near the action but not in the middle of it and to those looking for a cozy home feeling in their accommodations.

The place looks like the pictures (maybe even better!). There was enough room for the group and we has separate areas so that we weren't claustrophobic. Would stay there again. :)

The Little Green Cottage

It was perfect, we LOVED the lay out, it felt like a huuge dorm for us, which was perfect for 10 girls <3 They left beer and chips in the fridge, for us, from the previous renters, which was a great add on. The laundry machine was out of order, so they offered to drop off and pay for our laundry, a really kind gesture. We would definitely rent here again, with a large group. Lots of space, bathrooms, and very tidy and clean. It's also close to a lot of things walking distance. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for everything!!

Amazing Property

The owners were awesome and helpful. The property was in a great location. Far enough away from the party to be relaxed but close enough to walk or Uber easily. Super cute coffee shops right down the street. The property itself looked exactly like the pictures. I loved all the character of the property and decor. We would definitely stay again!

Lovingly Restored Home - Great Stay!

We come to NOLA a lot and have stayed in a bunch of vacation rentals and this is by far one of the nicest. We really appreciated all the cool original local art and some fantastic antiques. Its basically next door to this great cafe called Fatimas Cozy Corner which was a huge plus. It was an easy walk to the french quarter and bourbon street, and just a few blocks from the streetcar on rampart street. Hosts were very easy to work with and check in/out was seamless.

Great stay for large groups

We stayed here for a friend's bachelor party and had a fantastic time. Place was spacious, clean with great access to Bourbon Street. Host was super friendly and very accomodating.

Great Stay in the TremƩ | Best way to see New Orleans! Highly Recommended : )

I truly LOVED this place!! I am back and forth from New Orleans and I will definitely stay in this unit again. I saw some of the other units nearby and they are fabulous as well. There is really cool original artwork on the walls and I loved the old hardwood floors. There is also a really cute Turkish coffee cafe a few doors down - great place for tea/coffee plus they make great falafel and grape leaves. The house is a close walk to the French Quarter and there is a streetcar stop a couple blocks away. Really convenient. Plus the host was extremely responsive. Like I said, I will definitely be back. A+ Thank you!

My experience was even better than expected. The property is really amazing and the owner is very hospitable and knowledgable. This was great for my group of 6 and would easily sleep 10. This is exactly what my group was looking for. Comfort, great decor, great location. Tons of space. We will definitely come back again. The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommended!

On behalf of my group of 9, I cannot thank Ben enough for his great hospitality! His home was exactly how he described it; comfy beds and prime location. It's definitely not anything fancy, but it certainly does have that New Orleans feel. Located right at the border of French quarter and Treme it really couldn't have been any better. As a first timer in NOLA, I was a little skeptical about the area but Ben assured me with ease. The unit is maybe a 10-15 minute walk into the French Quarter and a little longer if you are heading towards Frenchman. We walked everywhere, night and day, and never had a problem. Ben was really responsive to all emails, texts, and phone calls; making it an easy stay. He even had a little map that highlighted some of his favorite restaurants and bars- so helpful! I would recommend this host to anyone planning a future trip. And I know my group will definitely be coming back for round 2!

Not what we expected, and not clean.

When we booked this place for my bachelor party we weren't looking for a top of the line all inclusive bed and breakfast, we were just looking for a decent place to rent where we could hang out and sleep. This place was gross. The bathrooms were not cleaned when we got there. There was hair on the shower walls and the floors turned your feet black. Only one shower of the three had hot water and the bathroom floors were filthy. We opened the cabinets in one bathroom and found a dirty diaper. I've backpacked through Europe and stayed in $10 a night hostels and this is without a doubt the dirtiest place I've ever played my head. And I'm not even going to talk about the random filthy stuffed animals laying around. My advice is to keep looking.

Wonderful Stay

This place was spotless, charming and the host and neighborhood were great. HIghly recommended for groups interested in the culture of new orleans. there is also really great artwork in the place which made our stay there that much more colorful. we'd definitely book again!
