The kitchen and dining room are completely outfitted with everything you would need to host anything from a fabulous dinner party to a simple family meal. Top of the line appliance and ample working surfaces make this space a pleasure to work with. There are panoramic views of downtown, the space needle and the bay as well. The rooms are all open to the rest of the main level so entertaining feels natural and the flow handles a group well. The view is continued in the living room which has a great wood burning fire place with plenty of seating as well as a large flat screen TV.

From the main floor you can access the down stairs, which can function as a fully stand alone unit. It has an additional high end kitchen with luxury bath. There is also an additional patio off the small bedroom as well. The house is not air conditioned but there are several fans through out if you are staying during the summer months.

The property is nestled on a hillside in a beautiful established historic neighborhood. It is walking distance to the upper and lower Queen Anne shopping districts. There are plenty of night life activities that are steps out the door. And minutes from scenic wooded areas as well as central to all sites of interest in the Metro Seattle area.
